Dear Sir,

I have a ICICI Credit Card bearing number: [protected].
This card was on my address in New Delhi, Since I have shifted out of Delhi - I have given repeated request for Change of address and contact number, thereafter I had also raise a request at Customer care for e-mail statement around Oct 2006, since then I did not get any statement on my changed address or any intimation on new phone number or my email. Recently I contacted customer care again to make payments and re-activate my card, to my surprise thay have added multiple late fee and other charges and the final payment due had become 18000/- odd. After this I sent mails to customer care and other grievience boards and also called customer care and collections department in Hyderabad for discussing my problem and closing this issue. I have made repeated efforts to communicate with ICICI Bank Credit Card division, ICICI Bank itself and ICICI Bank Credit Card Collections, but there is no response from them. Recently I received one more email statement and the amount stands to 21000/- odd.

This is ridiculous and a real harrassment, I have repeatedly been trying to settle this for once, on my last call to collections department I had told them that I am not looking for any kind of settlement, but would like to pay the whole amount so that my card gets activated, inspite of showing such co-operation to the bank because of my 8yrs relations with ICICI bank, ICICI prudential and ICICI credit Card, I regret today that I am being harassed and the concerned people are trying to add more and more to my payment due but not closing the card, because I guess they understand that I am willing to pay. This is my last request to all the concerned people in ICICI to help me with my problem and find me a solution, else I would like to withdraw all my relationship with ICICI, including my salary account as my trust in ICICI is being repeatedly stabbed.

i possess a credit card which they have charged a previous bill amount for not using the card of 982/- also a late paymeny fee of 100/- for correct date payment and excess amount of 2000 for what i have not purchased ... what a wonderful service and loot mar from a renowned bank like this horrible...

I have paid 10th may 2009 bill amount Rs 1839.07 by cheque no 013119 of State Bank Of Hydrabad sion Branch clear on 7.5.2009. this is shown outstanding inthe month of june 2009 with late payment i have already Fax bank account statment copy on 27.5.09 to fax no [protected].
I am not aware what happen afterwords as i not recieved any email or mobile massage.
please inform me at the earliest.

    I have opened demat a/c with Sharekhan ltd.
    I have applied for saving a/c (facility provided by you to sharekhan demat a/c holders) in your bank through Mr. Satya Prakash on 1st nov 2007.
    I have already given the required documents to him alongwith the a/c payee Rs10000 cheque of OBC bank. But till today i havn't got any response.
    I have also tried his mobile nos. [protected] and [protected] but they are out of coverage area.
    I kindly requests you to please enquire about him and solve my problem as soon as possible.

    ICICI Credit Card charges — late payment fee

    I had issued cheque bearing no 275187(SBI Dooravani Nagar, Bangalore) date 6-5-08 for Rs.700 infavour of my credit card a/c no:[protected] to ICICI bank and tha amount is collected by them and is certified by SBI manager and it has been debited in my account bearing no:[protected].Inspite of collecing money ICICI bank has levied late payment fee and other charges.I have already sent scanned copy of SBI certificate and my bank statement by email as per ICICI bank's request.But the keeps on writing they have not received email attathments.When I try to contact on their cuustomer service helpline only IVRS operates. No operator or agents comes on line.It is very difficult contact any human being through their customer care line. Pl help

    I have credit card No.[protected] (Master Card). I did not receive statement during the month of June, 2008, even I no SMS alert regarding any pending payment was received by me. However, in the statement dated July 18, 2008, received by me, previous balance of Rs.1065.18 has been shown and late payment fee of Rs.400/- has been imposed. It is submitted that there is no fault on my part, I have been regular in making payment. Therefore, it is requested that late payment fee of Rs.400/- including service tax on it may kindly be exempted/waived off.
    I had called your executive on 30th July 2008 at about 15:15hrs.
    I requested your bank executive for reversal of Rs.100 charged for payment made by cash at your branch towards of credit payment for the month of June 2008. Your executive informed that the charges cannot be reversed by any means even after discussion. So i felt very much for the above levied charges. Even though we have made the payment through hard cash, why can't bank make the adjustments internally. why is the bank penalizing the customers & further asking the customers to pay through other modes like cheque/DD etc.,
    Hence I request the bank not to charge any penalty for its customers even though the payments are made on time.
    Also when I called up the number 41131877, I had to wait about 20min to reach your executive to discuss the above matter.
    So if the above penalties are not reversed I may have to think about surrendering my credit card.
    A line of reply in the above matter is highly solicited

    21.08.2008 i spoke over the cell phone at 6.30 p.m to your customer care person i paid my balance R.s. 601-00 as he told recipt no.6382584. agency name ACE dt 22.08.2008.no more balance in my a/c now.And I no need to use your bank credit card so cancel my card and close credit card a/c. and send no balance certificate.And i will return (brokened) my credit card in your tirupur branch soon.

    i am fed up allready and you further trying to make worst now. The way the senior management handles my simple case is horrible and desrves bad mouthing..

