Some times back i received a call on my mobile. Caller informed that he is on behalf of icici credit card. He started telling that a policy is going to be issued free of cost from credit card to valuable cutomers like you, the features of policy, the cost of policy will be converted to EMI which will reflect to statement with debit and credit therefore you have not to pay any amount and informed that after one year it will be on chargable basis. He further requested to say YES to a caller from icici lombard who will ask some question like " do you know about policy, do you know that the policy is on chargable basis and amount of . approx.Rs 10000.00 will be converted to EMI etc.". Same day after some i received a call . Caller informed that he is from lombard and stated asking same questions as informed during earlier caller. I answered all questions by saying yes as requested by earlier caller. After some time I got the policy in Oct 07 and in Dec 07 statement of card the amt of policy is charged. I requested to call center to remove it ,it was informed that I will have to pay the ammt for policy as policy is issued on my request. I felt i was cheated by giving a false story therefore i sent a mail to credit card customer support/ lombard but i am not getting any positive result. Kindly take up the matter so that such type of cheating can be avoided in future.My credit card No. is [protected]

DEAR SIR I WOULD LIKE TO INFORME YOU THAT ICICI BANK HAS ISSUED FRAUD CREADIT CARD NO.[protected](SUSHMA DEVI) ON MY BEHALF. I HAVE NOT APPLIED FOR THIS CARD AND I HAVE NOT RECEVIED THIS CARD BUT YOUR BANK IS NOT HELPING ON THIS MATTER. PHONE BANKING PERSION ARE NOT GIVING PROPER ANSWER TO MY QUESTION. THEY ARE SAYING THIS CARD IS ON MY WIFE NAME BUT MY WIFE NAME IS NEELIMA DEVI. I HAVE NO RELEATION WITH SUSHMA DEVI.

    Subject: Regarding raising dispute for transactions on my card. (Service Request Number: SR 4705XXXX)

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I have been issued ICICI Amex Card: XXXX XXXXXX X8002 in 2006. I have not used this card either online or at any swipe machine or in any ATM. The card was safe in a locker. Nobody else has access to the card. I have never provided card details to anyone on phone or internet. Indeed the card is still glued on the same paper as it is dispatched by your office. Thus there are no chances of getting the card details such as card number, CVV number, and expiry date etc.
    On 30/11/2007 I got 4 SMS for following transactions
    Transaction 1: 3224-00 on 30/11/2007 XXXX8002 Eseva-Epayment 4.01 PM
    Transaction 2: 2370-00 on 30/11/2007 XXXX8002 Eseva-Epayment 4.02 PM
    Transaction 3: 2486-00 on 30/11/2007 XXXX8002 Eseva-Epayment 4.03 PM
    Transaction 4: 4694-00 on 30/11/2007 XXXX8002 Eseva-Epayment 4.31 PM

    I got no SMS for following transaction:
    Transaction 5: 1168-00 on 30/11/2007 XXXX8002 Eseva-Epayment ………NO SMS

    None of the above transactions were done by me or authorized by me.

    I called up the call center as soon as I realized foul play and blocked the card.

    On 3/12/2007 I got another SMS at 3.04 PM, stating that a transaction of INR 3697 has been declined on the above said card because of security reasons. This SMS indicated that the same person is trying to do some more transactions. I called up call center to track that person right away. But they said they are not equipped with such technology. If this would have been possible, the IP address of the computer where all the transactions were attempted from could have been obtained. And this could have helped in getting the unauthorized user caught.


    Please investigate this dispute and provide me with a written statement of the outcome. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I am holding ICICI Amex Card[protected] in 2006. I have not used this card either online or at any swipe machine or in any ATM. The card was safe in a locker. Nobody else has access to the card. I have never used this card for any internet transaction till date. I have never provided card details to anyone on phone or internet. Thus there are no chances of getting the card details such as card number, CVV number, and expiry date etc.
    On 8 -1-08 I got SMS alert for following transaction
    Transaction 1: of Rs 48048-00 on 8/1/2008
    We came to know for more transactions when we reported the matter to Customer care.
    Transaction 2: Rs 956.00 on 8-1-08 ………NO SMS
    Transaction 3: Rs 449.00 on 8-1-08 ………NO SMS
    None of the above transactions were done by me or authorized by me.
    I called up the CUSTOMER CARE as soon as I realized about the fraud and requested for blocking of the card.
    I called up call center to track that person right away but it was not done by your department. If this would have been, the IP address of the computer where all the transactions were attempted from could have been obtained. And this could have helped in getting the unauthorized user caught.
    As we have to report the matter to POLICE & MEDIA, we request you investigate & provide me the establishment from where debit transaction has originated.
    I was going thru the ICICI bank eseva – epayment website ,I am surprised to know that a similar complaint has been filed by the card holder of xxxx xxxx xxxx 8002, which has a numerical connection to the last four digits of my card .This is not a coincidence .
    This clearly shows that the some data from your credit card department has been shared with unauthorized persons. This is a serious lapse on your behalf.
    This has resulted an unnecessary trouble & metal stress to me.
    I would like you to take necessary steps to investigate the matter & credit my account with immededite effect.

    My name is “Vikas Singh”. I am ICICI credit card holder and my Card Number is “[protected]”. On date 26/06/2008 I am in my office that time and I received “SMS” from “ICICI Credit Card Department” about transaction against my credit card which I have not made.
    First transaction is Rs. “10, 000”, second transaction is “9, 500” and third transaction is Rs. “11, 275”, the total amount is “30, 275” and all transaction against “Bharti Cellular” which I have not made.

