GOIBIBO is a fake airline ticketing agency, they prime business is to cheat its customer, giving false promises, they do not have any basic business ethics .
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK TICKETS THRU THIS AGENCY, I HAVE BURNT MY FINGERS WITH THEM. MY SINCERE ADVICE IS DONT GET FOOLED BY THEM. YOU NEED TO BOOK TICKETS ONLY IF YOU ARE SURE OF YOUR TRAVEL . IF THERE IS A POSSIBILITY OFCANCELLATION. PLS DO NOT BOOK.

please give mback my refund else i will go to the consumer court and you have to face the consequences . My travel date is 20.11.2011 from chennai to bangalore at 20.35 hrs thru KF airlines . The refund is yet to come. Repeated calls have gone waste . I have spoken to n number of cust serv exe no use.

#goibibo ppl are pathetic.We booked room to stay in dwarka gujarat in October month and all payment and confirmation was done. But when we checked in on 29th Deccember into hotel, hotel was saying they have not received any confirmation and amount. We called goibibo.they wasted mine around two hour in telaphone call. they blamed to hotel. and hotel blame to goibibo.
and they were saying that you can take other hotel. After a full 40 hours journey we were still not provided room. Goobibo is saying that there is no room available so you can take other hotel #Meerahotel is saying Rooms are available and you can pay to us and take. But when we have already paid why we should pay again. They humiliated and tortured us for 1-2 hours. The #Gujarat #goibibo agent is saying he will pay to hotel now, so there will be no problem. Today when we are about to checkout #Meerahotel is saying they have not received any payment. We called #goibibo and no response. We were having our bus at 8am so atlast they made us pay again whole bill and again they humiliated us. so we paid again whole ammount to hotel and our somnath bus(pre booking) also left.so again beared cost of bus. These hotel people were so pathetic and uncoperative and #goibibo is making people fool and doing fraud with us.
They are making fool and torturing us. They take your money and then they nothing provide.
I did lot of calls to goibibo, also raised this issue in social sites like facebook, twitter.they have not provide my full amount till 05-jan-2018.
If they are not able to provide service to customer. Then they never compensate.
No commitment and No customer value.

This is regarding goibibo.com I wanted to inform you that i had booked airlines ticket form goibibo.com on 16/12/2009 the tickets were not confirmed for the airlines and the same was cancelled by them after deducting the fare amount form my bank account through internet banking, I was inform that i will get the refund amount with in 15 working days but now allready 20 days and i have not received the refund yet. I have given complaint to customer care centre five to six times throw phone but i am not receving any co-operating respond from them, please help me regarding the same
