[protected] payment received by icici credit card on 15 jan08 as per the MR sent to me online.
Your out sourced agent entered my office on17jan08 ,time of entry n his signature too recorded at security. he had shown a defaulter list,in which my name was written. i was shocked before my colleauges n shown him the online money receipt.
On enquiry,collection agent told me that one Mr Premjit Patnaik of ICICI CREDIT CARD HEAD BHUBANESWAR ,HAS GIVEN THE LIST.

IS IT TOLERABLE?IT HAS HAPPENED DUE TO CARELESSNESS OR IT IS DELIBERATE.None is serious in ICICI BUT PAID FOR.

IF ICICI RUNNING SHORT OF MONEY,WE ARE HERE TO HELP N DONATE. I AM SERIOUS N TELLING THIS BECAUSE WE THE PUBLIC DO IT ALWAYS IN INDIA.

    My ICICI Bank VISA card was misplaced/lost in the month of May' 07 when I was posted at Mumbai the same was informed to CustomerCare Dept. with the instructions to block my credit card.Since then I'm not not using the credit card for any purchases/cash withdrawal. Presently I'm posted in Assam.On 22nd Jan'08, an amount of Rs.24,758.00 has been debited from my ICICI account without any transactions from my side.After several calls to Customer Care Dept. I have not been given any reason for deduction of the amount from my account. This is heartburn for me & created lot of mental tention.Kindly suggest.

    icici visa bank credit card — undue charges

    on my credit card the bank is just charging the late payment charges and service tax thereon, even though they are not giving any service like bill pay etc., from last six months. even i have sent them a sms to cancell my cards if they r not in a position to pay or give service requested to them. I have never used PIN no. and without that they are not taking any complaint on their service number.
    I received ICICI bank credit card 8 months back with 50 thousand credit limit and 500 rupees annual fees
    Later i was not in the station for almost 6 months and i could not able to pay the annual fees, they bloked the card in next 2 months still iam getting the SMS for annula fees every month after 6 month the annual fees came to 2000 rupees with interest once i reached the station i called ICICI customer care i requested them to wavied of the interest, they refused to waive off full interest and only 500 rupees wavied off i paid 1652 rupees
    i lost 1653.00 without using credit card single time and i dont understand how they are putting interest for blocked card.
    Now i paid 1653 rupees and i raise the request for cancellation of card.

    Worst experience with ICICI credit card and want to fill complaint aganist them please help me out.

      Dear Sir,
      I'm Kalpana & mY card no is [protected].

      I lost my card in BTM , Bangalore area on Sep18th '07 & On 19th I had complaint to ICICI customer care and the same day your ICICI person traced the person transacted Sheela in Devendra telecom, Bangalore and he + Devendra telecom made her to pay the bills of 9690 + 170Rs. They had put me also in the concall & made clear. Then he told me that he will scrap my card & since she paid the amount, there is no need for me to pay the amount again & even told me, if you want you can complaint to police. I asked him should I pay this money in future ? He confirmed me that there is no need to pay. He will take care.
      But again & again in my statements, you are asking me to pay the amount. When I believe ICICI & ask for further procedures, he confirmed me, nothing to woory & no need to pay the money.
      Why to pay 2 times for one transaction.

      Even they could train their people to guide others >>>>>>> Unecesarily i got that card I beleive. Torturing day & night. You have more complaints to look into. But treat this also important. By all these you are loosing your name & customers at end

      My credit card [protected] was lost on 11.12.2010. Hence, I request you to freeze any transaction of my card immediately and I also request to issue a new credit card at the earliest for my future transaction.

        This is in regards to the pre approved personal loan(Ref No.[protected] which was given to me for 1.48K and i applied for it through one of your DSA's(Manoj Kumar #[protected]) almost one n a half month back and I submitted all the required documents along with the no. of cheques required.I was informed that i would be only sanctioned Rs80000 instead 1.48K as I already had a loan with the bank.So I was asked to give them new cheques with the diiferent EMI amount and I again gave them new cheques along with a signature verification letter as requested by them.It has been more than 3 weeks that I have submitted those documents and I m still awaiting for the draft.I have got no clues that what exactly is going on at you backend and being a customer I am now scared as I have submitted all my confidential documents along with my signatures and cheques.I spoke with Mr Rai at Jhandewalan office (#[protected]and the response i got was that 4 of my cheques which I submitted lately have been lost and the remaining 4 cheques which i submitted for the first time will be returned to me by 24th Jan'08.We have reached 29th and I m still clueless about my cheques and the other documents.
        So it is my humble request to you that kindly look into it at the earliest and give me a reply on this asap.

        The documents should have reached to me in last month of 15th March 2008 but till now I have not received any documents from the overnite courier services.