    Please resolve this problem as early as possible.

    my credit card company called my wife and maid payment arrangment with out my concent they talk to her about my credit card info and overdrafted my credit card account they did not have my concent to talk to anybody about my acc. how can i handle this any advice would help thanks.

    I like to bring the following fact to your kind notice for immediate remedial action.
    I was in Chennai on an official from 26th Feb. 08 to 6th March, 08. On 29th Feb (evening) I was intimated over phone by your ICICI Mumbai Head Office that my ‘credit card’ has been hacked. Immediately I informed both your Mumbai and Kolkata office (Customer care) to block my card and that I am in Chennai and I have made payment of Rs.10, 200/- to Sabari Classic Hotel, Chennai through credit card (No. [protected]) only. I was intimated by your customer care that my card has been blocked. Immediately, after arrival in Kolkata on 7th March, 08, I contacted your customer care (kolkata) who assured me there is nothing to be worried about and I will have to make payment of approximate Rs. 10, 200/- next month. In 16th March, 08 a mobile message reaches me intimating that I have a pending of Rs. 8624/- but neither any statement to my residential address nor to my email ID ([protected]@cgcri.res.in) was sent by you. Having received no document I made payment of the aforesaid amount to you (27th March, 08, cheque no. 839668 of Bank of Baroda) on good faith and a new card (no. [protected]) was issued to me instead of the old card (..6004). For the next 3 months I have purchased different items using the new card (..6012) from market and also made payment regularly on the basis of mobile SMS but no bank statement was received. In August, 08, I was intimated by your office (2A upper Wood St, Kolkata) over phone that an amount of Rs. 10, 200/- is due from me as previous balance but I informed them in details about this. But I was advised to make due payment in order to avoid late charges. Then I handed over a cheque (no.430121, Bank of Baroda) to your collector Mr S. Mandal of your office (2A upper Wood St, Kolkata) to clear the due payment [(10,[protected]+ 254 (ICICI Lombard GIC Ltd’s monthly fee)= 1830/-] with written document. Surprisingly enough, in the 2nd week of Oct, 08 I was phoned by Mr. Bablu Debnath of your office (2A upper Wood St, Kolkata) to inform me that I have made purchase from my old Card (..6004) and payment is due from me. I again contacted your kolkata office (customer care) and narrated the detailed case history. Hearing from me in details and after searching your database I was told that on 29th Feb, 08 payment of Rs.8624/- has been made to Future Bazar (Mumbai) in my name (in my presence) and this amount was paid from my card. On the same date in the same credit card pending of Rs. 10, 200/- in Chennai is being shown. How it is possible?
    I think there is major lapse or mistake somewhere on your part? I was again told to contact your Head Office (Mumbai Branch). I have already intimated Mr Debnath (of your office, 2A upper Wood St, Kolkata) in details and requested him for taking necessary action. You are also requested to look into the matter and find out the mistake without unnecessarily harassing one of your bonafide customers.

    similar incident has happened where I got notification SMSes from ICICI regarding a couple of transactions made using my credit card . Those transactions were not made by me . I have raised a dispute against the bank for enquiry . The transactions made were on some travel bookings.

    i hv clrd all my dues in one time settlement dated 12/05/2008 recpt no 5543111 and ref no KOL[protected] .THen also suddenly on dated 17/01/2009 they deduct the amount of 13000/- approx from my savings without any intimation.Is this fare.THis is not fare but this type would b named as Fraud.

    My name is CHIRAG M RAHEVAR. I am having icici credit card since last year. My bill amount was due. I went to icici credit card collection office at SAKAR-1 at Ashram Road and paid the 2400 amount by cheque. Mr. Chaitanya Patel was Executive their he told me that in this amount your credit card will cancel automatically and you will not be defaulter of icici. My credit card no. is [protected].My total amount was 3068.46 and i have already given a cheque for 2400 amount's cheque against this payment. Mr. chaitanya received cheque on[protected].The cheque which i have given that was also same day's cheque.My cancellation request no. is- SR97153248.They also send me message on mobile that your card will cancel in maximum 10 days.Today Rakhi named lady executive called me and told me that you have to paid 1000 rs first then your credit card will cancell. Now your please give me positive reply ASAP. I hope that you will do my favor.

    ICICI Bank Credit Card & ICICI Lombard — Unauthorized charge against my card by ICICI Cards and Lombard

    Hello Everybody,

    I am another victim of ICICI Bank Credit Cards Department in collaboration with ICICI Lombard whereby they have charged insurance money against my card by making false promises over phone call, as they would get scott free when I would try to contact them which is practically impossible. Further, to add up to that, they have converted the amount in EMI at huge margin, that too without any kind of consent from my side.
    I am totally irritated by their lack of integrity in their business and also doubt the responsibilities of the call center agents.

    I urge all to be aware and raise voice against such frauds and malpractices.

    ICICI Bank — Amount debited without prior notice or perceive

    my friend has an ICICI bank account also..he is a credit card holder.even he has not avail facility of auto debit.....how could the bank debit is account without any notice?
    and denied from reversing the amount to his account.
    if it needs legally moves to make it move to court for justice..i am ready..

