I am also one amongst you who fell into this trap and still trying to get up but couldnt. I accept you people are loyal to the company, yes that you need to be too.. but dont forget one thing, i know you guys who talk in front of media something and who plays tricks and games. Tell me personally how many guys are not looking out for job. And what is that habit of schoolism of standing up and wishing good morning good afternoon night etc. Boss lets be professional. If you enter CEO ( As per they say) cabin, you are supposed to stand in front of him. and you know something only 3 people are allowed to enter his cabin without his permission and in that one person kewly goes to his cabin makes her dress proper, watches sceneries from there, makes her hair proper and on the top she is the only person who knows how to cry, when and what situation. She joined this company as a receptionist and then was moved to call center a BCOM graduate who is Asst Manager HR today. People call her Gajakamini, the way she does Ramp walks and other fashion shows, one should learn as how to stitch dresses from her end only.
She comes to office only to talk with her boyfriend and just flirt with everyone around. and you know a pity thing which no one has bought to our knowledge, This company is both an
IT & ITES company. People have spoken only abt IT. the pitiest part is ITES - bpo section where people are paid a package of 4000 with 2yrs bond and if the bond is broken they have to pay back what ever they took from the company. and you know wat they tell the US clients that these people are paid dollars ha ha ha funny. I really wonder how these people are able to survive only with lies. And as Ragavendra said MR. Shyam Prasad Hebbar, he will not leave this comp as he cant get job anywhere. He being an senior ops manager, opens car door for his boss and goes behind his boss just like a dog. He even licks sirs shoes and this is the only unprofessional company where people are called as sir and madam.
Even my driver is paid[protected] salary in Mangalore who is not even a PUC. Boss open your eyes, instead of you pouring money on charity better dedicate it to your staff's. They will bring you more loyalty than god. Service to human being is service to god.
Guys pls dont support since bcoz we work here, what ever you say i think we all are true to our inner sense.

The points Chinna mari; sorry Chinna Swamy has mentioned is correct. But he can't deceide it is worst company just because he doesnt like this company. No all the employees will have a same view point. Am working for my company, so I respect my company.If I dont satisfy with this company I'll join another company.It is true that many of the employees are suffering, still it is not good to talk bad about the company we are working. Work if you want to be in the company otherwise leave the company. No one will hold you here. Everyone is doing their work.

Came with the designation developer but left to another company by having the designatioin Project Manager. Jumped to another company by having this designation(Project Manager).Is this much not enough for him??? Then left the company without mentioning to management. Is this the behaviour of Project Manager?
And it might be true that Ashok Pai, Savitha and other desighners wrote those positive comments for their salary hike. Dont be silly guys, you dont get hike through these non sense things.

Strictly speaking why should anyone give notice period without getting any appointment letter from the company. Did anyone who favoured this company ever thought about this ?

Guys, please note that all the above golden comments stated are not only for Glowtouch Technologies Pvt Ltd BUT never forget that.. its also same things happening here in Diya Systems..so my dear guys n gals, please wake up now and prove we are the best..Because, as I was a past worker of diya, I cud see that there are so many policies for the QAs. Its really not ging well here and I can call that as: QA and its policies are the worst one in diya. Also, some silly things happenonmg here, as a small baby can aslo be understood and that is, paying 4000/month and looking for the 33 mails or chat as the targets ‘how its possible, ??? :) OMG!!!, I have worked for some hosting compns in bangalore and ther the pay starts from 15K/month..so calculate urself guys and DONT WORK HARD HERE BUT WORK SMART ok?.. I am an ex-employee of diya systems. Currently, I am in Bangalore with a business of my own.
My business is going good and in order to expand my business, I thought of having a Web site of my own. Hence, I contacted the chat support for assistance. Earlier, when we were working in this firm it enjoyed a standard of its own. But now? Well, the question arises after I had a chat with one of the chat reps.
I have attached all the chat conversations I had with the chat reps. Please go through it and let me know whether I have went wrong anywhere? It seems the agents are attending the chats just to meet their daily targets. The word 'CUSTOMER SATISFACTION' might not have any value with the conversation I had. This will be very bad to the company's growth. If this is the case, the chat support is no longer required I guess. Its just a waste of time for me and those agents without having any concern about the company's development or growth.
The following is the chat session i had with one of the reps:

And thats all. He disconnected me from the chat. However, I can now understand the situation. Yes, I do agree with Swamy. The condition in that office is pathetic. In diya u will be paid around 4k per month and even for that you got to give write a bond for 1 and half year. Bull man!!! The working environment is disgusting. Even a Goverment office has much more better facilities than this. Do they still serve "BUNS" on sundays??? :-). Ridiculous!!! I have had very bad experience as an employee and also as a customer with this firm. For the jujubi 4000 (3, 300 per month we used to receive after deducting tax, PF and all) they offer, all the poor guys in diya have to reach their targets of around 35 e-mails or chats in a shift. Here QA is everything. There is no priority for customer satisfaction. If the customer is not satisfied, then the customer will come hard banging at you. And hence, you will not have the job satisfaction. Once again for the 4k they offer, we have to bear the harsh words from the customer, from the seniors, from the TL's, from the floor managers and of course the so called "SIR". Whenever, I used to wish good morning, good afternoon or good night to this so called "SIR", I used to question myself whether am working for a ITES company or am still in some college. Respect should always come from heart. It should not be bought. Mr. RaviChandran please learn these simple things.
