Hello,

I have purchased a hero motorcycle in the year 2006 and Hero Honda Hunk in 2008 from Lakshmi motors(dealer) . I am a loyal customer of Hero Honda since past 10 years. But since i bought this Achiever 2006 model and Hunk 2008 Model i have always face very bad experience in getting the spare parts, every time i give my bike for servicing dealer will say there is no stock of spare parts and keep my bike for 2 to 3 days. And now its been 2 months i am asking each and every dealer in Hyderabad to get me a visor and some of Hunk spare parts non of the dealer is giving me a proper response just they are hanging up the phone on my face.

When they have a product in the market how come they don't keep the spare parts. its really a epithetic service of Dealer's in Hyderabad and dealers blame the company. I am looking forward to see company will give me the needful help

i have bought a new achiver in 2006 and i want to servicicing my bike but this bikes spare parts are not avilable in hero honda agency i am very angry fromn this companies servicing i want to they will bring the spare parts and i can ride my bike again i shall be very thankful to uuuu

Hero Honda / Achiever — Non Availability of Spare Parts

Hi All,

I have Hero Honda Acheiver bike 2006 make and using this bike for last 4 years and i never came across any issues its a very nice bike and performance is also very good and so far i never came across any issues. So far i have driven more than 43,000 kms and only now the chain sprocket got worn and need to be replaced for that i have checked with all Hero Honda authorised dealers but they said sorry we dont have any stocks with us right now and when we checked we came to know since this model didnt fly out very well as compared to the other models Hero Honda had stopped the production and also stopped sending the spares. Its fine if they are stopping the production but what harm the customers did other buying this model we dont have any clue how to get the spares as company they cannot be so lethargic in this and take a decision like this. My bikes front mudgaurd also got broken i was searching for the spares for more than a month but all my effort gone in a vain and atlast i got the second quality spare from the local shop and fixed it.

Why Hero Honda wants to put its customer under trouble like this????????

Hero Honda — Non Availability of spare parts

This is very surprising that i am not getting spare parts(Block kit,Oil pump,Roker,Oil pump spoket) of PLESURE for a month. What should i do. I have bought this just 7 month before. Is it a kind of after sale service should we expect from a company like hero honda.

Hi my name is siva prasad from chennai and im using hero honda hunk since last two years and my vehicle forque suspension has drastically got reduced so i wanna replace them, im looking for front forque suspension springs and i touched almost all the dealers in chennai but no one has hunk spares and everyone replied the same that is company not releasing any spares due to some tax issue, if hero honda maintains the same way def it looses its reputation and also the business growth in india...

I have a karizma Zmr n its 2n half year old
All spares are not available in all service centers and spares centers they are telling that hero company is in strike so there is no selling in spares i dint get my chain socket, accelerator cable, air filter some one help me only Indians are facing these type of problems.

Maine 6 month pahle duet liya tha uska patrol tanky ka cable jo locker se add rahta hai wo tut gaya hai aur payna me local market aur service center kahi nahi mil raha service center wale kahte hai ki bihar me kahi nahi milega kab tak aayega ye bhi nahi bata rahe hai 1 month se mai appna scooty use nahi kar pa raha hu .kyu cable kharab hone ke wajah se patrol nahi dal pa raha hu agar hero ka koi bhi employee available kara sakta hai to please help me

    My name is Mr.Chhandrakant R.Shinde. I had make a full payment (on[protected] for karizma ZMR in 101,niksia house,mehendale garage chowk,Erandwane.(united agency)
    As the sales personal and manager gives me word on delivery of the vehicle on 11-10-11.on that particular day they wasted my whole day because they lost the key of the same vehicle. They bring a key-maker and play with the bike for 4 hours. Afterword they said that they will give me another vehicle within four days, what a shame, till today they are unable to give the bike.

    Please look in to the matter.