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I am highly depressed and shocked after seeing a letter from you Bank (ref nos.[protected]; which written about the outstanding of Rs16750.37 INR (deliberated outstanding) in credit card account (4477XXXXXXXX7003). This credit card account has been taken in 2003 by me and also closed due to very poor response from your Credit card branch. Please refer attached scan document where you may find the evidence of my communication to your branch long time back (2004-5). I return back the cut pieces of Credit card to you branch along with my application to close account immediately after the teleconference with customer care at that time.

    As, I have saving account with your branch in Indore (0041010XXXXX); your Lien/Credit card department forcedly block my balance deposits with this account number without any prior notice/intimation. Why this today?
    Moreover, I did not received any notice or communication from the Credit card division/ICICI Bank about the outstanding since 2004 and I was in perception that there is no any concern or problem in connection with mine closed Credit card account.

    Then from where this outstanding come suddenly after nine years? Your officers are harassing me now during teleconference? I never hide any information about me since long time with the ICICI Bank records. In addition to that I have Loan, Insurance and saving account with the ICICI Bank and did not face any problem. Then from where this new surprise come in front of me.

    I request to senior official of the ICICI bank that Please look into the matter so that I have faith on regulatory mechanism of your organization to pursue further as well as current commercial relations.
    On 1st of May 2012 received the letter about the lien marked on my bank account towards unpaid outstanding dues; and immediately call the customer care executive so that the scheduled ICICI home loan EMI on 7th May 2012 will not suffer and I have another surprise of penalty. Unfortunately they did not help me and that’s why I am escalating this matter to you.

      I am holding ICICI bank debit card, on 27/12/2007 have taken 800.00 rs from SBI ATM center, i received the amount in the following manner

      3 * 100 = 300
      1 * 500 = 500 -----> This is a fake currency

      Note : I received 500 rs currency note which was verified and crossed by SBI bank itself , and i could able to see the following numbers written on it

      Please advice me, how i will get my money back .

      Dear All,

      On 18th of April i tried accessing Bank Of Baroda ATM using ICICI debit card. I did the transaction of Rs 20000 but the server got failed in between. Finally i didnt received my cash but the money got debited from my account. Below are my transaction details:

      18/04/2008 NFS/CASH WDL/[protected]/0 DR INR 20, 000.00

      I had raised complaint in ICICI against the same. They have also raised a same complaint against with VISA. But till date nothing has happened.
      i am having icici bank debit card but i am not operating from 1yr and now-a -days i went to ATM for withdrawing money from my account but card having problem. I dont understand why my pin code was not accepted and i am having trouble for withdrawing the cash from ATM.
      I am holding ICICI bank debit card, on 02/01/09 have taken 4000.00 rs from ICICI ATM center, ICICI BANK B – 78 DEFENCE COLONY. i received the amount in the following manner

      8 * 500 = 4000
      1 * 500 = 500 -----> This is a fake currency

        SUB - EXTENSION OF ECS DATE.
        APPL. - Loan a/c no LBMUM [protected].
        Dear Sir,
        I have posted my complaint to change the ECS date to 5 th of every month w.e.f Jan 08 instead of first day as my salary cheque clears up to 3 rd of every month.
        I had requested your Executive accordingly and he orally agreed. But actually you are sending invoice on first day of every month.
        Also I had requested to make ECS after my pdcs are over, but you have returned my pdcs and effected the ECS st your will.
        This is unfaithful behaviour of your Executive. Should we trust your bank hence forth or not?
        Earlier i had given you the facility but you deducted at your will and i had to withdraw it. But to avoid the difficulty of cheques i again made it available and your bank started misusing it.
        Will you please correct your mistake as i desire to apply for yet another loan for home at my native place.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          This is in reference to a complaint logged with ICICI Bank for Mis-selling me a Personal Loan, Rude Behaviour and Losing 2 security cheques which they claim not to have received. Now that I have paid off the loan after running from here and there and I'm looking forward for Justice and fairness from ICICI Bank. These people have made me run about and made me cry. All I'am asking is a fair compensation of refund of stop payment of 2 cheques and re-imbursement for Interest charges and pre-closure charges as the loan was of no use to me and that I had to pay it off. Please help in this situation.

          Please find a Detailed complaint numbers and the only response i have been receiving from ICICI bank complaint team is that we will resolve your query and they just send me a feedback form for them and no fair resolution. Please help.

          With regards to my loan LPCHE8190637, I have already paid the outstanding amount due with pre-closure charges to cancel my loan, but i still have not received 2 cheques which seems to have been lost. I was give a reference number SR31460773 on 17/07/2007, stating that it will be processed and traced for return within 11 days. I should be wondering who to forward this complaint to as I have still not received any reply or call back or my cheques, for which i had to put a stop payment and pay for the same. This is not the kind of service i was expecting from such a big financial institution like ICICI. It's been 3 months and I still have not heard any thing. Is it because i have closed and paid off my loan you forget about the customer who gives business.

          How can I ever trust your Transperancy policy which states "Your trust is o[censored]tmost importance. We are committed to transparency in every aspect of our relationship with you".

