thanks guys for all your feedback regarding Exact placement consulting firms, Guys u need to think simple that first of all no consultation firm takes money from the candidates rather they charge from the employee. Second if at all they charge, why cant they guarantee the job and also how about paying them once they get you placed? I guess there should be no issues also and no question of people waiting for their refund. So my suggestion to all is please be aware and alert before paying just like that to these kind of fraud companies. and i am sure they just fooling around with everyones career,

my suggestion to EXalt is stop playing with some ones career, because very soon you will be exposed widely throughout media.

I approached Excel Consultant for a good jod in HR. They charged me, and kept on rotating me . I wasted my 1 month by now, but still there is no any response from them. At the time of payment, they toldme that u had been hired, and you would get a call from the company regarding joining date, they also told me abt salary.
sir, please takle some stenp against these, career spoilers.

Dis is really important.. i hv seen many ppl here asking Abt EXALT Consultancy..do not join did consultancy at all...dey will calll u, sweetly speaking ladies will talk to u, convince u abt dem sayin dat dey will conduct interviews through reference basis in TOP companies, like IBM, ACCENTURE<COGNIZANT<CAPGEMINI<.. BUT its totally FAKE...trust me coz i hv a personnel experience..i submitted 3000 rupees in dis consultancy and as i was new to bangalore.i was totally unaware of d fact dat i can get cheated.. im really a needy person and dey don know wid how much difficulty i had submitted d amount..dese ppl will go to hell for sure..DON TRUST DEM N DON GIVE DEM A SINGLE PAISA...THEY ARE CHEATERS N THEY THREATEN ppl who are not from bangalore, i[censored]

Even i got the call from them, i did so much cross verification of this company, but i didn't find any bad record as such. Its a private limited company and has good record of placement One of my senior Mr. Jagdeesh got onsite opportunity through them even he suggested to go ahead with the registration, so i did. Now, every week i am getting calls. In first interview i got rejected. But Sahil sir called me and guided me for the next interview which happened last week in L&T. I got mail from HR that i am the one among the shortlisted candidates and my joining date will be mailed by this saturday. Am really happy with my decision to register with Exalt. I am suggesting the same to my friends and batch-mates too, while surfing internet my friend came across the comment above that's why i felt like commenting about their cooperative service.

I didn't get any such call from them but when i went to my college for X-student Function i came to know about them in discussion with my friends, so i also thought of joining them immediately, but i got a second thought too, that i should believe my friends or should i do some background check . So, While checking the background of this company i came across the comments above.

Here the company is asking the identification from the candidate above. So i got some doubt. i again check and refined whole internet about this and everywhere i found that, somebody is trying to defame this company, might be competitor or any enemy, dnt know exactly who. But when i came across following Articles in google i got shocked.These articles are showing another side of the coin.

So now i decided to approach the consultancy directly to clarify my queries rather than trusting the fake complaints

@hitesh Naik and reddy Vivek --You both are fake.
They only provide Email-id for apply by candidate himself.And that all email Id are taken from recently job posted by various Job-Site like Chetnas forum and Durgajobs.com.
So, candidate already applied this.They Never provide calls or email-id from there side.In Previous Three Months I did not got any call.

As they say that we will provide call from very first day from company like-wipro, accenture and some more big names all are fake.
They Will Never Returns your Money.
I am latest victim of them so BE CAREFUL from this fraud. What email-id they will Provide you can get easly from some job sites like--chetnas, durga and fresher cafe.

yes its true and even few days back i got call from them and Exhalt consulting ask me to deposit Rs 4500 + 1 month Salary. I checked a lot about this company and finally one of my frend told me its a fraud and they never return the money, and yes its true. No consulting company will charge money for the placements, they are getting the money from the comanies itself. Beleive me its a big FRAUDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD>...

Leaving the first one, all other comments are by an insider. Even I lost 3000 to this consultancy.
Do not pay even a single penny, corporates pay and not candidates. They are making a fool out of innocent job seekers.

I'm in talks with this consulting company and I'm supposed to deposit Rs 4500 as the registration fees. You all have quite extreme views about the company being a fake or not. What should I do??

I paid 4500/- in this consultancy. They promised jobs in Level 5 MNC. They were different before and after payment..They never responded after payment..They told for refund if i dont get a job in 6 months. Nothing, I got 4500/- cheated from them. After a long time, they started sending one mail for 3 months that too in a very small company. I dont want anyone to get cheated from them. Fraud.

Guys i have paid an amount of Rs 4500 to this consultancy, prior to that they agreed to get me a job very soon and after i got registered i didn't get even a single call from the consultancy and not even any interview calls through it, it has already been 2 months since I got registered, and now that I have got a job on my own effort, i am trying to call them to refund my money, they are not even answering the call...if I call them on the landline, they simply put the call on hold and not even speak...can anyone of you please suggest how I can get the money back from them... :-(

and to make us feel better, they themselves post comments on complain boxes saying this is a good consultancy and all...please dont believe if there are any positive comments above, it has been posted by none other than the Exalt people.

EXALT are cheaters... thy cheat ppl... saying thy ill get you job... you need to pay n register and pay you first month salary... they ill answer all you r queries, attend all your calls and reply all your mails until they get the registration fees of 4500 from you after that they wont even speak to you properly or ans your queries or reply your mails. Before registering, the consultant ill tell all sweet words n ill say that they hav openings in all top MNC and make you register once you register you ill get nothing out of EXALT, except disappointment. After registering you ill jus get some forwarded mails stating that your resume has been forwarded to this company and a HR from tht company ill call you. I got some 10 such forwarded mail from EXALT but not even a single interview or interview call.. When you call them asking for any update regarding your profile no body ill ans you properly.. the only thing they say is call on saturdays coz they wont ans for queries on weekdays... and wen you call on saturdays.. only reply you get is your profile has been forwarded to companies and will updtae you once they get any reply from the companies... but you wont get any reply from them after that. When you try to contact someone in exalt.. thy ill literally transfer the call internally upto 10 times and at last say that the person is not available in office so call later... this is wat they do in thr... no job nothing... its only cheating... so guys dnt believe thm n get cheated...

i really don't understand why people are Telling As Fraud to Exalt consulting i got placed through Exalt Me And my Whole Family is Thankful to Exalt Thanks A lot,
