Dear, I have purchased the Aquasure Water Storage From the dealer on Oct. 08. within 10 days of purchasing, the candles of the filter is not working. the filter has to be cleaned in the morning and the evening then also the results are not satisfied. The guarentee period is 1 year. local dealer is not responding satisfactorily. after complaining to you via internet about 3 weeks before, the person was directed to come to our home. his statement was that he deals with the 25 lt. aquasure not 18 lt. After that nobody came. within 2 weeks if there is no favourable response from your company then we are force to go to CONSUMER FORUM and all the responsibilty will be yours. This is last & final letter to you.

I have bought Aqua sure on 01 sept'09 from Lucknow gomti nagar shop, sopkepper sold saying that pureit is clorine base and can be disolve in water when hot water 45-50 deg c used, but in aqua sure is idodized compact particle used and nothing is dissoved. and also the trusted brand in market.
with same trust i have bought the product but my problem started from very first use water after filtration, smells like ash, when i complained to dealer eureka fobres person came and attended and suggested use for one month i will be OK.
when i forced why should i use bad water for one month, where as manual refers use water for drinking after one or two initial filtration.ten another person came and proposed to change the carbon cartedge which again he was not sure for changing so i have been ask to check with sales person if he replace the unit as attendant was from service department.
again after one week no solution is provided and i have been told it is idodine base and this is iodine smell only, also they took sample of water for lab testing but no report produced till now.
these people are hiding the actual problem and misleading the consumers, i had updated to area manager mr rakesh Gupta ([protected]) of Lucknow then only above steps taken but no fruitful result, i am being forced to drink bad smell water if hey had clarified earlier i have dropped buying or i could have opted for UV base purifier.
i want either fix the problem or take unit back and give me discount on UV/RO base filtration unit.

I have purchased aquasure storage UV water purifier. i have discarded the initial filtered water, but after that also, from day one only the stored filtered water, smelled peculiarly. i am afraid that i have wasted my money on this product. what should i do.
Eureka Aquasure Jr Storage — Leakage of Water
I purchased one Eureka Aquasure Jr Storage,bill number 24423 TILL Number 110,from Spencer's Retail Ltd on 31/03/2010 with .The capacity is 18 liters (9liters top + 9 Liters bottom).The problem is that after the bottom part fills up it starts leaking from the space between the top part and bottom part.I have complained to the Spencer's twice but they did not help me yet.So, I request you to please help me out. eureka forbes - aquasure water purifier — non responding from customer center
3 months ago i bought a water purifier of eureka. initially 2 times theservice center responded to our queries properly. when the last time attendant
came to our place we wanted to replace a part of our purifier , he didn't
replace the whole part as he fell short of that . so he said , he will complete
that work in the next visit but more then one month has gone we have made
several calls to the customer center and they say that they will reply within 24
hours but nothing has happened so far .
no action taken on aquaguard fault complaint since last 8 days
rnthe flow of water in my Aquaguard is very less..it takes 3 hours to fill the container .I have called them atleast 15 times but no one has turned up till nw...its really annoyingAQUAGARD PURIFIER NOT WORKING

I totally agree with the above complainant. I bought aquasure water filter 18 liters on 30.08.08 from one big shopping complex at chennai. It stopped working from 2nd month onwards. And I filed complaint on 06.11.08, but nobody from that company turned up till 19.11.08 despite frequent calling. Is this the way one famous company responding to its customer's griefs?