I realised only after 3 months that I was mis-sold this loan for a rate of interest of 19% than promised. Also the agent had taken 8 security cheques (UTI bank chq #'s[protected]. I have 3 UNPROFESSIONAL Surprises from your financial organisation. A). The agent no more works with your company and the supervisors/managers do not have a clue of my issue. B). Out of the 8 chq's I had given (Every bank only asks for 6 security chq's), your Phone banking does not have a proper answer and states that they have only 6 Chq's (so what does this mean? The agent who sold the loan may cash-in the other 2 chq's to which i put a stop payment and was unfortunately charged by my bank).C). The main surprise is that your phone banking (MANAGERS- Padmashree...ARUN...Sirisha...Amit Kumar) don't seem fit to resolve my query as they only keep promising and nothing seems to be happenning, based on complaint # SR19082252. Every time i call, they ask me to contact ICICI Bank manager - Cenotpah Branch, Chennai, where i find no answer from Mr.Karthik and Mr.Parthasarathy who also promised a resolution.           I gave my documents on 12/12/2007 for open a saving account in Pune. but till now 28/01/2007 my account is not open.
          I contact so many times in call centre and also complain their 5 complain process but then also they not solve my problem.
          They said to me that my cheque(Account opening) was out of state. But my cheque debit from my account on 8/01/2008 so it means my bank not have that money and icici bank also not have that money because till now my account not open.
          I also deposit 6000 Rs. by cash and that money also I am not able to withdrawal that money also.
          I said to them that I am not interested to open my account with ICICI Bank so plese give my 6000 RS. back. then they said sir your account is not open yet. sowe can not do that thios also.
          So it’s advice to each every body that not open their any account with ICICI Bank.

          I have been having the credit card ([protected]) from 2002 without using the card even once. From 2004, I have been approaching the bank to cancel the card without any response. Now, people from your bank are continuously coming and disturbing me to pay Rs. 3000, Rs. 2000, and so on, though I was informed that is a lifetime free card. Please try to understand that it is not a matter of money, but there should be a valid reason to pay even Re. 1. At first, I was told that I have purchased some things and when I asked to furnish the details of my purchase, I was told that it is some kind of service tax. I am really surprised about what is going on in the bank and the way you treat the customers. I had done thousands and lakhs of transactions from my saving account through your bank and now I am treated very badly, every 10 days people coming to my house and troubling me.           I want a justified answer on this. On which basis, ICICI have debited the amount of Rs. 7090 + Rs 225 + Rs.100 on October 08, 2008.

          I hereby remind you that the above amount should be immediately credited in to my account at the earliest. Other wise I will have to take a serious against this.

          This is the way, the customer service is given to the customer. It's a shame and beyond the limit, the mistakes are done from a reputed Bank continously.

          I hereby request you to credit my amount of Rs. 7090 + Rs 225 + Rs.100 in to my account immediately.

          Kindly take a strict action against the official, who is doing such mistakes continously as it brings down the reputation of the bank.

          I hope, you will understand the situation and this time I want a justified answer on this as the case is now beyond the limit and such mistakes are not expected from such a reputed bank.

          Further to your trailing e-mail, on behalf of this query, You had already sent a apologize e-mail on August 27, 2008 for the inconvenience caused. Then why such type of letters are sent to the Customers for overdue charges, if the problem itself is at bank level which is not yet resolved by ICICI bank?

          Further to this, your contract people are disturbing me for payment. I hereby remind you that I should not get such calls from your contract people, if the amount is paid by customer, otherwise I will have to take some action on this.

Your personel should have informed me that there is some problem in my account funtioning so that I would have arrange the amount in cash to your bank, but instead of your mistake, you are charging the customer, the overdue charges.

          I once again remind you that I will not pay any overdue charges other wise I will have to take some other action through some other resources.

          Vodafone — Seema's rude behaviour

          I called Vodafone Customer Service at March 14th..1:25 am IST and got Seema on the line. She was working in the post-paid department. I was dicussing my bill plan with her and asked why is vodafone charging me a high rate for STD calls.. She interrupts me and says it was changed and we dont over-charge you anymore. I told her it is not listed on the website and she rudely said "check your bill". She then told me to call back in the morning. She was very rude, arrogant, adamant, unprofessional. Vodafone spends millions of rupees thru ads to get customers... Ask them to throw people like Seema out of their office.. They will retain their customers and get new customers as well. Good riddance to bad rubbish !!!

          This is the my worst kind of language.
          The Managers of this bank did not respond proper, having all the informations but still talking nonsence and asking for this n that informations. They putting their eyies blind on their own faults/ improper behaviers. It is very true no one can move for INR-500/600 to supreme court and so this bank enjoyed their fault/ breach of trusts.

          i had bad experience not only one but it is in number. Finally running from piller to post of the officers of the bank, our call cost match the defaulting amount, and finally bank officer stop responding. I would like recover such a big amount as a penaulty from the bank that it should take it a lession.

          Bank has intimated me about the interest amout INR 189/- on 3rd march 09 which is under auto debit facility, and i had balance io my account more than INR-10, 000/-, simultaneously charged 500 Penalty as a late charges.

          Their officers never told me which amount i paid late???

          Now no answer i have received but penalty amount still showing in my statement.

          Such a idiate behavious should be fully answered, so i am doing.

          Moreover, I was asked to make these payments directly. Just tell me why I have opted for your UBPS??? For this kind of harassment???
          Kindly revert ASAP.
          My credit history is impeccable and for your deficiency if things go wrong even for one rupee I WILL NOT ACCEPT THIS.

