We brought 15000Sq Ft from HiTech on a monthly installment, we paid for 28 mths and clear all the installment. and now we are on hold for 18 mths and we got a letter stating their documents been seized by Income Tax department and asking us to take all of our money back. we not deposit our 4 years of income with them, they just played a game with us. don't trust these guys ever, they are biggest fraud company on the earth.
Dont buy any plot or flat from this fraud company, they are doing money grabbing business, taking money from all the people with fraud promises and never keep the promise. we brought land and flat and we ended up with loosing lakhs of money and did not get the plot or flat. their marketing people also fraud, i know a guy as swain and sahu, both are , doing falls promises and taking all of our hard work money for their entertainment. they are big in the world.
The same had happened to me also. I had given all installment to bye a plot in Kalyani Vihar Phase -II. It is around 4 years going to be completed. Thety are not giving the plot. Why don't public take action against them?
these people are cheaters . i am losing my paitence and i dont know, what to do after losing all my money . how will i live i dont know.
we can start a campaign against the cheaters who are cheating like this, i am a big looser for this company. i have not got any support from this comapny to get back my money.

I had also given installments for plots at Kalyan Vihar Phase-II and cleared all the dues since last 3 year. Now I have been chasing after the Company for the registration with some false promises from their side to register after 3-4 years. Now I have become hope less.I know that they have duped several other installment payees of Kalyan Vihar-II plots.All the loosers should move to consumer court against this fraud real estste comapany i.e. Hitech Real Estate & Rajdhani System & Estates.

if this builder is not giving you right feedback you can take help for law if they dont help form an small team and take stay on all other construction or destroy their new construction until police come in against this people

I have paid more than 3 lakhs of rupees for 4800 sqft plot at Bhagyanagar 3 years back. No reminder has worked yet to get it registered.Now few top people of this company are arrested.How to get the land ?? ..even getting the money back is not an option. These land grabbers & builders/agents have already inflated the cost of land so many times in Bhubaneswar.I feel we should get the land or the market price, so that our dream of getting a plot near the state capital comes true.
Odisha have many cheats..because the influential in the state protect them..there are many still in the market now roaming freely ..many are even from outside states ..making easy bucks at the cost of ..we the Odias...
How can cost of land becomes 20 times in 10 years...? Has Odisha become so rich ..? I feel no..there are suckers who suck money from people in the name of a "Happy Living"...& sometime the story becomes "Durbhagya nagar" with lot of cheated people & "Unlucky numbers".
Do not kill these ..put them in hell..!!

I have booked a flat in Hitech paradise but now i came to know the construction is all together halt after their MD arrest. Any other people in this forum who have apartments with Hitech paradise ? Not sure how we should proceed for this. We are paying the EMI's but our construction is stopped ! I even started doubting if they can even able to handover the apartment to us. If any flat owners here, pls. respond we can talk and plan how we can proceed for this!

I also booked a flat with Hi-Tech builders and i am in the same situation as you. I don't know what to do now, should we go for a case against them? After their MD arrested, their construction is stopped and i am not sure when they are going to start it again. Please advise.