      I had purchased a pleasure bike from Ishna Motors, Mahakali, Andheri (E) on April 21, 2011. I had taken the Goodlife programme and paid the amount for it. Till date I have still not yet received my gooodlife card. After numerous telephone enquiries and follow up. I am now told that they have not forwarded the same. Who is to be blamed for this. The customer who has already paid or the Dealers has been laxed and taken the customer for granted?

        Iqbal Agham, from jamnagar Gujarat. I hv so many complaint about Hero moto corp dealer. Here in jamnagar there r two company authorised dealer. M/s Gokul Associates and M/s Karan enterprise. Both r almost same in way to cheat customer. Both r dealing throue finance company not in cash. If customer ask to purchase vehicle in cash, they told 6-8 months waiting and insist to purchase vehicle from finance company and give delivery at a time in finance. how it possible..vehicle not awailable in cash n ready in Finance ? In this way dealer sale by taking a primium all the way..
        otheside they force customer to Pay rs 2000 to 8000 per motor cycle in name of variouse compolsory charges, which actually not part of company product.. Regional office know all this activities, but not taken even complaint about this and bluntly tell your r free to take any action... It it a way to handle the customer ?

        I have purchased karizma R (white) 4 months before. At the time of purchase there was a scratch on my bike which was noted and informed to the concerned pearson at the dealer ship they assured that the compliant will be rectified at the time of first service, they also inform me that the scratch on my bike was a transit damage. After 2 days of my purchase I started feeling that the bike was not moving currectly on the road, as this complaint was informed and the bike was being checked concerned people and they conformed that the both alloys are bended and they will rectify this complaint at the time of first service. And another complaint which was missing complaint that to was reported in the service supervisor PRIME thiruvalla ( VINOD) as he recommended me to keep a spair spark plug in my pocket, is this the way that HERO dealers have trained their staff. ……?

        It is very bad dealing and feeling shame to say that I to am a customer of HERO . Nw it has been 4 months since I have reported the compliant nw it has been the 5th service and today I give my bike for the 5th service at PRIME Thiruvalla and they gave me a bill of 600/- Rs first and when I recheck the bill there was some mistake regarding unwanted spare after showing this mistake to the concern person (VINOD) they automatically gave a fresh bill of RS 540/-. If I didn’t check the bill and jus paid the bill my 60/- Rs will be a CHEATING amount which is taken by the concern dealer.

        I don’t know whether the same thing is happening to the Rest of the CUSTOMERS. Let me say doing these kind of CHEATING is better than doing a sale because any have the company is making a remarkable profit.

        Mr VINOD has indecently behaved with me this time also. If my alloys are not replaced with the new one’s I will surely take the action against the dealership. I have solid proof ( bill & voice Recording) which I will surely forward it to the consumer court.

        “ When HERO HONDA had a collaboration these type of customer complaint was least but now when HERO is the only player in the field lot of complaints have been raising up. Either you resolve my complaint without any charges OR take my Bike back without paying any single penny for ME. I make sure that the name of HERO will be totally wiped out among the public with in no time. Don’t take it as simple as you can, do something very seriously so that things may workout in a fine manner.

          I have the passport bearing no. 05J09C03249 dated 5.10.2010 valid for three years.As per instruction in the passport "Get your passport renewed immediately after its expiry" I requested the Bargarh (Orissa) dealer to renew my Passport on 6.10.11 while purchasing a new motorcycle Splender Pro in the name of Sri Tilaram Meher and take cognigence of this purchase. The Proprieter refused to credit any point and give award since the passport stands expired on 5.10.2011 i.e the day before the date of approach.
          Since I am an old customer and have already accrued 69219 points , my complaint may be taken seriously and direct the daeler to redress my grievance within a week positively.

            Dear Sir

            First of all my best wishes for your new brand identity Hero moto corp, hopefully it will set a new benchmark in customer satisfaction.

            Going by my experience I think in coming days customers will be marginalized and exploited at Hero moto corp, the way I am being exploited and harrased by such a big company like yours.