          This afternoon too I contacted 41718000. Mr. Sanjeev and then the supervisor Mr. Akhtar talked to me and expressed their inability to render any help and asked me to make required payments myself.
          Though I strongly object to such a practice, I tried to make online payments to VODAFONE but was not successful. Now, tell me how to go about it!!
          This is the second time that such hassle regarding payment I have to face. Once before also, it happened to one MTNL bill. That one I paid and another payment was made by your UBPS later. For that, I had to again go thru lots of protracted phone-calls to your 41718000 to set the records right.

          THIS CERTAINLY CANNOT GO ON.

          AND BY THE TIME YOU WILL SEND ME YOUR REPLY by 03-07-09 THE PAYMENT DUE DATE WOULD BE OVER.

          WHAT HAPPENS TO MY CREDIT RECORD? TILL DATE I NEVER DEFAULT ED IN MAKING TIMELY PAYMENTS OF MY DUES. WHAT OF THAT?????

          I am aghast to learn that the lady who attended my call on 24-06-09 forwarded a totally wrong SR as I have read out the SMSes to her and the mail I sent on the same day is ample proof of the same.


          • Now, I want ICICI to explain why such messages were sent to my mobile stating that the payments, as less as 552/-, could not be processed due to insufficient credit limit to cover the Bill amount?
          • What does this mean:-“ We tried to contact you on your mobile[protected], [protected] however you were not contactble.”? THIS IS A BLATANT LIE. Do not dial & disconnect to keep a straight record.
          • I have a spotless credit record everywhere and I definitely want to maintain the same. Due to your error in processing my bills registered with your UBPS since last 3 to 4 years I cannot be penalized.
          • What is the surety that such lapses will not occur in future with any other payments?
          • I opted for your UBPS for certain benefits. Since 2006, there’s not one instance when I defaulted. Why then I have to go thru such hassles?
          • I WILL NOT FOREGO THE REWARD POINTS THAT I AM ACCUMULATING – howsoever small it may be.
          • Just to ensure that such ‘errors’ won’t be repeated; I want a ‘penal compensatory payment’ to be credited in my account.

          Hello Mam/Sir,

          I have an saving bank account (A/c No:[protected] with ICICI bank Noida Sector 50 branch. They are forcing me to pay amount (1800) which negative balance and i had informed bank to close the accont.
          I have following three reasons for not to pay this amount:-

          * I informed the bank through customer care to close the account. But bank denying this mode of information. Why?
          * I was not informed before imposing penalty at me. I suppose customer should have been intimated before imposing any penalty so that he should take decision?
          * This bank branch was shifted to some unknown place without informing to its customer so how would i know where to contact so i opted to go by customer care.

          So please i request you not to force me to pay this unnecessary amount to bank.

          I invested all my hard earning money in a private Bank so that I could get at better servie.But my illfate once I invested all the money I got horriable experience and misbehaviour not only from bank employee also from my Relationship manager.Previously I also put my grievience through mail but all in vain nobody bother to take a feedback from me.

          After that since its my money I took the initiative, contacted to phone banking and get to know my RM is Anju Nair([protected]).

          But she has given me wrong advice about investment and miscommited in every matter.When I asked her she shouted at me and use abusive language.She challenged me I cant do a single thing against her.I dont have any intention to do that so I decided to save my money I have transfer it to other bank.
          But before that I want to put it in your notice that the following thing has happend to me that why I am going to withdraw and will never invest anything to ICICI Bank.I will also share it to others so that they will not mislead with the advertisement of ICICI Bank in television.

          1.I have 3 types of investment in ICICI Prudential.I was totally miscommited for the investment LIFE STAGE PENSION Plan done by agent Tanushree who come along with Anju Nair.I was not interested about this plan.According to then there is no surrender charge after 5 year and I can do partial withdraw.The fact is
          No partial withdraw can be done in pension plan and there is no surrender charge after 10
          year

          2.I had shifted my address and submitted the address change from befor 1 Month ago to Anju but still now it has not yet been changed.Then I requested her again to courier the form so that I can submitted it.But yet didnt received.

          3.My 2 Fixed Deposit going to matured on month of May an I have the original certificate.As per Anju Nair new rule has imposed if customer dosnt intimate automatically it will be renewed.but When I talked with phone banking officer twice they told me since I have original certificate auto renewal cant be done.Then again I asked Anju she told me phone banking officers are all they doesnt know anything.

          4.I had given fORM 15 G to Anju but tax got deducted from my every investment.I requested her repeadly for last 6 monthto look into this matter but every time she avoided the matter.She cant understand this is not black money its hard earning money for me.

          Now when I want a explanation from her she started shouting at me using abusive language.She told me "how bustard I am that I am going to help you".I dont know whether she is aware about her job role.She threated that I cant do anything against her.I dont want to waste my time to do that because she is not my anyone rather than a bank employee.