        ICICI Bank — NOT RECEIVED DOCUMENTS

        BASED ON MY REQUEST ICICI BANK HAD SENT A IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS TO ME ON 29.9.08 THROUGH ELBEE COURIER VIDE THEIR DOCKET NO[protected] . THE SAME WAS NOT DELIVERED TO ME TILL 13.10.08. AFTER VIGOROUS FOLLOW UP WITH ELBEE I CAME TO KNOW THAT PACK WAS LYING AT THEIR BALLYGUNGE BRANCH UNDER KOLKATA. ON 11.9.08 I TALKED TO THEM AND THE HAD PROMISED TO DELIVER THE SAME ON 13.9.08. THE ENTIRE DAY I WAS WAITED FOR THEM AND IN THE EVENING AGAIN I TALKED TO THEM OVER PHONE AND THEY CLEARLY TOLD ME THAT THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO SAY WHEN THE PACKED WILL BE DELIVERED. THEIR BALLYGUNGE OFFICE TEL NO[protected] / 75 PERSON CONCERN IS SUDIPTA.

        I WOULD REQUEST YOU TO TAKE SERIOUS ACTION AGAINST THEM FOR SUCH BEHAVIOUS.

        ICICI — Loan Documents Not Received

        My name is Kunal Mehta, i am having housing loan with ICICI Nagpur Civil Lines branch. We applied for the loan in April 2008 and have been paying our EMI by direct debit for one year now. The home loan documents were supposed to reach our Mumbai address and as yet after a year, have not.

        I still dont have my 11 digit home loan number. The only official letter from ICICI is the loan approval letter dated 28th April 2008 is all i have. I have sent several mails to concerned people but still no action has been taken. The people whom who are supposed to communicate with either get transferred or leave their jobs and hence we have start all over again being an NRI this becomes extremely difficult for us. When we give a call we are told send them an email and then there is no reply.

        For all the name that the bank has, its customer service is unfortunately the low point against the bank's name.

        ICICI Bank — Loan matter

        Hello sir,

        My uncle took an loan of 1000000 from icici and he took my old parents to his
        confidence and as a result my parents gave our house as gurantee for his
        loan 5 yrs back.. Now he is doing defualt as he do not want to pay the loan
        n i m worried as my mom on whose name our house is named, is on dialsys. Her
        kidneys got failed in shock. I m only earning member of my family.. Still the
        bank has 9.5 lk of due amount.. In these circumstances what we can do... I
        have tried everything so that my uncle pay this off but he is confident that
        bank cant do anything to him, as our house is their as gurantee.. Please
        advise me...

          I am holding a car loan with ICICI Bank. for this i have given ECS instruction for collecting the Installments. But on Jan 14th I have preclosed the loan. But the ICICI bank says the ECS instruction will not be withdrawn even if it is a pre closure.

          I need the solution of the same.

            Sub:Issued Adhon credit card used amount of Rs.7355.43 and we donot received any credit card and statement.

            I Dharmendra Desai husbund of MARILYN FRANCIS LOBO.



            She used ICICI Bank Credit Card NO:[protected] from Jan-2006 and we have not received March and April - 2007 credit card statement No:[protected] and after i personaly go to bank credit card department in june -2006 at Ahmedabad branch i received june statement and officer talk with me for issued another Adhon caredit card on Jan - 2006 who ussed Rs.7355.43 in March-2007 and this amount charged in this used credit card No:[protected] in March-2007 once again we not received March and April-2007 C.Card Statement and I asked Officer what is the nomber of another adhon credi card so answer is credit card no:[protected] and also i do not received any credit card and statement in this credit card no:[protected] upto till date 27-Jan -2008.

            And I and my Wife also compain ICICI Bank Credit card department in personaly and by email and Fax and customer care Phone calls also but department is some investigation officer cheacked out home, offices and after send email this is ok and result declaired infavour of Bank.

            So, Please help me and reverse this amount of Rs.7355.43 with interest charges , Service tax and another charges.

            Some one from icici credit card is calling me and threatening me for some recovery on credit card. I got call from phone no[protected] and some girl was talking

            This card i do not use for more than year. it was given to me as free for life however icici charged annual fee which i refused to pay and thrown the card . There is not due on any trasaction etc.

            pl advise your collection agent accordingly or else i will take the matter to police.

              We are the 44 officers with GOI and we opened our salary account with ICICI Bank,Pune Branch.

              While opening the acccounts the staff of ICICI told us that no surcharge will be levied on us while withdrawing money from ATM's of other bank through there club HP debit card but actually the charges were levied on us

              On contacting the Customer Care we were told that our account has not been extended such facility and they are just 'sorry' for miscommunication.

              Can you kindly guide us what to do in such situations as they are not honoring their commitment

              It should be their responsibility, because the sales rep is ICICI and mistakes done by sales rep are mistakes done by ICICI. ICICI should be liable for all these mistakes.

              I have faced similar situations, where ICICI reps will say / promise anything to sale a card / account.
              I have faced similar situations, i'm planing to close my account
              I have also face similar problem...