    Also the news appearing in the daily newspapers about the frauds happening in your own bank is again disappointed/worried me and now i have to think in different way.

    Can you please refer the sent mails to me. Can you please realize what was my request and have you checked whether you are following my instructions?

    Dispite my repeated requests/complaints for monthly staetments from jan-08 to till date is only about the advertisements of your bank?The downloadable document is only about the TDS details Is this i wanted? I have told very clearly to the so called "customer care officers" about the email document what i have received. Also i have asked what is the procedure of knowing/seeing the documents.for that he has agreed and accepted.

    Today morning also, i have receved call from an executive.All the calls /mails received by me is from so called "customer care" executive is for a show.But in reality, i find something fishy and the management wants to hide something.

    I will be visiting the nearest ICICI bank branch in Bank with my leagal advisor in next 48 hrs or at the earliest.I will be taking action leagally for delaying the statements and find the flaws or any frauds/errors and for this also i will be taking necessary actions.

    I will also take the statements of sb accounts and credit cards on purchases (printed) at the nearest branch and find the reasons for the delay.

    Let me take the appropriate actions against the ICICI Bank.

    I have received my statement of August 08 on17th AUG. there is a late payment fees of Rs400/-is included .Iam sorry to say that last month on 19th Aug my mother was expired so this reasons was for delay of my due payment. So please deduct late payment fee from my credit card a/c .

    In my September statement credit card statement you have debited my account by Rs500/- as overlimit fee.Please note that I make regular payments for my all ICICI bank credit card(Gold, Titanium etc)since last 5 years.
    Considering the above fact it is to request you to kindly waive off the said amt and credit my account by Rs. 500/-.

    I had a Saving Bank Account No.[protected] in your Branch. On my request of 13th September, 2008 this account was closed. I was told by the concerned Executive in your Branch that the pay order for the deposited amount i.e. around Rs. 43, 000/- and interest thereon will be issued by the Head Office at Mumbai within a week time from the date of the closing of the account. Since then, I have visited your Branch on number of times, but no payment / pay order or any satisfactory reply has given to me so far. I have further collected information and came to know that an pay order has been despatched (No. 43707 dated 25.09.2008) by BSA Courrier and further inquiry I came to know that my packet (POD No.C37417) has been returned to the Customer Care Centre with the remark that the address given on that does not exist. I further came to know that the address given 6 / 59 A, Janta Colony, Shivaji Vihar, New Delhi - 110027 whereas my account and residential address is P - 39/A, Janta Colony, Shivaji Vihar, New Delhi - 110027. This is a sort of harassment being meted out. I hereby make again a request to you, please look into the matter personally for making payment of my principal amount and interest thereon at the correct address

    I Have a Credit card No [protected] i am using this card for last two years. inspite of timely payments by cheque your bank is imposing late payment charges and diff. type of service tax.on sep.o8 i received a statement which told me to pay Rs 1601.67. I made the payment Rs 1700 by Cheque no 798269 Dt 5.10.08 but in this month statement i was asked to pay Rs 2432.57. according to the statement my cheque was returned. for what reason God knows . because ur bank has not informed me the reason. this is happening second time with me .when this happened first time with me I tried to enquire the reason from your bank but it failed.I even tried to contact on telephone but there was no responce .At last i paid all penalties . But this time I am not going to pay even a single penny as penalty.I know i have enough money in my bank . and my cheque can't be returned for this pretext. As long as i was paying the amt. in cash there was no problem but as the bank has started imposing 100 Rs for cash payment we will have to pay by cheque. as i told u when i have enough money in my bank why should i pay a fine of rs 832 against a payment of rs 1602 . so if the penalties are not reversed i may have to think about either stop using my card or surrendering it.