          Lastly I really felt bad and repent that why should I invest all my money to ICICI Bank going against to my elders.I think at least I didnt get humilitated if I invest in a Nationalised Bank an d I will do so within 5 Days

          I would like to bring to your notice that, today (30 May 2010) at 13:39 I withdrawn the amount of Rs10, 500(as per the receipt) but I got only 10, 100 at Papareddypalya ATM (S1CW5172). Along with 500 Rs notes there was one 100 Rs note cluttered in it.
          I have registered a complaint through phone and the service request number is SR[protected]. Can you please let me know why this is happening? This is really very bad thing happening with the bank like ICICI. And I would like to add one more point here is that, I have got one 100 Rs which was damaged. And I have invested Rs 50 for contacting phone banking officers through mobile. Prior to this I tried withdrawing amount from Andhra Bank ATM using ICICI debit card at Nagarabhavi 2nd Stage ATM centre, but It wouldn’t let me to withdrawn any amount but still Rs 500 got debited from my account. You are intimating me as and when there is hike in interest rate without fail and intimating the number of months my loan period is increased by.Where as you are not intimating me when there is a customer benefit like decreasing in the interest rate by paying certain percent of service charge on outstanding Home Loan where by the rate of interest is decreased on the home loan.

          2. On 10 th June 2010 I have requested for the loan statement, through customer care toll free number which I have made from the ICICI Bank premises Begumpet Hyderabad. So far I haven't received the said statement despite that it was intimated that I shall receive the same within seven days.

          3. At the time of fixing the EMI date, I have been intimated that my pay by date is 7th of every month through a letter issued by the ICICI bank Vizianagaram. But later EMI date is fixed as 1st of every month without my knowledge. I have approached for this many time to the manager ICICI bank Begumpet, Hyderabad alongwith the letter. He has shown his sorry face. At once I have been charged for the insufficient balance in my account, whereas at that time my bank balance was Rs. 12, 068 and your cheque for the Rs. 4251. When I approached to the bank they said, we have not issued this letter and they defended themselves by saying that they have not charged any amount for the insufficient balance. The same was intimated to the ICICI bank Begumpet alongwith passbook.My efforts were invain
          and still I have been charged penalty.

          Kindly give me the suitable reply for all those discrepancies as early as possible. Failing which you will compel me to approach the BANKING OMBUDSMAN.

                The ICICI recovery department personnel constantly keeps calling up. When asked to call on specific time and date he misses that time and calls up during office hours if I say I am unable to speak he calls up at residence and harasseses threatining to pay up the bill.

                They should chanelise their services to recover lakhs o[censored]nrecovered amount and not a petty sum of 20k

                    FOR PAST ONE YEAR I AM RUNNING FOR MY HOME PAPERS BUT HEY ARE NOT RELEASED BY ICICI HOME LOAN DEPARTMENT AND EVERY TIME THEY HAVE ONE LINE STATEMENT THAT I HAVE TO PAY RS 65000 BEFORE I GET MY HOME PAPERS BACK IN MY HAND AND WHEN EVER I ASKED FOR THE REASON THEY HAVE NO ANS

                      Dear sir ,

                      I was holding a credit card of ICICI Bank (Cr. Card No. [protected]) for approx. 1 year. I have made a full & final sattlement of my card on 5-Mar-07 & received the settlement letter with the payment receipt for the same.
                      But the Advocate of ICICI bank Mr. Sunil Aggarwal is repeatedly sending notices for payment & thretning to drag me to court of law under u/Sec 420 IPC.
                      The whole matter is getting very complex & has effected may reputation in office.
                      Kindly look into the matter & get the same resolved ASAP.

                      I will very firstlly tell you that i am very much happy with icici bank services, this is the only reason that i was unable to close my relation with icici, but there are some issues created by icici bank executives as below, due to this i am very much unhappy.

                      I Have received a letter from bank regarding my cr-card diduction from my company savings account, this is to inform you that i had already maid all the payments against my cr-card and there is no dues towards my cr-card, which also been confirmed from your executive, for which i also have a phone recording, then too i was harressed & mentally torchured from ICICI bank for the same reason, inspite of explaning many time that ICICI bank had made a mistake in my dec 2006 statement they have charged me access amount in same month, but now i think i will have to go legally for the same case as icici bank has blocked my money which is my salary account, this is like untrustng any bank, any bank can do this to any one there are many other way to exploit the situation, i can also send letter regarding the same to rbi bank, i can also put matter in bloggers site, can send a notice of fraud to icici bank, i can put a public notice in economic times, but all this is time consuming, best is that i will request you to please go through my cr-card account statement and then decide what is to be done either i confirm you that i will do all above said, no matter what ever expenditure are affected to my pocket.

                      This is my last time for me to launching complaint against cr. Card pls. see in this matter I am way paying my actual amount with is due from my side but ur giving me a bill with late fee & so much interest last time I had received one call from ur side regarding payment ur person told me that now we had clear all ur due now u have to pay us only 190/- RS ( as an interest that we can not wave off and after that no dues are pending in last I am agree to pay that amount to sot all the problem and after that I stated purchasing on cr, card before that I hadnot purchased a single item on it & now I am going pay on the amount with is actually due after detecting 190/- RS

                      My experience says you deposit the money in your account with ICICI Bank and the account can be zero any time... I was having some around Rs. 5500.00 in my account and suddenly in evening i got the message the there is transaction of Rs. 5500 from my account and i immediately called up bank, they said they will find it and will revert me and
                      No need ot mention this that all know how much they revert back...