                Dear Sir,
                I have taken loan from Your ICICI Bank,Bangalore of rs.75,000 by reducing balance catogory and I am paying the amount of Rs.2,385/= regularly with in 25th of every month from July 07 to till date. Last balance you are showing to me is 70,679 but I received the message still I have to pay around 6,000 due from myside. I don't know how it is. No pending from my side till now. And I don't know whcih i account they are debiting. My Loan a/c card no. is.[protected]. Sir I want all the details and if you want I will produce the Cheque nos. and it came to my statement and in pass book. Please see this immideatly and reply to me or please tell me to whom I have to meet personnally near Koramangala,Bangalore. Awating for your reply

But this is around 1 month and 13 days and all the time on icicidirect.com > customer service the account status is coming.

                  May I know the exact status of my account ?

                  As I am planning to invest in my company's IPO, the only reason to open a demat account which is open for 24-28 Jan 08.

                  This is the first time in my experience ICICIbank services are harassing me.

                  Should I apply at another bank Demat account as other financial traders open a demat account within 4-5 Days.

                  I have applied for icici demat account from Agartala Tripura but till now i have not got the status of application my icicibank account No. at Agartala, tripura is[protected]

                  After reading all of your experiences I notice that its not only me who is having the trouble with this Bank. They make false promises and on top of that they are scared to logde a compliant in the Customer Service cell. I tried to open a Demat Account with this stupid Bank since October-2007 and every time they reject the form stating that one of my signature is not matching I have send the form not less that 5 times even spending money form my pocket for the DHL courier but seems they dont like my Name and Signature the response is the Same. More over on top of that they never have the courtesy to explain to their customer that what we have to do in such case. I happen to call their Mumbai Office and the Representative told me that the validity of the Form expires after 3 months.. ITS A NEWS FOR ME ATLEAST... HAHAHA.. I asked them then why it is njot informed to me earlier???? He dont have any answer for that.. I think we all Indians should join together and Ban this bank from our country atleast so that poor customers dont get in the Grip of these no reliable substances.

                  Exactly similar is my case .After reading the experiences for opening of Demat account on the net I am quite relaxed and assured that my other fellow brothers are also suffering from the simillar infection caused by ICICI virus which seem to be only treated by avoiding the virus ICICI to keep yourself mentally healthy.I was told to open the savings account despite of the fact that i had already one in the same bank but in another branch for the linking of Demat account for which the representative was curious for not taking the cheque of his own bank but from another bank preferebly from S.B.I. in order to make me a valuable customer.Any way savings account was opened and Demat was applied in th vasant vihar branch of ICICI and the officer Mr. Aswini checked all doccuments thoroughly took cheque for 750 from the newly opened S.B.account in the presence of Mr.Rakesh ICICI officer who was the instrumental for S.B.A.C. and introducing with Demat officer aswini.All papers were signed and given in the presence of all these officers in the premises ofbank at vasant vihar delhi.All assured very well.After one week I was asked to produce the proof of permanant residence of my native place as i am residing in government allotted quarter which is a only the adress of communication my logic of voter I.D.card,Driving licence .Ration card e.t.c. did not convience Mr.Aswini I was also told by him that if I could have opened the S.B.account through him these all requirements would have been waved.However Highschool marksheet and certificate bearing my parental adress was given and he was satisfied and promissed to send.After two weeks of enquiry he said that the enquiry has been sent to my permanant adress and after confirmation only the account can be made final.My parantal home is in remote village where no ICICI have presence but he insisted that the bank people will take care of that i must wait however i informed my illiterate parents so that they may not worry/sacared.After the expiry of 3months i did not get any reply or enquiry or information of status at the direct.com I started ringing Mr.Aswini but he was not responding at all.one day i made a visit to the branch and catch hold him personally.He promissed me to get the account opened within 3 days.After 10 days i again contacted him he said your account has been opened and I shall be getting the papers in one week.After one week when i tried to confirm through ICICI direct.com I was astonished to note that my account was rejacted on the same ground 1. APPLICANTS COMMUNICATION ADDRESS DOES NOT MATCH WITH PROOFS.
                  I lost my temper but what can be done there is none to listen you.27/11/2007 to 8/3/2008 has come and the fellow is not attending my call.When i talk with S.B.A.C.agent he says i am not concerned with demat.
                  I think now that i am not alone in the boat but there are many like me after reading the complaints on this site of similar nature.
                  ICICI cheaters need to be made aware to the common man of india who will be trying to avail the services of thease senseless creditless looter cheater agents appointed by the bank to harass the indian public from there ignorance inefficiency and inability.

                  Its quite satisfying to see that I am not the only unsatisfied, frustrated customer of ICICI DEMAT services.

                  My story started a few months back when my husband and I thought that we should expand the usage of our ICICI direct account and apply for share trading online instead of only buying mutual funds online.

