Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience faced due to misses from Dell. It is unfortunate that you have experienced multiple issues with your Dell PC. As per our records we have approved and started the process of a complete unit replacement for you since you had a poor experience with this Dell PC.
The turnaround time for a unit replacement is about 15-20 days as a fresh system is manufactured and then shipped out. As per details available with us, your faulty system is due to be picked up by dell within 2-3 business days and a new system will be shipped to you as a replacement consequently. The process will also require that you send us some documentation for which our replacement team is already in contact with you.
If in case you do face any challenges in the process, please feel free to contact me directly by sending me a private message or by through a reply to this blog. I will also send an e-mail to our replacement team in order to expedite the process for you.
