[Resolved] Eureka Forbes / Aquaguard Classic E-boiling — deficiency in service

I am using borewell water.On 7th Oct 2007 i installed Aquaguard classic-e boiling.Before that i asked them to check the supplied water in their lab and provide proper arrangements accordingly.Even after repeated request to the salesman nothing has been done.
