[Resolved]  ICICI Home Loan — Non receipt of IT Statement

Since last two years no statement of accounts had been provided to me. Suddenly I came to know that they are charging 14% interest. When I contacted the local branch they asked to pay 0.5% processing fee to lower the ROI.why we need to pay the 0.5% to reduce the interest. This is cheating with the customers and also unfair trade practices. Then I send a legal notice but no reply has been received. The collection agents are harrasing regularly. Now I have no option but to take legal action before the court of law.There is plenty of options with good home finance institutes and banks. We must come together to fight with this injustice and fraud being done by the ICICI.

Kindly provide my home loan a/c statement for my loan a/c no LBCL[protected] through my mail

Never shall I deal with this bank agai - no mutual funds, insurance, Credit cards. This is a fraud bank. They play 2-3 days on float, crediting accounts late for cheques trasfter, giving credit for prepayments on home loans (and charge emi/pre-emi on higher amounts). Gosh I wish someone booked them.

Des home loan possible without IT returns? Please let me know.

Till last year I used get Final Tax Certificate for Home Loan for filing IT Return probptly in the month of March. This year I have not received it till today. The Bank's site doesn't provide the link for IT Certificate or query for that matter. I am unable to file IT return without this.

ICICI Home Loan — Non-reciept of loan agreement document

I have recived home loan from ICICI home finance, since 4 to 5 years. Though, , loan was sanctioned to me, I have not yet received loan agreement copy. Even after contacting several times in local branch offices, matter has not yet been fruitful. Kindly, one agreement copy may be despatched immediately.The particulars of loan was given below,

I agree with the above statements actually I am also suffering from same problem. my rate of interest is also 13% but Its really disgusting that RBI is no where in controlling these cheater banks like icici.

ICICI Home Loan — Paid 20 installments and yet they came home

Respected Sir, I am Gaurav Pathak from Ahmedabad. I have taken Rs.40000/- personal loan from ICICI Bank Ltd, Ahmedabad @18% interest rate. I have paid of 20 installments of Rs.1984/- per mnth means I have already paid morethan my principal amt. of loan. I have lost my job from Pune in mnth of February and I am not in condition to pay other remaining 16 installments. I am in big presure and I have not get my salry for 2mnths yet and PF. Agents from ICICI bank came at my home and threating my parents for legal action. I have already paid 20 installments regularly but as I have lost job I am not in condition for paid remaning balance amt. I am give assurity that whnenever I will get money i will pay but please stop harresment from ICICI bank. Please help me

AFTER PDD, BOTH THEASE DOCUMENT SUBMITTED ON 30/04/03 THROUH SKYLINE COMMUNICATION AT SENAPATHI BAPAT ROAD ICICI BRANCH PUNE.
The least I care for now is my original house documents are returned to me as soon as possible and hopefully someday ICICI bank gets penalised for such horrible customer serive.