    sir i am a regular user of the above card, but this time i had put my cheque in your atm drop box at takshila on the 18 of november 2008 at 11am in the morning, your collection agent called me on the 4th of december saying that the cheque has a signature problem.anyway he asked me to pay cash to avoid late fee charges, the agents name is mr momin from your thane office, he sent his man on the 5th of december to my place to collect cash i had you collection man RS 2500 in cash he provided me the reciept of the same but sir to my surprice i had recived the statement in which your bank has charged me RS 1, 160 plus as late fee charges, i kindly request your bank for reversal of the late fee charges, b, coz till date i have paid my card dues in time & if you bank had any problem in my cheque they could have called immediatly on the 19th or the 20th i coul'd have given them fresh cheque or paid cash, infact your bank realised it very late & called me on the 4th of december, ir its not my fault its your bank fault i once again request you for the reversal of late fees charged on my centurian bank of punjab card no [protected] awaiting early reply from your bank

    i rajan manjrekar holding CBOP CARD (CENTURIAN BANK OF PUNJAB) NO [protected] for which i made a payment of RS2236.25 drawn a cheque in favour of CBOP ICICI BANKCARD NO [protected] dated 18/11/08 which your bank has sent me back my cheque saying invalid payee name, sir your bank recovry person called me on the 4th of december & asked me for cash payment which i made it on the 5th of december of RS 2500, your recovery man said their will not be any late payment charges, but to my surprise i got a ststement in which your bank has charged me late payment charges, i request your bank for reversal of my late payment charges, till date i have never defalted on my monthly payment of my card dues, my cell number is [protected] & my landline number is 40051846
    I agree with all the comments so far. ICICI is a blood sucking bank. They will offer good rates for the new loans. Once your loan is approved, then the rate will go to the maximum in market. They will also increase the rate along with RBI repo rates. But they never mind to reduce the rates for existing customers when the repo rates are decreased by RBI. I would suggest all the newcomers to AVOID ICICI. They might be very polite to process your loan at the best possible time and rate but it is a BIG TRAP. BE CAREFUL IF YOU ARE DEALING WITH ICICI BANK. Existing customers, please try to move your loan from ICICI. You need to spend 2% processing fee, but it is worth doing that. I see only that option for me.
    ICICI bank is the worst bank, I have ever come across. I wanted to ask these [censored]s, WHENEVER RBI INCREASES RATE THEY IMMEDIATELY REACT AND CHANGE THE INTEREST RATES OF THE EXISTING CUSTOMER. BUT WHEN RBI REDUCE THE RATES WHY THEY DONT PASS THIS TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.

    CAN'T RBI HAVE CONTROL ON THIS? IF IT INCREASES, WE EQUALLY BEAR THE LOAD, WHY NOT WE GET BENEFIT IF IT IS RBI REDUCES RATE. I THINK, IT'S TIME FOR THINGS TO CHANGES.

    I WOULD REQUEST PEOPLE NOT TO TAKE ANY LOANS FROM THIS BANK. THEY HAVE WORST POLICIES YOU CAN'T EVEN IMAGINE.

    I took Loan from ICICI in 2006, they after there was a change in the interest rate, first they change the tenure from 20yrs to 25yrs, within 2months again there was a change, this time EMI's was changed. Again there was a change in the rates. The bank without asking me changed the tenure to 40years :)). I wanted to ask these who will pay EMI for 40yrs. When I checked with dumbbest people at customer care they didn't had any answers to it. Moreover, the kind of information you get from customer care, and from branch is extremely different.

    i am ur coustomer from last many years having card no.[protected].On 2nd of march09 i paid feb09 month bill thru cheque no.8667799 of Rs6589 on time.But on 17feb09 i found that my card was blocked.When i contacted customer care, they told me that there is some problem in cheque.but problem was not clear and idid not got that cheque.So on 22nd march09 again i paid above amt. by cheque.
    But on march09 statement i found that late charges added (Rs1114).Then i complained to customer care that why i did not got any infornation (thru SMS) regarding cheque problem.Usally i got all information thru ur SMS services.Based on my request he told me to that to pay balance amt. and forward my request to reversal late charges and again up date my mobile no.
    But again in april statement i found that it was again added with interest charges of Rs214.
    So pl take appropriate action immidiatly to reverse these chrges.

My problem is that I had actually done expenses of Rs. 500 only on your credit card but bank has debited me Rs.524.05 so what this Rs.24.05 ? My credit is only of Rs. 500 so I had paid Rs. 500 with ch no. 513641 dt. 13/04/2009. but bank statment shows Rs. 24.05 due which is not correct according to me. So, please explain me what is this extra charge for. and send me a new fresh bank statement.

Accordingly i did and confirmed that my request duly honor and the platinum ID card was cancelled 0n 14.4.2009 at 7, 45pm.But the reversal of Rs.2206/- has not been done in may13th and June13 statement I shall be grateful if i get the reversal as early as possible.

