[Resolved]  DTC — Regarding making DTC pass at Kalkaji bus depot

Dear Sir/Madam

I want to make your attention regarding the problem faced by me and all the working persons at Okhla phase 2 and 1in making of new and renewal of dtc pass.As there is no facility of making the new and renewal of dtc pass at kalkaji bus depot we have to go to nehru place.Timing for making the pass is 8:30am which was 7:00am earlier and the rush of college students is also creating the problem for office going persons.Office timing for us is 8:00am and 9:00 am because of this we get late for the office and only the reason is that no facility is available at near by dtc bus depot.

We request you to plz open the counter for making the new and renewal of dtc pass at kalkaji bus depot if you want something else we have to do.Plz tell us.
