i m very much annoyed with mr. jatin's service.

i had placed the order on 04th of aug, send a demand draft of the sum of rupees. 47775 .mr. jatin received the demand draft on 09th of aug. and promised me to send the laptop within 05 business days but stil i have not received .

So by the amazing Responce of your sales person Mr. jatin ...i have decided to get my money back and i m not insterested in dell now.

please send me the dd on the shipping address as fast as possible written in the quotation no:IRSO2703688.

We have now been waiting over a month for my desktop computer. We keep getting emails from Dell that the order has been delayed. I think we are going to cancel it. When we called to inquire why it as delayed, the reason was that they are having trouble with getting parts? But, the first email said it was "on the way". Now it has been delayed to October 16th. That will make it 7 weeks if it arrives by then.

I think I am spoiled by Newegg, I've ordered TV from DELL this morning and hoped to get it by the end of the week. Hell, they only processed my order 3 days after I've actually submitted it. I really HOPE my situation won't be as bad as yours. I hold my thumbs that my TV finally ships tomorrow. That means I'll receive it probably only next week. I am not buying anything from DELL again.

i have already placed an order for dell inspiron 14.
i am really confused now. i have made the demand draft and about to send it, should i send it? or just find a laptop in showrooms.