            I bought a Karizma zmr, ch no - nblmc38eebggd01013, rc no - br 01 bc 1562, from asha motors patna on 29th april 2011.

            From the very third day of purchase I noticed that the fuel tank was heating up a lot, specially in traffic. i brought this problem to the notice of the people of asha motors service center, but I was told (very lightly) that its a miner glitch with every zmr which gets solved after the first servicing. Though this kind of a feed back was surprising for me because my friends have zmr and they never had this problem, still I thought its better to wait for the first servicing. And hence began the story of my misery which has now so mentally exhausted me that the only way open for me is that of court.


            In the meanwhile the fuel tank would heat up so much due to the hot engine that I had to, on a few occasion park the bike and wait for it to cool down. I was anxiously waiting for the first servicing for this problem to be resolved but I was wrong. After the servicing the problem was still there, and I once again went back to the service centre where the staff told me that this problem was due to my driving style! I was shocked, I told them that they should do some simple drive tests and they will get to know that the problem is genuine, but they told me that they were busy.

            I was totally appalled at this kind of a behaviour, I paid over a lakh rupees for the best bike in india (as told by the salesman) and here I was burning my thighs while riding it and facing arrogant and unhelpful staff at the service center.

            In the mean while the problem persisted, at every complain i got the same reply "it happens with all the zmr". I did a lot of research both online and online and came to the conclusion that this is not a common problem and i am being toyed by the service center. i tried my level best to convince them that this was not a common problem, but they did not pay any attention and never ever tried to find out the cause of the problem.

            I was exhausted and mentally drained by running from pillar to post, to add on the staff there were getting rude and unresponsive after every passing day.

            Finally in month of September 2011, after so many months of exploitation, I decided to report this issue to the higher authorities and contacted the area manager of hhml, who assured me of a resolution. After a few days I got a call from the service center where my bike was given a through check by opening it up, the same check which should have been done a long time back.

            After the checkup i was told that the problem has been resolved and there would be no unnecessary heating up of fuel tank. Unfortunately, this was no the case, there was no change in the heating up pattern. I again contacted the service center, who in reply said that they will get back to me after one day but never called me back and do not pick up my calls as well.

            Now the only hope which appears to me is that of consumer court but I do not have that much of time. You have gone through the above statement here are some important questions which I would like you to answer.

            1. How can a engine which has coolant in it heat up so much that the fuel tank becomes hot ?

            2. How can the people at hhml term this as a normal thing when the rider has to stop the bike so that the fuel tank cools down ?

            3. How can the service staff say that this problem occurs in all the zmrs while there is no evidence of it ?

            4. Is this a standard operating procedure of HHML to abuse the customer ?

            5. Is this the SOP of HHML to frustrate the customer by not solving his problem ?

            6. When the problem is being reported from the 2nd week of purchase, is it not possible that there can be any manufacturing defect in the bike, does it not indicate towards a proper investigation of the problem?

            7. If there is no manufacturing defect then the problem should be in the coolant, is it not possible that the service center is providing adulterated coolant ?

            8. If there is no manufacturing defect and no adulteration by the service centre then How come I am facing a unique problem ?

            Dear sir, by this time I am totally frustrated and depressed by the actions of HHML, it saddens me to see the situation, it would have been better if I had purchased a bajaj or yamaha but its ironic that I chose chose HHML for its customer service.

            This is my first and last request to you, kindly get my problem solved and if the problem cannot be solved then I wont settle for a new zmr, rather I would want my money back so that I can buy some other brand.

