Sir I have faced an exactly same problem & i am also regreting that i bought their product. I have called them atleast 20 times and nobody came because the gaurantee period was going on & that it has expired thanks to their so called quick services, they call me up to get the servicing done by paying them for doing nothing. Whenever i called the service guy, either his wife or his grandparents died. I wonder how many grandparents and wives he has but i know 1 thing for sure that he is least bothered about attending to my call.
I would reccommend everyone reading this, not to go for a Eureka Forbes product as my experience has also been a pathetic one...

I'm Very thankfull to the aqua gaurd to provide great service.but the complaint is that after selling machine they never think about the time to services or followups.but think if one satisfied customer can increase your business & non satisfied customer can...
The same thing happened with me. The instrument has installed in the month of Jan'10, but till date nobody turned to give free services. I'm also apprehending any body will attend after the completion of free service period. But sorry to say that in today's scenario every co's is giving high attention for the services, but being a leading company it is not paying attention to the customer services for which in near future definitely the company will loose the confidence of the customer and customer will force to get other company product instead of Eureka Forbes. eureka forbes, Aquaguard, classic model — supplying defective machine
sir,A acquaguard marketing executive installed a classic model acquaguard on 5 th JANUARY 2011, then same day that mechine not supplying water properly, I told that executive, then he replying you should install a anather machine i.e is a Iron remover, i say ok, installe that, after installing that machine again the same problem found. Again i told that executive, he replying that i will taken back that machine and will install a new machine, but till date i can't found that executive or a new machine,

I have installed a water purifier (Aquguard) in my quarter from Mr. JC Choudhury during my service at Paradip Port. On my retiremnent I have shifted to Bhubaneswar. I am not getting its service maintenance facilities at Bhubaneswar. Evern I contacted a person said to be a authorised service personel, but I am not sure of his skilled.
I would request you to kindly let me know the person to whom I contact for servicing of my warter purifier.

i have a given a service contract for 3year for a fiem at kalina but hes not taking phon ecalls or attending to my complain last month he had come and changed just one filter

No Servicing of the product despite 48 hr guarantee
Our service request has not been attended to despite regular follow-ups at the call centre. We have AMC that guarantees servicing in 48 hrs yet since three weeks it has not been attended to and we are buying mineral water from outside.Eureka Forbes Water Purifier enhance RO+

Eureka forbes Aqua guard classic model — Customer NO Care
Eureka Foorbes could add a block letter NO in between their words customer and care since that is what their attitude represents. One of the customer care personnel challenged me to take up the matter of her rude behaviour whil attendign to an unattended complaint . Hence this e mail. When I asked her why are AMC customers too treated this negligent way she replied that everyone is on an AMC so what? Well so much for customer care.Would someone tell me is this the customer care eureka forbes boasts about and is this what we get for answering all their queries while on their early morning survey which starts as early as seven in the morning when we are all rushing with roller skates under or feet.
