subject- misbehaiving of driver and conductor against passenger for not opeaning gate at stop and both of them were drinkin tea during there duty in the bus, hwn we asked please open the door then they both reply and show that whwn i will finish the tea then only i will opean the door, but both of them didn, t opean the door, durin that time 2 passengers were there but after that they did'nt opean the door..and after that they opean door at the red light of koria pull...

DTC — Misbehavior
Mr. Mehandra(DESIGNATION TI) checker of DTC bus misbehaved agianst me and his crew had tried to handle me inside DTC bus. Strict action should be taken against him. They don't know how to behave to customers. Also there is very high shortage of buses, but they are very strict on taking tickets. I couldn't able to get inside theough back door. and I entered through front door. Next stop they came a fined me. No question were asked. They know that I am an outsider.
