icici home loan — non updation of the paid Emi-RS 4921

Dear Sir

I am Ramanan prabhu venkata krishnan iyer want to give a complaint regarding the overdue of loan outstanding to ICICI Customer care. Sir as per the letter of icici dated 1st July 07 that my outstanding is due by 4921 Rs (of one installment) which is to be reconciled in the Vapi branch for which I had personally gone to meet the vapi bank manager named MR Ankit desai and shown the entire bank statement and he told me that it is the mistake of Bombay branch in updating the amount & even assured me that this will be taken care by updating the same in liaison with Bombay , last month also their sales representative Mr. Pinkle desai had come with the same problem and had taken the statement Xerox and said the same thing that he needed was for updating my loan account in the Bombay branch . Now apart from the issue which had been reconciled with Vapi branch , I get many calls from ICICI Bombay branch about the overdue which have not been updated till now, which really creates a bad image of the bank functioning ,one guy is saying one month overdue and the other one is saying two month , the third one being the lady from collection department saying can I send my representative for collection ,what is this all about , I even feel that I had committed some blunder by taking a loan from the ICICI Home loan which before three years were rated as the best bank for the home loan and now it seems to be a headche since inspite of giving the scanned document , the details are not updated since this is the issue of year 2003 shown as out standing my final request at the last is if the environment of the home loan exists like the one which is prevailing now then ifeel that the whole customer will try to withdraw from this icici home loan deptt or they will be compelled to migrate to other bank for fetching loan ,since a customer like me sense an atmosphere of cheating

Yes. I totally agree. Because of these people, i had to pay Rs 30,000 as penalty to builder because of delay in payment.

ICICI Bank totally sucks. I would strongly encourage people to go with some other bank. If you are going with ICICI, make sure to get them in wirting when you will get your cheque

I have taken an two wheeler loan,

For instl. Period: 07/09/2005 to 07/08/2007,
which has now been completed without any hassle.
The loan amount is fully paid by me according to the bank terms and conditions within the loan period.

Now I require the NOC for removal of Hypothecation from my RC, I have tried to request for the same on phone banking no. [protected] which is not functioning for this.

Please help me out,

As there is no option to talk to the customer care executive personally on the Helpline no.

ICICI Home Loan — Tax final certificate

my Loan A/c no is LBNOD[protected]

My home Loan a/c no. is LBNAS[protected] my last installment due date was 1/6/2008 my regular EMI was Rs. 4128 before settlement of this account I have taken my A/C statement from Nashik ICICI Bank by paying rs 100 & according this statement Credit balance was shown rs 2010 If I will paid rs 4128 that is why I have not paid full EMI of rs .4128 .I have paid amount by deducting this credit amount. If this is happening then what is wrong at my end, same thing I have repeatly informed to your Mumbai office people but no one is in position to understand the fact.
Recently I recd.the letter from ICICI Bank NASHIK that Rs.2033 is due amount at my account secondly I have to paid delay and late charges also .How can you write like this .If this will not handle properly then it the only way before us to meet in COSUMER COURT .
I hope you will understand the fact & expecting response like responsible person

icici loan department — not returning the documents

i m having an account with ICICI bank as well as has taken home loan from ICICI bank and had good experience with both of them but when i applied for a shop loan the bank showed a decline . i m ok with that but my documents and checks as well as my photographs has not been returned till now, its been more than four months. i had submitted my documents to MR.RAFAD, VASHI PLAZA, 4TH FLOOR. his

Till last year I used get Final Tax Certificate for Home Loan for filing IT Return probptly in the month of March. This year I have not received it till today. The Bank's site doesn't provide the link for IT Certificate or query for that matter. I am unable to file IT return without this.

ICICI Bank is one of the worst bank to deal with whether its bank accounts, home loan, Credit Cards, or some other products. I really have never heard ICICI bank reducing interest rates from last 4/5 years. RBI should strictly look into this matter and save customers of ICICI bank. I started my home loan in 2003 @8.00 and now ICICI bank is looting me with interest rate @14.00. When you contact them they have standard answers like you have opted for floating rate and PLR is taken into consideration which is as per government and RBI rules. God please help ICICI Customers.

ICICI Home Loan — Reduction in interest rate for existing customer

Dear Representative,

It;s really hell experience that I am facing from one of the most largest home loan issuer bank ICICI. recently, it has redcued then bank interest rate for only new customer but not for existing customer. when Rapo rate and all other went high then they increased the rate of interest for exisitng one now when it comes down then they are not.

For even new customer they intially lure them by having this recuded rate but once they are in trap, bank will never reduce interste rate for them.

I am also suffering from very high interest rate from ICICI bank. They are clearly cheat the customer. I am requesting the new customer, please don't go with ICICI as they are only incresing the interest rate time by time but not decresing a single time. I am also requesting to RBI and media to take initiative and help the existing home loan customer for getting benefit of current situation. I am also requesting to RBI please teach the people what is the meaning of floating interest rate becasue it is moving only in single direction.

I think by this way after some years may we will be paying more then 20% per anum and new customer will get the laon around 9% per anum.