                  We never anticipated the agony we would have to go through. LIke any customer I visited the Vasant vihar, DEMAT branch in Delhi and met with Anubha on saturday. I informed her about my decision to apply for share trading account. Since i was not carrying a cheque she asked me to come the next day ie Sunday. I came back the next day and submitted all the requisite documents along with a request that since ICICI ALWAYS has a problem with my signatures, she should get my signatures attested by the Branch Manager and send it for verification to their Mumbai branch. Like always, I was told that the needful would be done. She also asked me for a Rs 750 cheque wwhich according to me shouldnt have been given as I already have a DEMAT account.

                  Nevertheless I had my doubts that my application would not see the light of the day at one go coz it almost took me 3 months and 7 visits to another ICICI branch to get my communication address changed.

                  Anyways, after two weeks someone came to my house for verification whereas earlier I was informed that it would merely take 15 days to activate share trading in my current ICICI direct acocunt as I was an existing user. I cooperated thinking that its still fine coz atleast my requirement is being fulfilled.

                  For another two weeks there was no communication. When i called the customer service I was informed that my application had been rejected on the grounds of SIGNATURE MISMATCH. Well like always, I put in a request and the customer executive told me that I would be updated in 4 days. Well its definitely been more than that. Additionally i again called up the branch and got the same answer"We will get back to you immediately". However till date I have had no response.

                  I honestly wonder who awards ICICI with great customer experience etc coz I have spoken with people across sectors and they have similar experiences to share.
                  Worst ever banking service
                  I have applied for closure of demat account becoz of they are charging 800 Rs. every three months even if you don't use your account

                  This ICICI bank seems total Fraud to me becoz in Nov.2007 I have to visit 15 times to bank to get my application processed after which I received a letter stating that the acount is closed

                  And now before 2 days again when I checked my account status its showing 800Rs. due on account of charges for Jan-Mar'08.

                  Not only this since last 1 month I am getting phone calls from bank which has increased my doubt of fraudulent activities of the bank. I have applied for personal loan and got message that Rs.5000 will be charges for Rs.2Lac Loan. I have applied for homeloan and got message that I'll have to give Rs3000/- cheque as processing charges !?!?!?!?!!?

                  I have decided not to do any further banking with ICICI...
                  ICICI Bank has increased its fraudulent activities and it seems that to coverup their expenses they are trying to cheat the poor customers and eat their money...

                  If it continues same way, the day is not far when we'll hear that bank has wrapped up its activities and ran away with the money of the investors...

                  ICICI has the worst Customer Care Services in India .

                  Quite long back I decided to get myself a Demat
                  account and just picked up ICICI Direct services for
                  it. But even after almost 5 months ICICI Direct has
                  still failed to provide me an account .
                  Initially I filled up an application form [protected]
                  was rejected on the account that my signatures did not
                  match with the corresponding ICICI Savings account.So,
                  I got my signature rectified for my ICICI Savings
                  account and filled the new application number
                  [protected]. The status of this application on ICICI
                  Direct still shows In progress even after 4 months.
                  When contacted through the customer care I was told
                  that my application is not traceable with no valid
                  justification. If it is lost I wonder how negligent
                  can people be in ICICI. In addition the sales
                  executive who received my application does not answer
                  my call any more and the customer care executives
                  always give me a new Service request number on some
                  insignificant grounds.
                  I wonder how ICICI can proclaim itself to be the
                  number one private sector bank in India.

                  Everyone is too correct. The icici demat account opening is kind of hell. I applied 3 months back at one of Secunderabad, Sindhi colony ICICI Direct branch. Almost 5 times I personally visited there to get the status or whatever. Till now no call nothing from any one.

                  When I visited back yday. The status was that my photograph is too old. How some one can conclude without seeing me its a old photograph?

                  ICICI Bank — 1.5 months and Loan never came still waiting

                  Ill start with a time line

                  Loan Applied : 15th May 2010
                  Document Provided: 20th May 2010
                  Approval of Eligibility of loan : 28th May 2010
                  Loan Agreement Document Signed : 5th June 2010
                  Still Waiting : 22nd June 2010

                  This is the just a time line which looks harmless when you see it as just a delayed loan disbursement, but when you go deeper its has been 40 days of mental tourture to me. With me running and calling the bank each day to understand where the process is stuck. All this with no avail. What should have been a simple process of 10 days from application to disbursement is now almost 40 Days old and on top of that the Bank is not even willing to let me know the status. To top it all, my friend who applied in HDFC bank got his loan approved and cleared and disbursed in 10 days flat.

                  I am at such a state now that i dont think i will ever bank with ICICI now. The worst part is that The bank is not even willing to close my application for the loan also as they are not sure what is the state of the loan process currently. I have not been provided with any application/reference number and on asking they are not even giving me any information.

                  I am not sure what to do now. Is there a way to end this mental torture? can i file a complaint against the bank for this mental harassment?? Please advice what can i do for now.

