I have booked a flat with Hitech-Annex, 3 years back and absolutely have no faith now that it will ever be completed.

HI-TECH ESTATES & PROMOTERS (PVT) LTD, BHUBANESWAR — Non completion of my flat even after double the time prescribed by them.not handing over and not making registration of house. I had booked one flat at sundarpada, bhubaneswar, orissa under their hi-tech plaza project in the year 2011 march 28.I had paid initial deposit of Rs.2, 20, 000/- on 21/02/2011 and on 05/03/2011.Since then Rs.13, 00, 000/- has been disbursed to the builders through my financier, Allahabad Bank, CRBB, bhubaneswar, orissa.The flat was scheduled to be completed withen 24 months i.e.withen march 2013.But, since then almost 56 months passed.still my flat is half done.There is no concrete answer from them as to how much more time wil they take to complete it.Also, they did not initaiate any step for registration of my flat. I am in complete mess, don't know what to do.My EMI @16300/- RELEASED EVERY MONTH FROM MY HARD EARNED SALARY .Iam left with total mental tension and monetary tension due to the most casual approach of the builders.Pl. guide us what steps may we do to reach a fruitful conclusion .my mob.-[protected], [protected], myself -bibhuti das, staying at jabalpur.my email id [protected]@gmail.com

I have booked a flat at Hitech Plaza Annex in B3 block in May 2013, but till now 03 years is gone and flat is not ready, now all promoters are in jail, all office personel including CGM Mr.Das is giving false commitment that they will provide the possession within short period.

All those who have been cheated by Priyadarshan Comptech / Priyadarshn Landmark India Ltd regarding plot at satara New Mahableshwar Jaichiwadi /Bhandardara Nasik.may kindly file FIR at your nearest Police Station U'S 154(1)

I have already filed FIR with Malad Police Station, for breach of trust and cheating., awaiting process.

as they have created third party interest and sold the plots at higher prices, thus have created fraud and criminal breach of trust.this is a non bailable offence, and the police has to take the complaint under section 154(1)

please don't take it easy, file your complaints immediately to recover your amount with interest and current market price.before the directors abscond, and the office closed.