              I booked a Hero pleasure scooter (Red colour) from Babu motors,Gandhi nagar post, Neyveli - 607308,Tamil Nadu on 22/07/2011. Till today there is no response about the vehicle. While approaching they behave rudely. They are forcing us to get back the paid advance and to purchase other company vehicle. I never come across such a poor response from any automobile dealer. This kind of behaviour of dealers will spoil the image of Hero moto corp. I expect a better response from the company regarding the supply of vehicle at the earliest.

                i am a hero motocorp customer . i bought a KARIZMA R from Aher Auto,sadanand sankul,kalyan,maharashtra in jan 2011.i went for 4th servicing on 28/09/2011n after servicing i inspected n found my EXPENSIVE HORN STOLEN whereas i informed before servicing that my bike had a horn which did not include in standard fitment.
                the dealer n concerned authorities have APOLOGISED n promised to make up for the losses.This was a good gesture from their side but if it had been some person who has no technical information would have fallen prey to this incident.we trust hero motocorp which was hero honda then.not expected from you all.please take action to avoid this in future.Please dnt let us down ,expect a lot from hero motocorp.

                    Sunday (27 may) i got time to receive my bike after service @ 10 AM since i was on number 1, but unfortunately i haven't got bike on time, when i complain this to MANAGER he said it a human nature you have to wait & this timing is not computerized it can delay, i got my bike @11 AM, its simply show how irresponsible he is about the service to the customers.

                    About Goodlife gift they are just making fool to us the person said we got the gifts but the system not working from last 20 days, are they this much not capable of making system upto date. Its now more than 2 years i haven't received single gift on the behalf of this passport gift scheme.

                      I would like to inform you that your (Hero Motocorp) authorized dealer 'Kusumaghar' located in Medical Square in Nagpur City is trying to avoid customers. I have booked Hero Honda Hunk Double disk colour code 'CBR' (Candy Blazing Red) with full payment at this place over a month ago and I told them that I want delivery on 2nd Sept 2011. The company replied that they have only 1 unit of specified vehicle and that too was damaged, after seeing it I asked for next stock of my bike and they replied 20 days or more. After 20 days they replied we have only 1 unit of Hero Honda Hunk double disk colour code CBR. The mirrors of the vehicle are attached of sports red colour model instead of candy blazing red. The most important thing is Reception Counter seems to be enjoying all the day and has no information of bikes in respect of colour codes and Disc types, every time I ask them about my bike they make phone call to other just for asking colour codes of bike, which shows poor image of your reputation.

                        Dear Sir, My self Nilamani Seth, s/o. Lokanath Seth of vill. Saraspali, p.o. Sankrida, Dist. Bargarh, Odisha-768103 had taken a CD-Deluxe motorcycle from Shyam Motors, N.H.6, Panchgachia, Sambalpur on Dt. 26/08/2011. On the date of purchase while I had run 8k.ms the bike was stoped on road. At that time I had brought this problem to the notice of the dealer by mobile phone. But they took the problem lightly and asked me drive slow. The problem persist day by day. After running 499 k.m. the vehicle ceased, and the kick didn't functiioned. Today I have submitted the bike to the Dealer's workshop by 10.30 a.m. over a Tata Ace(Tempo), for which I had to run 50 k.m.from my home. Today the team didn't attained my bike due to the absence of the machanic, according to the Works Manager Mr. Mohanty. In this I need a new Engine(not repaired) from you Company. Otherwise take the shelter of the consumer court.

I tell the complaint before the dealer in many times and they check the vehicle and change several parts like Corneset, Alloy Wheel, Tyre, singharm etc.are changed in different time in different days.But they can not find out the complaint of my vehicle. Mariya Motors, Pattimattom Hero MotoCorp(formely Hero Honda) dealer refer my vehicle to Focus Motors, Kadavantra, Ernakulam to find out the complaint.But they are failed to find out the problem of my Glamour vehicle. My bike is continously sitting in showroom due to the reason of manufacturing complaint.My vehicle is not useful me.

                        It is a mechanical defect.The above said vehicle was saled to me without a proper checking.There for you must solve the problem immediately either cure the mechanical defect or issue a new Motor cycle.Otherwise it will cause irreperable injury to me(both money and time).