                  For the rest of my life i would advice people not to take any loans from ICICI as they only make life hell.

                  I am Sunoj, applied for ICICI bank demat account on 29th november 2010 at Yelanka Branch
                  Bangalore. Mr. Azgarali - [protected] (Sales person at ICICI -direct) has taken my all documents

                    This is Regarding the payment of credit card bill. I paid my bill to the Collecting Agent via Post Dated Checques. But the amount for my PD's were not drawn from the concern bank, due to which my credit card bill has mounted. I approached to the bank executive for the same. He replied me that they dont have any kind of communication between the bank branch office and collecting offfice, they neglect the issue, no proper response, no clarification.

                    These guys are asking the proof regarding my PD's which i had given to the Collecting agent. This is a real fraud from both sides.

                    Guys beaware of collecting agents and not to pay the bill to the agents, pay it to the bank directly.

                      With ref. to the captioned I had applied for opening of my Demat account through Tilak Road, Pune Branch. For application and documents an executive by name of Ms. Pooja met me and collected all forms and documents
                      i.e. A) Copy of passport and B) Copy of my PAN card on the 13th Jan, 08.
                      I had asked if the account can be opened urgently to which she said it can be done and she will inform the status in a day's time.

                      However, i am grieved by the following:

                      a.) She did not inform me that my application was rejected due to some spelling mistake that she made in filling form
                      b) She did not update me as to no. of days this will take to process
                      c.) On calling her and the branch office i got vague replies and false promises of calling back with update
                      d.) Finally on 18th Jan, 08 i got to spk. to the lady concerned and she informed me that if I do not want the account she will get my documents back by Monday i.e. 20th.
                      e.) When i called today i.e. 21st Jan, 08 (tuesday) asking what is the status on my application, again a list of vague answers and they are not ready to give phone no. head office at Mumbai.
                      e.) Till date i have no idea where my form is or how much time it will take to open the account.
                      Do customers submit documents for fun? If your executives do not know how to fill forms or reply to the queries, why recruit such people?
                      Do look into the matter to save further irritation to other customers due to such employees.

                      ICICI Direct-- Opening a Demat Account. — Regarding Opening a Demat Account.

                      I wanted to open a online trading account in my spouse name. Since i have had a pretty good experience with ICICI Bank for almost 4 years, i chose ICICI Direct for opening the online account.

                      However, it has been 45 days since I first registered with ICICI Direct, Mulund (East) branch. My spouse account is still not opened. Despite repeated reminders, I have been unable to get a proper explanation.

                      Lastly, i called up Mulund(East) branch, and spoke to Mr Dodamani (Manager), who gave me the assurance that he will look into the matter personally and will sort out the issue in 3 days time, unfortunately this is the second week and I am still waiting for his answer.

                      Really, this the pathetic customer service provided by the branch, and the manger needs to be held accountable.

                        Dear Sir, I have a demat account and saving account with ICICI Bank Ltd. My saving account no. and demat a/c nos are[protected] & 31237044 respectively. My nearest ICICI Branch is at Kanpur which is 130 KM from my works. From last six month or so my demat account is kept suspended by ICICI Bank due to loss of some documents by ICICI Bank itself during Mumbai Flood. They communicated me in this regard and said to send its representative to me to reconstruct documents which never done by bank. However, I, myself, went to bank ( contrary to this these people always come to open new accounts, to slap credit cards etc at door and claim a long list of customer services and banking convenience) and submitted all documents whatever they said. But long wait and communications are resulted in responses like," this or that document is missing, and we will send our executive to you", which actually never happen. Last time I submitted documents on 30th of November, which's receipt is with me, but story is again the same. In between I loosed many investment opportunities and suffered with mental unrest. Today eventually I encountered with this site of CONSUMERCOMPLAINTS so I decided to take a chance here too.

                        I hope some fruitful result from you, Madam and at least some message to this so-called Indian bank.

