[Resolved] Delhivery — Awful delivery service

This delivery service is giving me the worst experience ever.
I ordered a mobile phone from indiatimes shopping (order number:[protected]).
It was shipped 6 days on 27the JAN (waybill number:[protected]) .
I was supposed to receive thee parcel on 30the of jan but I have not received thee parcel yet because DELHIVERY
is not even able to track thee location my order thee only reply I am getting is it is in delhi region.

I call theem daily and thee only answer i get is "we apolagise for thee delay we will ship thee courier in priority"
but It's been more thean 7 days and i have not yet received thee courier.

Horrible experience ever.........

They are really bad at service. Several times they didn't even inform and they wrongly update the status that consignee was not available. Even they dont give a call when they come for delivery. It happened frequently that I was just passing by and saw their Van/delivery boy was there. I myself asked them and they then told yes yes your product is with them. This is absolutely disgusting.