                        I have purchased karizma R (white) 4 months before. At the time of purchase there was a scratch on my bike which was noted and informed to the concerned pearson at the dealer ship they assured that the compliant will be rectified at the time of first service, they also inform me that the scratch on my bike was a transit damage. After 2 days of my purchase I started feeling that the bike was not moving currectly on the road, as this complaint was informed and the bike was being checked concerned people and they conformed that the both alloys are bended and they will rectify this complaint at the time of first service. And another complaint which was missing complaint that to was reported in the service supervisor PRIME thiruvalla ( VINOD) as he recommended me to keep a spair spark plug in my pocket, is this the way that HERO dealers have trained their staff. ……?

                        It is very bad dealing and feeling shame to say that I to am a customer of HERO . Nw it has been 4 months since I have reported the compliant nw it has been the 5th service and today I give my bike for the 5th service at PRIME Thiruvalla and they gave me a bill of 600/- Rs first and when I recheck the bill there was some mistake regarding unwanted spare after showing this mistake to the concern person (VINOD) they automatically gave a fresh bill of RS 540/-. If I didn’t check the bill and jus paid the bill my 60/- Rs will be a CHEATING amount which is taken by the concern dealer.

                        I don’t know whether the same thing is happening to the Rest of the CUSTOMERS. Let me say doing these kind of CHEATING is better than doing a sale because any have the company is making a remarkable profit.

                        Mr VINOD has indecently behaved with me this time also. If my alloys are not replaced with the new one’s I will surely take the action against the dealership. I have solid proof ( bill & voice Recording) which I will surely forward it to the consumer court.

They did not give proper service or even to look my vehicle. what should i do now. Now iam in a worried situation. Solve me the problem as soon as possible.

                        Hello I am customer of hero moto corp.I have bought a new scooter (pleasure) from namha shibhai motors, pune.i m not satisfied with their service, before 8 days they took my bike. from tuesday they said next day next day. now today its sat. still i m not getting my bike...
                        another thing my bike is in warranty period but from begining its create problem...every time for service they charged me extra money...i m not satisfied ...please take some action ...its a request...
                        I buy my scooter (Mastro) a year back from PATWA ABHIKARAN PVT. LTD. (INDORE), The 1st servicing they had given me good but due to its far for me i had tried my further servicing from SANSKAR MOTORS (VIJAY NAGAR, INDORE) & for every service i get poor & poor experiance. Cleaning not good, policing not good, No concern person to advice for better millage & engine maintenance. All Detail known by there General Manager also but its same. I don't known weather my scooter servicing happening perfectly or not.

                        I suffered with my bike in engine oil level down and abnormal noise from engine so submitted my bike four time on service center on 21/5/2014 but on 20/06/2014 bike not ready to handover me .

                            i bought a motorbike last month from the Jyoti motors basti jodhewal Ludhiana it's brand name is HERO MOTOR CORP. Model name is PASSION PRO so far, i actually have to explain you that i driven to above said dealer 2-3 days back for supposed to avail first free service which was provided by the company with motor bike but matter is that they people did not entertain me or i have been nothing provided , i mean to say that i was there for 3-4 hours in a que for service token so far , even i was misbehaved by the staff . Therefore it is to request you please guide me how to take action against above said company and the dealer . i will be very oblized to you if you look into the matter as early as you can. THANKS .