                          ICICI bank Car Loan a/c no-- .LAMUM[protected]
                          • The loan started in May 2005 and the first EMI was on 01 June07. Which got cleared, which I was told that will be debited on 7th of every month.
                          • As My salary was on 7th of every month the second and the third EMI got
                          un cleared on time
                          • In August 2005 I was transferred from Mumbai to Varanasi.
                          • Before moving from Mumbai I have made payment on 26 August 2005 for Rs 7504 for EMI 2nd
                          • Initial set up, luggage transfer, child admission in school and personal expenses led to financial crunch for about three months
                          • Still I managed to pay another EMI on 03 Sept-05
                          • Another EMI was paid on 4th Oct-07
                          • Another payment was done on 18 Nov-05
                          • After that there was a big financial; issue due to a major CAR Accident.
                          • This accident had fully shaken me financially and I had to pay rs 65000 for its repair from my own resources
                          • The Insurance claim got settled for only rs 25000 and that too after 6 months
                          • Still I managed to pay the EMI in march & June to ensure that the account is on
                          • In between when ever I had a little of funds I managed to deposit in the account
                          • Then I decided to change my job and Go away from the family to Guwahati to be in a position to afford the EMI
                          • Soon after going there I started making the payments and have paid about 70000 in just 3 months time by arranging from various resources
                          • I was doubt ful about the pending EMI/amount told to me by call center so I asked for a statement.
                          • When I checked the statement the payment of rs 15008 shown on 30 april-07, done in Guwahati as cash payment in loan branch was shown as cheque payment. Which raised an alarm regarding the authenticity of their statement and data
                          • Then Once the ICICI bank saw that I am keen to pay the EMI they started depositing the security cheques in the account without any information/ concern ( in favor of ICICI Bank Limited) taken from me in advance without any dates on them. These were bounced intentionally as I had no idea about the banking of these cheques.
                          • I got my new address updated in the banks records
                          • The I again asked for an statement till 31 march-07 which showed a pending amount of only 17542
                          • This statement till 31 march 07 was given to me in November-07
                          • The I calculated the amount paid after march 07 and calculated that the new pending amount told to me was doubt ful
                          • I started calling the call centre , but they asked me to visit the loan branch.
                          • When I visited loan branch they asked me to call the call center.
                          • This again enhanced my doubts against the Bank policies and treatment.
                          • Then I started interacting via mail again & again but there was no sicere reply and all that I got as reply was the list of branches where I could make the payment
                          • In spite of this entire still in Dec-07 again I have made a lump sum payment of 22512.
                          • Till date I have already paid RS 198968 as per yourr own statement till 18 jan-08
                          • The ICICI bank has forgotten that I had a personal loan account with the bank with Loan a./c number LPMUM[protected] which I have already fore closed voluntarily in Dec-07
                          • After all these understanding, good behavior and keen to pay all I got is a letter from ICICI bank asking me to pay Rs 253000 in 7 days else the car will be taken in their custody and I will have to face legal consequences.

                          On the above grounds I Request you to please help me to continue the loan

                              I am ICICI credit card holder. I have been using the credit card more than three years. I checked my credit card mini statement through ATM on 16th Jan 2008. I found a transaction worth Rs. 1000 on 11th jan 2008. I called the bank immediately to complain about the transaction since i haven't made any transaction on the day. The call centre executive said the merchant hasn't claimed the money, asked me to wait for 2 or 3 more days. I told him, the transaction is illegal since i haven't made any purchases. I asked them divulge the details of the merchant and address so that i can get some clue about the transaction but they declined to divulge the merchant details. They couldn't stop the payment, if i have to go for a dispute i may have to go only when the settlement happens. The bank is not helping to stop the criminal activity. I see the bank is getting away from the responsibility of helping a genuine customer. If i have bought something online that is supposed to be delivered at my address and the delivery proof will be with the merchant. I dont know how to handle this.

                                    as iam using ICICI bank credit card for more than one year, i have been purchased products using icici credit card. The total outstanding will be of Rs.23,000/-, they asked to pay minimum due of Rs.6450/- on 21stof december 2007,but i paid Rs.6500/- on 28th of december,for that they have charged me Rs1700/-as late payment as well assent a letter to pay all the dues immediately.suppose if i tried to call the customer care also,they are not responding well and they are providing the details what i asked .if i asked them to come for the settlement also , they are not accepting, so i have been firmly planned to surrender the card ,but donohow to do it.I[censored] provide with enough detaits to solve my problem will be really helpful.

                                    I am akash agrawal from Gwalior new user of credit card. I dont know how to use it and after using what is the procedure of repayment. My card received to me on september 2007. Just checking the card i withdraw the cash from the card Rs. 100/- . Having receive the card , i have not receiced any letter or statement regarding payment. Your executive give not full instruction regarding credit card how it is possible for a layman to a proper use of credit card. Yesterday i went ICICI office at gwalior for credit card information, they told me about my due payment. My due payment is so high. It is not possibe for me to submit that amount, it is all happened due to lack of information and misguidance of your executive. I think this is not a facility it is just a headec , without any information how can i know that what is my due amount and what is my due date. So i have been firmly planned to surrender the card ,but donohow to do it.I[censored] provide with enough detaits to solve my problem will be really helpful.

                                    I received a call from ICICI Lombard regarding Insuranace Policy unfortunately I bought this for Rs 10,000, Later on I enquired about return benifit, & I came to know that there in none of return benifit facility, so I decided to cancel & but in credit card bill I received cancellation charges of RS. 2117

                                    At the time of cancellation I had told do not apply cancellation charges to my bill, & no one has informed me at the time of buying that there should be cancellation charges.

                                    So request you allow me waiver of this bill amount, else disable my Gold credit card & also my Saving a/c in your bank.

