I have another complaint regarding goibibo.com.
I have booked a ticket with 3 passengers and IBIBO has changed the gender of the passengers along with adding LASTNAME with the name.
They are having a very bad service when it comes to online reservation.
I suggest every one out there not to go with goibibo.com when it comes to buying a air ticket or booking a hotel etc.
They are fraud and their customer care are the fraudest making you lost in the world by giving you false information.
If you dont believe then try once and you may find some problems booking an air ticket.
Just go to their website.No Number except one .No head office number.Nothing?

Its been more then 8 months now. I didn't receive my prize. I played a lot of games everyday to win that prize. Is IBIBO cheating the people. Please help me to get my prize that I won. I have all the emails and proof to prove I have won it. If IBIBO is fraud then close the website. I have emailed them, there is no reply from them. I have wasted nearly 3 months playing game with them. Call me at 9 8 4 4 Three 8 9 3 Four 3. Please help me to get that I won. Thanks for the help in advance.
