I too the victim, i booked a flat in Hi-Tech Residency Sunderpada, Bhubaneswar in 2012..I have been doing so many visits to their office at Saheed Nagar, every time they do false commitments that work will start in couple of months bla bla etc. and i stay in Mumbai..So very difficult to visit them and to know current update.Can some body please let me know where to approach.

Hi Friends
I am himansu from brahmapur. I booked a flat on hitech havens BHUBANESWAR Matilda. Now the work is fully closed. The builder's has announced very difalter. The flats not yet hand over as of now. I am also victim of this fraud. Paying EMI against hitech havens. But I don't know when the construction would be completed. I have gone their office at sahidnagar BHUBANESWAR. But the peoples are not saying we could not reply about the completion of the works.

Time and patience both are end.

We are in the same hooked up situation. Our parents have paid an amount of 13 lakhs for the hitech annex plaza, sundarpada. Our repeated requests are falling on deaf ears. It seems there is nothing going on . The project seems like a dead end. Its high time now that we should all do something to atleast get our money back from this fraudulent company.