    We have paid amounting to Rs.16, 689.40 to ICICI Bank, cheque no.025292 dropped box which was misplaced by your side on 05.12.2008 at Ghatkopar (W) Branch. As per the Telephonic talk with your sales executive they told "Its our fault and we are not going to charge any type of penalty on this amount. Then your sales executive told us to issue a fresh cheque of the same amount and we had issued a cheque amounting to Rs.16, 689.40 vide cheque no.026456 on 15.12.08.


    In the month of January, we were received the bill the month of December, 2008 of amounting to Rs.1, 570.58 in this amount the late payment and the charges were included i.e. Rs.941.69. But as per your sales executive said to us, there is no need to pay the penalty amount. So we did the payment of Rs.561.94 on vide cheque no.0265493, which almost different of Rs.1, 000/- which is the penalty amount. Now we are getting the bills with huge amount of penalty almost of Rs.3000/- on this amount of Rs.1000/-. Kindly do the needful in this matter, and we are not going to pay this amount. Kindly reply us.

    EMI Period: 24 EMI from Sep. 2007.
    Regrular repayment from Sep. 2007 to April 2009 = 20 EMI.
    Pending EMI Only 4 Nos. But the statment received from ICICI Bank showed Incereased trend of liability instead of decreasing trend. I am a Senior Citizen of abobe 60 years. I was shocked to note the statement.Hence I requset you to send the complete statement of my repayment details from the date of issue of CREDIT CARD. On receipt of the complete statement, the final settlement will be done.
    I request early compliance.

    I was on continuous tour from Mid June 09 to End September.However I was remitting the payment towards my card on due dates.The payment details are given below
    1)For June 09 -Rs 991 vide cheque no 269660 dt 27/6/09 of SBI, Kalyan deposited at yr Bangalore branch.
    2) For July 09 -Rs 5778.83 vide cheque no758289 dt 27/7/09 of SBI, Kalyan deposited at yr Bangalore branch.
    3) For August 09 -Rs 1921.39 vide cheque no 269659 dt 29/8/09 of SBI, Kalyan deposited at yr Tellicherry branch(Kerala).
    From the above, u can see that eventhough I was on continuous move, I was depositing the cheques for the amount due before the due dates eventhough I did'nt get my statements.However it is regretted to note that u had charged RS 400 /as late payment fees and Rs 405.16 as interest charges in the bill of 12 th August 09 and Rs 100 as outstation cheque payment charges in the bill dt 12 th Sep 09.The question of charging late fees/interest charges/outstation cheque charges does'nt arise as I had deposited the cheques before the due dates.Hence it is requested to reverse the the total amount of Rs 400+405.16+100 in yr next statement due on 12 Oct 09.Considering our long standing relationship, I hope u will do the needful.

I never received a single statement.I used to receive the due through SMS only. So many times I complain to customercare. But no positive response from customercare.Suddenly I find that you have charged late fee & other taxes.     I am holding a credit card of ICICI bank since 2005.I have never been in any default of paying any dues towards the Company. I have been facing a problem of late payment charges & interest charges levied on us since October'05.The Company didn't send me the credit card statement on time & henceforth they charged interest & late payment fees. I had followed up with the customer care employees & they reversed the same. The bank repeated the same mistake again, & I followed with them & explained them that I had received the statements after the due date. In spite this, the customer care employees gave me vague reply that my address of communication has changed etc. After their complete ignorance on my complain I started to pay towards my purchases made & not paying the interest charges.     i am a credit card holder of icici bank.As per my november 2010 statement i had to pay rs.654/= which i promptly paid by depositing my cheque for the full amount in the drop box on 5/12/2010 before the due date of13/12/2010.On my return on 28th december i checked with my bank pass book where there is nodebit for the amount. I received an email message stating non payment of the bill.when contacted the customer care executive first denied the receipt of the cheque and subsequently said that the account number mentioned is incorrect as such ihave to pay a fine of rs.400/=along with the due amount. My question is when credit card payment is not received, they have informed me over sms on my mobile in such a case when they discovered that the account number is incorrect they should have intimated me the discrepency in the account number and I would have promptly isssued another cheque.Now for an amount of rs654/=dues i have to pay rs400/=as fine and this is not a good practice.     I Have a Credit card No 4477xxxxxxxx8022 and i am regularly using this card for last two years. inspite of timely payments by cheque your bank is imposing late payment charges and diff. type of service tax.on sep.o8 i received a statement which told me to pay Rs 1520.76. I made the payment Rs 2100.00 by cheque No 146595/21.10.2011. But in this month statement i was asked to pay Rs 1520.76 . I was surprised to note that due to unavoidable circumstance I dropped the cheque dtd.21.10.2011 for that one day delay you have charged me
    (1) Late Payment Gee, Rs.400.00
    (2) Service Tax Rs .41.20
    (3) Interest charges and Rs. 98.68
    (4) Service Tax )Rs. 10.16
    Total amounting to Rs .550.04 as penalty. which is highly regrettable. I always pay the Credit Card balance well in time that too I usually remit extra than whatever bill amount.

