[Resolved]  Goibibo — refund on cancellation

i have booked 4 tickets from delhi to mumbai. the booking ticket PNR is BLKWMK, after that i cancelled 1 ticket from those 4 tickets the PNR of which is BIJIVH.
i contacted ibibo people regarding this , their reply was like you will get yourrefund within 15 working days but now its around 2 months have been passed. i hv contacted 6-8 times, each time i call they are not responding properly and cut the phone call.
please help

GoIbibo — regarding cancellation refund

i booked ticket through online portal site goibibo and the flight got cancelled and its has been 12 days today and still i didn't got my refund back.i will advise you all to never book a ticket from this portal.
