my dell monitor is working, only three month old, but its switches not working, so i cannot adjust its brightness and contrast, power always on, cannot off monitor, only way to off monitor is supply off, no button responds.

WHEN I START MY DELL MONITOR THERE IS ABOUT 1.00 cm WIDE LINE ON THE SCREEN WHICH DISAPPEARS AFTER SOMETIME, BUT THE DISPLAY FLICKERS EVERY NOW AND THEN.NATURALLY THIS CREATES IRRITATION TO THE USER.