    Secondly, as long as cash remittance was there this type of problem would never arisen as I would have arranged the cash remittance but the bank has started imposing 100 Rs for cash payment. Due to unavoidable circumstance I could not able to drop the cheque and the date of the cheque was 21.10.2011 instead of 20.10.2011. Under the circumstance stated above, I request you to kindly waive off the Interest and service Tax to the extent of Rs.550.04 and oblige. Hope my request will be considered favourably and allow me to remit the actual payment of Rs.971.

      This is to update you that ICICI bank has cheated me in terms of Personal Loan Amount.
      I am working in Computer Sciences Corporation Noida and I applied for Personal Loan.
      When the ICICI executive came for proceedings , at that time they updated me that my loan has been approved for 3 lakhs and Rate of Interest will be 13.27%. I was interested to complete the loan within 2 years but then they updated me that as per my salary structure it will not be possible for 2 years but they can make it for 3 years.
      I agreed on that also. And I issued 8 cheques to ICICI Bank Ltd-Personal Loan. Each cheque was issued for amount of Rs 40614.
      Cheques no. starting from 371566 to 371573.

      Now on 14th Nov 07 , I got a call from ICICI Bank stating that they will provide me only 2 lakhs and that also for 5 years with 14% Rate of Interest. My first point of contact was Shalini ([protected])and after that the executive who came for proceedings and collecting cheque was Jeetendra. And he gave me the contact no. of Sudhankar for any urgent issues ([protected]).

      PLEASE HELP ME ON THIS ASAP.

        I, hold my savings account and credit card account from this icici bank
        my due date for statement is nov-9th
        i started getting calls from the collection dept to make payments from date nov-2nd
        i told them that the payment will be made by the due date till then DONT CALL ME
        still the agent is asking me why ?
        hes telling me to make payment asap
        plus so rude as if i have taken some loan amt frm his family or him ...
        i also told him if the payments are not made on time im ready to pay the charges applied to my card ..still he was very annoying and suggested me to make the payment as he will be sending his personell to my home ...finally i had to disconnect the call in the middle of the conversation

        the same agent calls me
        i told him im out of my home since its a diwali vacation and the payments have been made thru my icici bank account in thane
        he still insisting me to give the details ..
        i explained him CALMLY that i was out on a vacation trip and i DONT CARRY MY CHEQUE BOOK
        so i cannot give uthe cheque details
        He rudly said why dont i carry the cheque book
        i also told him this will also reflect the payment by monday in ur icici bank still he could not understand
        either icici bank is heiring dumb guys who cannot understand the customer support or the bank itself wants a bad reputation on its name

        ICICI Bank — Poor customer care attitude

        Dear Sir/mam,

        I am Tara Sharma from Delhi. I have taken personal loan(LIDEL[protected]) from ICICI Bank & continiouly paying the monthly installments within due dates, But on 29Oct 08, i recived a call from Nikhil Awasthi from the custmer care of ICICI bank the number was[protected] on 29Oct08 evening & he was asking for the installments for the month of June & Oct 08, which was already paid thru cash on 29June & 18Oct by me & the recipect number is T0408L0730927 & 0980L1716750. But the most important thing in Nikhil's coversation was the way of talking as he is on the important seat of ICICI bank custmer care & he was talking in a very wrong manner & with a very high pitch & used some improper words which is not accpectable from ICICI bank custmer care excutive & also recived many call from the custmer care asking me to pay the installment which has already benn paid my me. I dont understand whats the problem with the bank & there should me a huge miscommunication inside the bank because if the custmer has paid the money then why the bank is continiously asking for the money. As ICICI bank is one of the best banks in India, this type of misbehaviour & mis communication is not accpeted & this is very bad on the part of such reputed & leading bank.

          I am having demate account for the shares in your bank opened at Kondhawa branch A/C No. IN[protected]. But I do not have trading account with your bank. I am having trading account with UTI Securities, Pune branch at Wanwadi. In the past I did trading with UTI Securities, Pune, branch at wanwadi.