                      Sir,
                      I have received a cheque for Rs.26400/- by way of cheque number 360530 dated 08.12.2006 from ICICI Bank Limited as loan and to be repaid in 24 equal instalments with an offer to be start the instalment from Feb 2007.The loan Number is [protected]. No amortisation schedule for the account was received by me. Every month they used to send the statement. Accordingly I have paid the 24 instalments.The payment mode in their statement is immediate. I have completed the payment by December 2008 itself . i.e principal of Rs.26400, interest 4752.02, service tax-585.32. totalling to Rs.34592.60. Even after it OneVenkata Krishnan of their Ramnagar Branch has blocked my savings bank account and asking me to pay Rs.20023.66 in addition to what is paid by me. On seeing my account I have contacted at his office after talking with him over phone. But he is not even trying to hear my grievance and entrusted to one Mr.Radhakrishnan. He asked me to Rs.2600 on 6.02.2009. I have agreed and gave an authorisation letter to debit my account. So the total amount paid is Rs.37192.60.For loan amount Rs.26400 I have paid Rs.37192.60 inclusive of interest and st. Evenafter it they are insisting me to pay RS.21623.54. They have charged RS.1356 as penalty, st and late payment fee every month. they used to charge this every month even i payt he instalment in ist, or seventh or before twenty fifth. Daily different different persons are calling to my office and house and torturing me to pay Rs.21623 even after the payment of Rs.37192.60.This torture made me to suicide myself. I am not able to concentrate on my day to day affairs. Nobody is willing to settle this issue. Please help how to come out from this torture. I never cheat the bank. I have completed the loan amount to the tune of Rs.37192.60 for the loan amount of Rs.26400. Kindly help me

                      But the Advocate of ICICI bank Mr. Rajeshis repeatedly calling and harrasing me for payment, he is extremely rude and doesn't seem to understand the situation. I am seriously contemplating moving to the Lok ayukta to lodge a formal complaint against this harrasment.
                      The whole matter is getting very complex & has effected may reputation in office.
                      Kindly look into the matter & get the same resolved ASAP.

                        LPMUM[protected] COMPLAIN OF FRAUD
                        Dear Sir/Madam,
                        For the above Loan A/c I had requested the Loan Agreement Copy from the Bank as I was not at all given the Original Loan Agreement Copy from the Bank at any time.
                        On receiving the Loan Agreement Copy I found out that Bank has conducted Fraud by altering the prepayment Charges from 2% to 5% by altering it in the Bank Copy and have also put my Fraud Signature alongside. For this go through the attachment send herewith 4031_001.pdf.

                        I have the Customer Copy with me having the prepayment charge a 2% menntioned in it. For this go through the attachment send herewith 4030_001.pdf.

                          my father was using an icici credit card 3-4yrs before but after sometime they given us an general insurance policy against it without asking us then we surrenderd our card 2.5yrs before of which we have receipt. after that we nevwr got any call but previous weak they thretened my father on the name of police n abused my father n torchered him so much that he deposited 30000rs in it. we hav no dues. so pls help us that how to tackle with this situation n solve my query i got an fir against icici n talked to ssp also but dint get any result pls help me.                             Loan LIMUM[protected].
                            Due to negligence of our deparment several charges were bourned i have really gone with very bad experince with ICICI Bank evene after contineous reminder many penanlties were chaarged right from first EMI onword .Now i want to close down the loan account & my icici bank account also for this perticular reason.

                            I have taken 37750 amount cr to account out that i paid with in nine month aaround 18000 instead of that 36000 is showing pending its really surprising to me.that it show around full payment due.

                            ICICI bank no 1 bank is doing such a BIG Mess now you are including all hidden chages which were not applicable to me at all

                            Sub: Partiality with Old Home Loan customer. (Not given benefit to old customer)

                            Please give answer point to point, you give answer in mail only email.-


                            This latter to be forward to higher authorities, who can take decision?

                            Please read the application before given answer to me don’t give same computerize answer.

                            Give answer with my point to point don’t misguide me.

                            I am very clear in matter complaining, so don’t tray to divert me in other side.

                            I know all type of your home loan scheme, so give answer with as per rules and regulation.

                            Please give answer properly, and understand my point, don't repeat same theory, or I think you know my question but you don't have answer, so you are divert me in other side or I have to live this for other legal way in the court of rule.


                            Please see with future business you are not given any condition about in future you are not given /eligible for benefits to same (FRR) customer. It is a violating of same as same benefits theory. As per your term and condition, you are not write this things that home loan customer is not eligible for reducing of interest rate by the ICICI Bank for new customer, So you are violating the term and condition it may be wrong as per legal and customer protection by government of India and RBI rule, So I am requesting you please change your condition for all the home loan customer, It is not a matter of interest but human mentality is also changed.
                            Please ask what is the different between old and new home loan customer. You can give free life insurance to new customer it is ok but in rate of interest is a violation of terms and condition with old and new customer of home loan.
                            It is a one type of misguiding of home loan customer, what is the guaranty for new customer to not increasing 10.25% to 11.25% within some time,(10.25% is life time rate) How much time you are given 10.25% of interest to new customer.
                            You cannot make different between same types FRR customer, because you give other benefits to new customer but this is a partiality with old and new customer. This type of offer is reducing your business with effect to old customer is going for new agency, Other wise you convert all the home loan to new home loan with effect from 10.25% rate of interest.
                            It is a highly object by old home loan customer I understand your matter but I am asking about your Disparity between two customer who taken house loan from you in same system Floating Reference Rate(FRR) but one is offering 10.25% and old customer is not important for you so I am worried about your Floating Reference Rate Disparity, So I am asking about this matter only all other thing I know very well , but why you are making this type of Disparity, You have to make same treatment to all Floating Reference Rate customer, You given chance to variable for all not for someone,
                            Give replay with consult matter, you forward my application to higher authority

                            Forwarding of my suggestion to the concerned authorities, who can implement Customer satisfaction and I hope it is taken positively in favors of home loan customer.
                            One more request is that you give facility for business to new customer but don’t create disparity between the customers. You have to give benefit to your entire home loan customer.
                            Make competition with other Home Loan finance companies, not with your own customer who taken Home loan from you. You attract other customer from other Home Loan finance companies. That is making you high business profile.