                            dear sir, i bought a motor bike last month from the HERO motor corp. so far , 2-3 days before i went their showroom with my passion pro bike to avail for first free service, but they people just kept me hold there without providing any waiting slip or any registration for 2-3 hours so far, tell me can any one efford such type negligence even being a customer of HERO motor corp i also have to face misbehaviour by the dealer. i w'd like to draw ur attention please suggest me how i deal with them in a legal way. thanks

                            I AM AFROZ SOYAN, I HAVE PURCHASED PASSION PRO FROM AHER AUTO (P) LTD SYNDICATE MURBAD ROAD, KALYAN(W) 421301 ON 15 SEPT 2011.SINCE THEN MY FRONT WHEEL IS WOVELLING AND I HAD INFORMED THE SAME TO AHER AUTO AND AFTER INSPECTION THEY TOLD ME THAT WE DONT TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF TYRES AND BATTERY. THEN THEY ASKED ME TO GO TO APPRX. 50 KM AWAY TO A TVS VENDOR TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM. I CALLED UP THE TVS VENDOR AND DISCUSSED THE PROBLEM WITH HIM BUT HE SAID YOU SHOULD COME ON MONDAY BETWEEN 12 TO 3 PM.I TOLD THE SAME TO SALES TEAM OF AHER AUTO BUT THEY DID N'T CO-OPERATE ME ALSO I ASKED THEM TO TAKE TO GENERAL MANAGER BUT THEY REFUSED TO DO SO. AS I HAD PURCHASED THE BIKE FROM HERO AUTHORISED DEALER ITS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM AT YOUR AUTHORISED DEALER. WHILE DRIVING A BIKE ABOVE 40 KMPH MY FRONT WHEEL STARTS WOVELLING AND IT COULD LEAD TO AN FATAL ACCIDENT. ALSO TWO THREE TIMES I LOOSE MY BALANCE AND COULD HAVE MET WITH AN ACCIDENT. SO ANYTHING GOES WRONG WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAME.
                            SO CONSIDER THE MATTER ON HIGH PRIORITY BASIS AND KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL AT THE EARLIEST

                            Iqbal Agham, from jamnagar Gujarat. I hv so many complaint about Hero moto corp dealer. Here in jamnagar there r two company authorised dealer. M/s Gokul Associates and M/s Karan enterprise. Both r almost same in way to cheat customer. Both r dealing throue finance company not in cash. If customer ask to purchase vehicle in cash, they told 6-8 months waiting and insist to purchase vehicle from finance company and give delivery at a time in finance. how it possible..vehicle not awailable in cash n ready in Finance ? In this way dealer sale by taking a primium all the way..
                            otheside they force customer to Pay rs 2000 to 8000 per motor cycle in name of variouse compolsory charges, which actually not part of company product.. Regional office know all this activities, but not taken even complaint about this and bluntly tell your r free to take any action... It it a way to handle the customer ?

                            Hero Honda / Hero Motocorp — Poor performance & high maintenance

                            I have bought a HERO HONDA Passion PRO Bike from one of their dealer in Tarnaka, Secunderabad in October 2009.
                            After the first service the Bike's Self Start (Electric Start) failed to perform till today after repeated services and inspections by the dealer, The Mileage went down from 65 Km to 41 km. Recently on a busy road the Chain was broken, the back wheel got jammed in the middle of heavy traffic and the Bike skidded. On God's grace we escaped from being overrun.From the day 1 onwards I am paying for all the expenses.Now dealer expresses his inability to provide free replacements
                            kindly think 100 times before buying a HERO Bike as it will give only troubles. I used this Bike only 15000 Km till now.

                            I would like to advice all future buyers of this brand if you can spend thousands of rupees on maintenance and free time to pass at HERO Work shops then you can pleasantly buy this Brand Bikes

                            I have taken bike of Hero Splendor Pro on 09/09/2012 from Kumar Auto, Akshar Chock, old padra road, Vadodara.
                            Dis is d first time in my life i visited d showroom n no one is asking for even water 2 drink. I spend almost 3 hrs over there every staff members were having tea n coffee but no care for customers. Dats y its a request 2 d hero company 2 tell there dealership 2 atleast give a glass of water 2 drink 2 d customer. in Kumar Auto they have taken almost 2 hours 2 have d papers. In kumar auto d manager is a lady she herself things she is d owner of d hero company her behaviour 2days customer was also not good. Dats y i request d hero company 2 pl luk into dis matter.