              Wrong interest charged in Credit Card statement

              i having a credit card NO Card No : [protected] . On the last statement card shows outstanding balance of Rs. 6391.18. On due date i paid Rs. 4700 as part payment. On the next statement they charged interest on whole amount and the next fresh purchases. They charged or Rs. 277.81. Customer care people says that amount of interest is ok and interest will be charged on whole amount and fresh purchases.

                i am sanjay maini, working in pvt. organization as a sr. accouts officer in mussoorie. i have financed Honda eterno from your reputed bank (my loan ID No. ITDEH[protected]) and purchase from my local authorised dealer. my emi come every month for rs. 1412/- in my saving a/c and i am regular paying emi in time,running in dehra dun O.B.C. evening branch clock tower. problem is that your delhi collection branch person mr. pankaj dawrani called me that your cheque bounced on dt: 05.11.2007 so you have to pay bounced charges + emi then i told him that i am working in mussooriee just now, its not possible to me that i go to dehra dun but i told him by younger brother lives in dehra dun & i give him mobile no. of my younger brother he talked to him then he went to O.B.C. evening branch and find out the transaction had done by bank on 05.11.2007 no any single transaction done by my bank on 05.11.2007. the transaction have been done by my bank on 06.11.2007 but i don't know what they have done in my account that have been credited 1412/- emi & also debited for rs. 1412/- my younger brother asked from bank for this transaction done on 06.11.2007 then bankers says you come at 7'oclock today we will trace out the transaction voucher of particular day then tell you what is actually happening then my younger brother went to the ICICI dehradun main branch showed him the pass book their mr. pankaj sharma he saw my pass book & advised us after taking our mobile no. that we will find out delhi branch then call for for further proceedings. my younger brother come back after that your delhi collection branch person mr. pankaj dawrani called me up from [protected] phone no. i explain to him whats happening in dehra dun branch then he said you just now deposit the amount then i tell him i will find out from my bank they called up in the evening 7 o'clock then he say to me tomorrow what time you will go in the bank & talking very badly behaviour. really i am not satisfy with that person talking behavior he is not understanding to situation he talk to me very rudely way. i don't know what kind of person you have employed who doesn't know who to care the customers. its not my mistake for bounced the cheque & transaction has not been done on 05.11.2007. i request you to please take the action against the mr. pankaj dawrani collection person of icici bank. if you want any clarification from me then you can mail me on my email add : [protected]@yahoo.com or call me my mobile no.                 my truck R.C. no. UP 45 C 7247 and UP 45 C 8149 Siezed by your representative on 17.10.2008 at Allahabad and informed me by Mr. Ashish Puri manager Lucknow branch over fone and ordered me to deposit the full dues to release them.So on next day we met them with ready payment but they not recieved the same which is up to Rs. 400000/-. thereafter many times we met them but now they are saying that it will be deposited at Allahabad but when we will inform you then you have to go there not now. (Lucknow and Allahabad is about to 250 Km.from our residence). So in between we are bearing Freight loss as well as Interest on loan is also increasing. So I am requesting to you that please order them to release the truck as soon as possible after taking the payment if possible, just tomorrow.

                  Sir,
                  This is connection with the credit card no.[protected] in my name i.e. ankush bassi.

                  The story is as under

                  Till april 2007 I had a credit balance in my account. In may I made some purchases and the debit balance was Rs. 300.00 which I wanted to deposited but found a long queue on the cash counter and thaught I would pay it at some later date, since the amount was quite insignificant.

                  In September I again enquired about the balance so that I could pay off but was surprised when I was told that the balance had swelled upto some 3100. I had never got any statement from the bank nor was I told about such hafty charges at the time of my buying the credit card. This is definitely an exploitation of innocent customers. No one was prepared to listen to me at icici ludhiana about the exorbitant and unjust charges being levied on me.
                  Agitated and disturbed on this, I made a request for settling the account as I was not anymore interested in continuing with such an expensive card which can cut your throat at its whims and fancies. I was told to contact your delhi office as the card was issued from delhi. My job again started on telephoning delhi, customer care chandigarh and your creditcard office in Hydrabad. It is indeed very hard to get a telephone through to anybody in ICICI and I feel I have spent more on telephones than the actual amount due, but have not been able to be successful to fulfil my desire of paying back the amount due. After having failed to get in touch with anybody, I got back to your chandigarh customercare office and told them my problem. The gentleman on the line told me that he was sending an E mail to the concerned department and I would get the reply within a week but no news.
                  Finally one fine morning I was fortunate to get in touch on telephone with one Ms. Rashmi of your credit card department in delhi. She directed me to talk to her at 5.30 pm. For the final settlement. But again as it happened earlier I could never get her back on line. It was after 15 odd days that I found her on line again and she told me that my account was likely to be settled for 1800.00. I rightfully made a request for a further concession because the amount had inflated at an unimaginingly high rate.