                            I requesting you take imperative decision and make different with other Home Loan finance companies. Make Marketing with other.

                              Are the Credit Card Statements to be sent in an open envelope ? The envelope flap showed no evidence of glue / gum to secure it. The chembur Post office postman was also shown this, and is a witness.

                              Does this not expose the credit card number for uninvited unwanted activities on the part of miscreants.

                              The I.C.I.C.I bank (CHEMBUR)staff do not acknowledge the hard copy of the complaint. Why ?

                              Whoever is responsible for this should be punished.

                              Does the Bank have no Responsibility to ensure safety?

                                  ICICI BANK OFFERED ME PERSONAL LOAN AGAINST MY CREDIT CARD LIMIT.THE LOAN WAS OFFERED TO ME IN LESS INTEREST BUT ACTUALLY WHEN I STARTED TO GET THE STATEMENT THE EMI MENTIONED WAS MORE THAN THE EXECUTIVE TOLD ME.MORE OVER WHEN I COMPLAINED TO CUSTOMERCARE ,THOSE PEOPLE ASSURED ME TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM BUT INSTEAD OF COMPLAINING REPEDELY I DID NOT GET THE SOLUTION FROM CUSTOMER CARE.
                                  BECAUSE OF THAT I STOPPED THE PAYMENT AND I HAVE STOPPED USING THE CREDIT CARD ALSO.
                                  2 MONTHS BACK SOMEONE FROM BANK CALLED ME AND TOLD ME TO PAY RS15000 FOR SETTLEMENT.THAT TIME I WAS READY TO PAY THAT AMOUNT BUT THE PERSON DIDNOT GET BACK TO ME.
                                  MORE OVER WITHOUT GIVING ME ANY INTIMATION EVERYMONTH THEY ARE DEDUCTING MONEY FROM MY SAVING ACOUNT.SINCE I AM NOT MAINTAINING BALANCE IN THAT SAVING ACCOUNT ON THAT PARTICULAR DATE,THE CHEQUES ARE GETTING BOUNCED AND THEY ARE ADDING CHQ BOUNCING CHARGE EVERY MONTH IN MY STATEMENT.
                                  THEY ARE ALSO ADDING LATE PAYMENT CHARGE AND INTEREST IN EVERYMONTH STATEMENT.BUT THEY ARE NOT DOING SETTLEMENT.
                                  I WANT TO SOLVE THE ISSUE SOOMTHLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS IT IS BECOMING A HEADACE TO ME AND I WANT TO SURRENDER THE CARD.

                                    Previously my salary credit account was with ICICI Bank, when I took personal loan, the installment amount paid through that a/c ,Later our company changed salary credit to other bank then onwards i started paying the amount personally to at your cash counters
                                    I had paid all installments till date, it has been observed that in the statement every month
                                    Your are charging ADR-Cheque Bounce charges, Over due charges Rs.200/- every month even though i have not given cheques and paying the installment amount in cash mode. when i asked your staff they told that these charges will be waive off at the time of last instalment payment,which accumulated to Rs.11000/-

                                    I had struggled to pay installment amount however I had paid entire installment amount , now I am not in a position to pay overdue amount due to my personal financial problems
                                    Hence I request you to waive off the entire overdue amount and issue me no due clearance certificate.

                                      ICICI service relating personal loans are very bad, i applied for a preapproved loan online later no body bothered to come and collect the documents from me. I myself went to the bank and submitted the documents later after several days executive informs that internal check has rejected my loan with no reasons. really bad on a private bank perspectively i am ICICI customer from so many years and not a defaulter. Please if some one from ICICI reads this call me on [protected]

                                      I am Rajeev, I have been see many compalints against FIsrt FLIGHT but friend i have very long exparience with FFCL that FFCL is very very good company in INDIA. Its Infrastructre is very large and its people is also very helpfull.

                                      FFCL product Emotional Bond is very wonderfull product. its delivery and qulaity is very pure.

                                      So, I hope FFCL is good, Reliable and speedest compay .

                                      Personal — POOR SERVICES

                                      I HAD BEEN FORWARDED THE NAME OF GATI HOME PACKERS & MOVERS FROM JUST DIAL SERVICES ON MY QUERY.

                                      Extremely poor services. Do not get carried away by all promises. All false. I am not sure if this is a part of the BIGGER GATI GROUP, THOUGH THEY ASSERTED SO. . I had booked my household items on 03rd of Jun for Delhi . I was promised it will be delivered in 3 days. Today is the 8th day and there is neither any sign of the items nor is any one owning up the responsibility and giving us the correct information.

                                      My advice, GIVE THIS COMPANY A MISS . I AM ALSO ADVISING JUST DIAL TO DE-LIST THIS COMPANY FROM THEIR DATA BANK OR ELSE PEOPLE WILL LOSE FAITH IN EVEN JUST DIAL.