                                    Sir, I have an ICICI Cridit Card No. [protected]. sinc few years I paid properly and timely but now from last year iam unable to pay it as my financial condition is poor due to sudden demise of mother as she was cancer patient lots of expenses done on her but was of no use. My husband is not with me I am totally all alone in worldwith my two small kids . when iam in duty of emergency( Hospital ) executives comes in house and asked here and there about me my kids and I am in mentally disapointed always about it. Last week one executive came here and insulted me and told me Iam waiting your out side of door he sat there on his bike.

                                    I agree with all of you and for more clarity, I wanted a reset of PIN for my ATM cards as I had lost my diary which had all the details. I called three banks; ICICI, ABN AMRO and HDFC all one after the other. ABN AMRO was the best and the quickest have done my job on the call. HDFC was second best taking a bit more time on the hold up part but nevertheless they are angels as compared to ICICI bank. ICICI bank was a hell on earth, they verified me and to my utter disbelief they said that I even after al this I will have to go to their bank branch and get myself verified. Which was so pathetic, I spend more than an hour on the phone wasting much time and money and then like a govt. bank, they ask me to come over for just a reset of a PIN. Even in the case of a Govt. bank I would have known so I would have saved money on the phone as we all know that we need to go there and have the work done. But this was the worst of both the worlds, its disguise an international bank using tele banking which is practically useless as after that one needs to go to them to pay your respects. I have decided that once my vehicle EMIis are over, I will ASAP close my account with ICICI as there many banks exceeding quantumly in terms of quality compared to this one.

                                      had final settlement with company for amount 21500/- in two instulment

                                      On 19/ 12/07 I was checking my account statement I find Rs 1290 was auto debit
                                      from my account against my credit card payment It was shocking for me that
                                      Bank like IciCi is doing such act I vist jammu Branch on same movement they
                                      give customer care no I make call they told me to talk with at ludhiana I call
                                      they told plz contact Customer Care we cant do any thing for one mistake by the
                                      company why I am playing like Table tennis Ball no body Is taking responsibility
                                      to solve the issuee. Plz solve this issue immigately other wise I am giving my
                                      complaint to reserve Bank and also take you to the court if required

                                      With reference to the acceptance of my application for Credit Card from ICICI, i was informed from the automated VRS that my application was approved on January 22, 2008 and I would recieve the card within 10 days.

                                      I received the PIN number via ordinary post at the address on February 1, 2008 and have still not recieved the credit card yet.

                                      On quering the customer care, they told me that the consigment was sent through Elbee Courier ([protected]) on 25/01/2008 with the consignment number[protected]. They also provided me with the contact number of Elbee as [protected]. I also found out a local Bangalore number of Elbee which is 65645992/3.

                                      But unfortunately these numbers are not responding. Neither am I able to connect to custmer care of ICICI any further because of traffic.

                                      I would like to pin point the irresponsibility of ICICI dispatch services and Elbee Courier. Please try to reply me with the status of my consignment and if/when I am to receive it.

                                      I would also like to mention, that till now I haven't receive the card and would not be responsible for anything related to it, whatsoever.
                                      I completely agree with you. Even I was told the same, that my credit card has been dispatched. But, after some time , they say teh card returned undelivered. I've resceived the pin, but did not receive the card. The Courier service of ICICI bank is pathetic. It is one of the worst I've seen.

                                      I just want to add what had been written already there I came to know that I am not the first one who is going through this experience of having the pin without the credit card .
                                      I have been provided with the way bill number, when I check with that at Elbee site it shows that delivery returned . it says that they have put a note on my door as well, which is impossible as I stay in an apartment and no-one is allowed there without my approval as the guard checks everybody. Its very unprofessional of Elbee to mention that comment and at the same time they have my phone number even if they were not able to find me which is not the case , they still could have called me and checked with me if I am available or not but that was not the case and they happily put the comment that I was not there and they have put a sticky I would like to ask who had gone there and where exactly he had put sticky. This is absolutely rubbish and a big white lie .
                                      Icici should immediately remvoe them as there official courier.

                                      My experience about Elbee Courier is also worst.I have not received my credit card.They are useless and ICICI Bank should immediately remove them from sensitive job of credit cards.I donot know whether ICICI Bank has incorporated penalty clause in their agreement for such mischiefs on the part of Elbee.Elbee just does not bother to take note of complaints.Looking at the number of complaints I feel that some ICICI Bank staff is happy shielding Elbee Courier.

                                      ICICI / Credit card — arranged cheating ICICI Credit Card Dep. with ICICI Lombard

                                      Dear sir

                                      my name is pramod and am working in Sitaram Auto Sales & Services, Thrissur baught a car through ICICI loan. I had applied for a credit card on appox. Dec - 2007. After some days one excutive of ICICI called me and compelled to take a insurance policy from ICICI Lombard. I reufused it and he told one senior officer will call you and you only to say "Yes" otherwise it will aftect his job, its for his personal benifits. He also mentioned that it can be withdraw within days so that i said "Yes", after somany request. Now another ICICI executive called me and told that my Credit Card account is over due and make payment immedly. On detailed enquiry i had know that the amount withdrawn is ICICI Lombard with out my permission. Still i have not received any credit card and am not intersted in this policy.
                                      so please make arrangements to clear this problem otherwise am moving for leagal action.