                  I was further directed to make a personal request at your delhi office in case I wanted to request for a further waiver. Accordingly I requested my father to go to delhi personally to settle the matter. There he met Ms. Rashmi who reffered him to a senior named mr. deepanshoo. My father explained to deepanshoo that we are interested in clearing off the account and as the present demand of Rs. 1800.00 was rather high we look for a further rebate, as we feel that the charges levied on us are quite out of proportion. Deepanshoo was no less a boss than the earlier bosses and he promised to give the settlement letter within 5 minutes but after waiting for good 60 minutes I was told that the settlement letter would be mailed to me the same day but to my dismay more than 20 days have passed and I am waiting for the mail. Telephonic calls to rashmi and deepnshoo have not brought any results except false promises and assurances.

                  I am a law abiding citizen and want to clear the bank dues but probably the red tapism in the bank does not want me to do so.

                  A simple question I want ask is that are all the customers are as obsessive as me to settle the account and if this is the fate of a client like me what would be the fate of others. It looks that the bank is more interested in creating more and more defaulters and harassing them so that the bank can extract unreasonably high amounts from the innocent clients.

                  Now after finishing my duty of following up for my settlement of account, I have taken another duty of telling and educating the society never to buy a credit card specially form the ICICI bank.

                  I request you to kindly settle the account at a reasonable and legitimate amount at an early date so that I can settle the account otherwise I shall be forced to resort to a legal recourse through the civil or consumer court for redressal of my problem.

                    Hi,

                    I had completed all process documents which are required by ICICI for the process, the cheque is also ready as oer the last update, but i am being told that will take another week.

                    As per the commitment from ICICI, I trusted the bank officials and had made arrangements to shift to the new house, but now i am being told to move from my old house which would result in another additional expense of abt a lakh for deposit / Advance rent. There are adds displayed on website which says easy Loan, minimum documents etc etc ....

                    The primary thing is my laon is santioned the disbursal cheques are ready and the even the loan account of the seller is closed. Now the loan of the seller was also from ICICI which makes it an internal account clsoure too. Now i do not understand the logic of delay in the second cheque disbursal.

                    Still i am not getting any commitments from any Managers that i will get the response as expected.

                    I was being offered low interest rate from XYZ bank (my salary account bank) also one of my team member who is had applied Loan after me already got a disbursal.

                    This highlights the commitment and Promises made by the Bank. I am totally disatisfied with the customer Relationship here.

                      Unfortunately i have a salary account with ICICI BANK[protected] Koramangala branc in Bangalore, the bank has blocked my salary account when my salary was credited on the month of OCTOBER 2007, when i called up the bank they told they dont have any information, then tried calling up several times the bank told me that its regarding a credit card, i have not given any ECS facility on the card as well as i have asked the bank for closure of the card in 2005, and the card was taken by the ICICI bank ATM, since then i never used to get any bills, but they didnt intimated me about the same closure of the card as well as they waited till 2007 so the interest will go up and now they have blocked my salary account, i am the only working memeber in my family, i have my wife and 2 months old daughter and now we dont have money to have food too and we are starving, because of this blockage of my account all my exixting personal loan account with other banks are getiing bounced and i didnt have any checque bounces for 24 months and ICICI bank has spoiled my good relations with other banks too, i am not able to pay any of my dues, and i dont know what to do, when i checked my account today, 08th of November, i find that they have blocked one more account of mine and now my salary account shows negative balanace of one lak 49 thousand rupees, i am in bad postion now and i am not in a stage to pay the money nor to live a life with my family because ICICI bank has spoiled my life, i would request you to help me , or i have to work for more than one year without pay ,only feeding ICICI BANK.pLease do help me and make sure that ICICI bank personal also needs to understand humanity.

                      I am Rakesh and i was using a credit card # [protected], settled in Aug 2008 of Rs.16, 000/- Paid Rs.2000/- as cash Rs.14000/- cheque from my saving account with ICICI ( Blocked by the bank due to non payment of credit card ) as adviced by Credit card department.

                      But they have dishonoured the cheque and i have signed a another Autodebit form for Rs.14000/- and money gone to credit card BUT THEY HAVE NOT CLOSED MY ACCOUNTS IN YOUR BOOKS and after a month again got a call from credit card saying as you cheque was dishonoured you need to pay Rs.880/- as the interest charges then only your account will be closed and i have Rs.880 from my HDFC bank account and after two months in the month of November they have again blocked my account and debited Rs.3130/- without any authorisation given to them.