                              Dear Sir.

                              I am R.Murugan I have purchased a Splendor Plus on 31 August 2011 at AS Motors No 1 Kanchi Road Tiruvannamalai, on delivering itself i found the following problems 1. Right side pulling 2. The front fork assemble is not straight with the body. so that they asked me to bring my bike back to repair. Till now i went 6 times to test the performance but it is not rectified and hence i have requesting for Replacement for the defective one But they forced me to take the same defective product. but i can't accept the same with the fault. I think the fault may arise due to bent in the seas (frame).

                              Hero Motocorp is the top company but they don't have Email Address to Launch Complaints and
                              even they don't have Toll Free Number for customer complaints. It is very disappointment to me.

                              I have purchased a mopad hero pleasure on 1 july 2011 from kusumgar motor at baidyanath chowk, Nagpur. Since from delivery battery problem has started . I have registered many complaint but action taken by company was not satisfied to me .
                              Hero Motocorp is the top company but they don't have Email Address to Launch Complaints and

                                Hello,

                                I had complain the same to Hero Motors Corp. in there complain box on website. More than a month before but till date there is no action on this. In 2008 I purchase HH Glamor FI. That time too they charge me Handling charges. I complain the same to Hero Honda that time they took the action and refunded my amount with apologizing.

                                Handling charges are paid to the dealers by company and that should not be charged from the customers.

                                In Hyderabad all Hero Motors dealers are charging Handling charges from customer which is not suppose to be. I had complain the same few year back and got the amount refunded. That time the Hero Motors Area sales manager told me that this will not be repeated. But there is no change. They are charging this under Accessories Rs. 2100 and providing Accessories. Sari gard, Side mirror, Site cover, Tank cover. If we say this much high price accessories we don't want then they say we will deduct 565/- from 2100 and other amount i.e 2100-565= 1535 you have to pay. If I ask them to include this 1535/- in bill under the said charge they are not ready to give any receipt of the same.

                                I request you to please look in to this matter very seriously and take action on this as soon as possible. Not only to refund the excess amount , which I had paid but also to stop this process of getting Handling charges from end customer. Following is the detail of my bike with charges.

                                  Today had to give my Hero Honda Hunk Bike for its last free service, I dont know what did I think I thought of giving it to Adayar Hero Motocorp service centre. I had some problem in speedometer. Later when i got it in the evenng I found that it was still not working properly and also washing was very poorly done with dirt all over still. I had a chat with 3 members there see their comments below,

                                  Mechanic- No problem in the speedometer

                                  Mechanic section Lead- There is some problem but however its working, so cant do anything

                                  Manager- You have 5 years warranty you can replace it later , you can proceed with complaining to Hero Motocorp we dont care and they will never care you.

                                  I request whoever reading this take this as a precaution when going for service in this service center.

                                  And to Hero Motocorp it doesnt matter what name you keep for your company, with such people around you can be sure that people will soon lose hope on you.

                                    Sir/Madam,

                                    I purchased my above bike from Auto Needs, Patparganj, Delhi. From the date of purchase of bike to till date I am in big problem to purchase this bike. There is leaking of oil problem towards magnet side, at least 5-6 times packing have been changed but leaking problem could not be resolved. There is manufacturing problem. My bike was passed by your Q.C without checking/testing. The chamber is not fitting with each others. The packing has been changed by Uppal Motors, sector-4, Noida. They told me that the chamber alignment is not fitting with each others so oil is leaking. Ultimately, there is manufacturing problem.

                                    In the meantime I have lost my time and money also every time they charged for packing. I had a CD Dawn bike almost which was 8 years old. I was happy with my old bike. But my new bike harrassed me badly. All of these happened due to your wrong manufacturing. I think your tie up has been borken with HONDA, so it happend. Your engineers are not so good as Honda engineers.

                                    Finally, I would like to say that kindly look my matter seriously otherwise I will have to go to consumer court.
