[Resolved] DTC — No service of TMS route

There is no bus on Tirv Mudrika Service. This route is totally capture by private bus operators. A lot problem with private bus driver and conductor i.e. standing on stop up to 30 minutes, slow driving, fast driving in compitition. The route no bus having registration no. as DL 1P C 9558, route no 957 I am very disappintoted the behaviour of Conductor and Driver.

I am Suman Kabir and i am working woman i have daily takes the bus from Delhi Punjabi Bagh to Rohini
Yesterday, I had take the DTC bus rout no. 957 which is going to Rohini side from shiwaji stedium. First of all the bus is not stop and when i show my hand then the speed is slowly but did not stop. and when i complaint the bus conductors Instead of any wrongdoing, he began to Argument and when i demanded the coplaint bok so saying i have not complaint book and he saying me, mera naam Sanjeev (Jo karna hai karlo aor mujh se bat nahi karo Driver se bat karo).

I am regular passenger of DTC bus route no. 957 for the last four years bus not coming in evening. This is the only DTC Bus which runs on this route and from the SIX months, We are faceing the same problem in regular basis.