                                      ICICI / Credit Card — Credit Card bill reminder for not owned card

                                      Hello,

                                      I have been receiving reminder mails from ICICI stating that amount of approx Rs 75K has been pending against my wife Mrs Vandana Gupta against her credit card (5177 XXXX XXXX 4004).
                                      Strangely, the residential address mentioned in this card is mine.

                                      To my surprise,
                                      * She is not holding any credit card. Credit card issued in her name long back is already locked with 0 outstanding
                                      * Working address is mentioned for the "disputed" card holder - while my wife is non-working
                                      * DOB in the disputed card is different from my wife DOB.

                                      I have given repeated calls to ICICI customer care and registered the complaint via SR[protected]th Dec'08) and SR[protected]th Dec '08).
                                      I was given verbal confirmation on 12th Feb 2009 that is there is no such card (with outsanding amount) issued (matching my wife personnel details) to her.

                                      Even despite this, an ICICI executive (probably recovery agent) visited my home on 12th Feb 2009 and also i got the call on 13th Feb 2009.
                                      I'm being feeling harassed mentally.

                                      Sub: Full and final settlement of my credit card No: [protected]

                                      Ref: My Punjab National Bank Cheque No: 570544 dated 19/12/2009 for

                                      Rs. 34,800.00


                                      I was shocked to see my credit Card statement in mail showing with the outstanding after paying full and final settlement for my card.

                                      With reference to the above your executive Mr.Rajan came to my place and asked for Rs.2000/- as card payment and when I was about to give cheque for Rs.2000/- he told me by showing statement of my account and informed me that if I pay Rs.34,800-00 as full and final settlement ICICI bank will close my card. He has discussed with his manager and got approval and collected my cheque for Rs.34,800/=. He also informed me over phone on the next day that he got approval from ICICI, Bombay office also approved Rs.34,800/- amount for closing my card and I will be getting the full and final settlement letter from your end with in two days.

                                      But Instead of getting the full and final settlement letter I was shocked to see the credit statement which shows the outstanding is still there. In present condition don’t expect any payment from my side and send my full and final settlement letter immediately.

                                      I issue a check in the month of January 2009 dated 2 Jan 2009 amount of 2200 rupees against may card no [protected]. CHECK No 110798 SBH DWRAKANAGAR.The amount was dedected in my account on 5th jan 2009. In the 16th Jan statement It was not reflected. After received the statement I went collection center at Visakhapatnam and enquire that It was deposited in another card no [protected]. Regarding this I meet and ask Mr Varaprasad collection manager at Visakhapatnam to rectif it. He told me that pay the minimum amount of rs2900 insides of Rs 5040.I issue a check in the month of Feb09 amount of 2900 dated 2nd Feb. 09. The total amount will be reflected in the next statement and the late fee charges also reversal. But there is no changes regarding my papal. In the month of feb I talk your customer care people regarding this names are mr Ballege, Sudhier, Hama and mr. varaprasad in on line phone in the month of Feb. They told me that fax the bank statement of my account to fax no[protected]SUDHIER ), &[protected]HAMA).But no response from your end. At that time my out standing balance is 59749 as per your statement Jan 09.after I make payments regularly after consulting of your people. they told that the amount was deducted in your account in the next statement. But there is no response from your end, and impose late fee charges and interest charges. It leads to 566851rupees.Even those I make payments every month It is not reducing. But it is increasing every month. So far I paid total amount of 30, 000 APROXMATELY to this account last one year but still now the out standing is 69, 000, Hence I request you to check my records at once and reduce to the late fee charges and extra interest charges and send frees statement. so that it is easy to make payment to me.(59,[protected]=29000).

                                        It’s hardly over a month I am in line with for my personal loans. But there were not any of responds till now. I have been calling them since Monday but I was told he was busy in meeting agree, I left the message for him that need to know the status. Unfortunately, it’s almost 5 days I have not even received single call from his end.
                                        Since four days I am constantly touch with Ms. Priya in ICICI bank – noida branch & said that Deepak was busy in meeting.

                                        Literally, it is time to pull out the socks up I also agreed, 15days back that Deepak called me & said your loan got approval & you are in need of 6 cheque leafs with sign, i had completed all the formalities as require. I already lodged compliant in ICICI but its of no use..

                                        Moreover, I made a call daily mini of 10-15 times but I do not know why Deepak was not picking my phone. As I already told you I am losing my patience with such authenticated banks. It’s really absurd that people are not communicating the factual account. This is the main prob with you. If I was not eligible for the limited loans that is being offered by any of the bank it should be intimated to me with in a limited time period.
