I have taken home loan.I have yet not received Final IT statement.I have Sent Compaint Via E-Mail, But no response to that.My Account No.is LBSUR[protected]

ICICI Home Loan — NON RECEIPT OF DOCUMENT

Dear sir/madam,

This Ashish Gautam, I have taken ICICI home loan 3, 50, 000 (LAN :- LBABD[protected]), I am paying interest for home loan for the past five years regularly. On 26/07/2008, I have requested for share certificate via REQUEST # SR73377415. Most worst thing is that, 550Rs./- was deducted for the procedure but I have not received the share certificate. Then I have again requested with REQUEST# SR74248144 to get the share certificate on dated 30/07/2008.

Sir, you are requested to interment in the above matter to provide me the share certificate. I have tried several times on mobile no. [protected] at the cost of my hard pocket money. I am really frustrated after experiencing such service from ICICI ( I have not expected that no one will look after the customer).

Once again, I request you to do needful in this regards.

I did not recevied any statement of payment since 2005 In this matter I had contact to your Jaipur customer care but no fruitful result came out.

ICICI Home Loan — Processing Fees

Hi ,
In 2007, I have applied for a home loan with ICICI bank and they charged Rs. 4776.00 as a processing fees. But, I haven't avail this loan since I couldn't find out a good property. Also, they have not advise or suggest regarding this. So, I have requested them to refund the charges of 4776.00.
Below are the communication with ICICI customer care,
1."Hi Team,
I have applied for a home loan during May 2007 and I made a payment for amout Rs 4776.00 as a processing charge. But, I havent avail this loan for some reasons.
Since, I havent taken this loan can you please refund this amout to me.
Application Number : [protected]"
2."Dear Mr. Murali,
We understand your concern.
As per the business policy, the administration fees are collected at the sanction stage. The administration fees are utilized to process the documents for sanction of your home loan. Hence, the processing fees will not be refunded once the home loan is sanctioned."

My housing loan a/c no. is NHPUN [protected].
Kindly send me the monthwise updated a/c statement at the earliest

ICICI Home Loan — deficiency of services, criminal behaviour of agencies and icici employees

1) principal loan amount is not 10 L but Rs never corrected after several complaint to ICICI
2) Calculating wrong interest not rectifying mistakes.
3) After payment of EMI continuous phone call for saying that your EMI is pending, without checkinng own record saying that they are not knowing this they are from collection dept.unnecessary harrassment.and even threatening for payment by reaching at home.
4)Not accepting written complaint at bank. or if I insist then putting immediate irrelevant remark on aplication kept without action.
5) Not cooperated to find out culprit in case of maloperation of atm-debit card. Not provided video/images of person maloperating at concerned atm evenafter lodging complaint through police.
6) Not considering change of mode of payment even after written request even for genuine reasons.
Thus ICICI is not Commercial Bank but irresponsible bank exploiting needy.

ICICI Home Loan — lack of communication & no reply about loan status

Myself Ramesh Negi i am a Professor in Jamnabai Nursee School. I have applied for housing loan from icici Bank Borivali Branch, I have given all my required Document to Mr. Ashfaq Shaikh (Executivr Icici Bank) on 18th of November,09 & he was supossed to give me Sanctioned Letter by the end of November,09 but still he has not even clear my Loan Status whether it is approved or not & the worse part is he is not replying to my phone call & Sms. I have given him A processing Fees chq. for Rs. 6500/- . i am in adeep now i dont understand what to do, whether this guy is fake or the icici bank has the policy of harrsing the customer.

I am about to losse my Deal which i have finalised, Bcoz of the Delay in loan process.