                      Is there anyone who can help me on this!

                        Sir,
                        The ICICI Bank Credit Card No.[protected] held by me was fraudulently used by somebody on internet by making purchase on Future Bazar India Limited for Rs.2470/- on 14/09/2007 which was immediately denied by me, the moment I got SMS on mobile on 14/09/2007 by informing the ‘Customer Care’ of the bank as a result my Card was blocked and fresh card with new number issued.

                        I am sorry to point out that an amount of Rs.411.67 has been charged as first EMI –total 6 EMIs have been stated in the current month statement. This I fear is absolutely unjustified.

                        As already stated I categorically deny of having made any purchase under reference and therefore request you to please look into the matter and the amount under reference relating to this purchase may please be got deducted so that the payment is regularized.

                        Hoping for immediate action to save me from any hardship.

                              I have a concern, which I would like to share with the concerned department of ICICI Bank and ICICI Credit Card division.

                              I am holding a ICICI Credit Card since September 2005 till date, details of which are mentioned below. I have been religiously and constantly paying the credit card dues in the past, off late since February 2007 I have not received any credit card statement or payment intimation from ICICI.

                              I have moved out of my Delhi residence since December 2006 and I have tried to contact ICICI credit card division and customer care for change of address, failing to attempt my change of address in the month of June I had sent in a request to send me e-statements on my e-mail id: [protected]@gmail.com

                              I am in Hyderabad at present, after coming here I have contacted Credit Card Division and Collections department repeatedly for paying the dues and re-activation of my card. I have not been contacted by anyone from your side.

                              I spoke to the customer care division today 31st Oct 2007, where I was told that I have been sent an email statement on 15th of Oct 2007, when I checked my mail, I found out that I have only received a mail today on 31st Oct 2007 at 1:20pm, prior to that there are no mails from customer.[protected]@icicibank.com.

                              CONCERNS:
                              1. The balance that reflects on my due is Rs. 21849.74, which is as of date. I would like to request the concerned department to look into this matter. Inspite of repeated attempts from my side, I have not received any intimation from ICICI and suddenly I get a due amount, which I have not consumed or used.

                              2. I was kept on hold by your customer care executive, who could not answer my query as to why I have not received any statement, on the date confirmed by him 15th Oct 2007 and from the time I sent in a e-statement request in June 2007. The customer care executive hung-up on me, during the call. I am sure this is not the way customers who intend to pay, and make an effort from their side to pay dues are treated.

                              3. I called the customer care again, and they informed me that they will not be able to help me resolve this issue or sort the issue, I was told to contact: Collections department – Hyderabad, Mr. Srinivas at[protected]/23485305 and/or Delhi, Mr. Jeetendra Chabra at[protected]/41490158. Both these numbers went ringing and no response, similar efforts have been made by me in the past but no one has ever tried to contact or settle my dues, does this mean that your collection department has been waiting for the due to un-necessarily get into huge amounts, when they will threaten by collection agents or mock as police or legal department for collection.

                              These kind of things are not expected from an esteemed organization like ICICI. I have a relationship with ICICI for the last 7yrs, in the last 7yrs I have used my ICICI savings account extensively and also taken loans and repaid the same on time without a single default. Even on this particular credit card the payment cycle and history of payments have been prompt from my side and payments have most often been done without receipt of credit card statement. In the month of February on 20th Feb 2007 and 22nd Feb 2007 I have made payments of Rs. 5000/- and 4000/- consecutively with an assumption of dues calculated at my end. I would request ICICI Bank, its customer assurance division and Credit Card division and collections department to look into similar operation issue with due diligence so that Customers are un-necessarily harrased like this.

                              Please reply to this mail and let me know the procedure to help my self.

                                This Niranjan , I have taken ICICI home loan 25,41000 on Nov 2006,I am paying Interest for home loan for the past one year ,for which I have given ABN Amro Post dated cheques.Recently I have provided 5 cheques of ABN Amro Bank for the amount of 19,201/-Rs each. For the month of august to September the amount has been deducted from the corresponding bank correctly.But for the Month of Oct amount has not been not claimed from ABN Amro ,though there was sufficient amount so I lodged a complaint regarding this 15 days back.they told that banking personnels will get back to us with in 1 day.But they didn't.

                                I have taken ICICI home loan of Rs. 3,00000/-. I am regular pay EMI as fixed by ICICI. It has been seen that other bank rate is ver low in comparision with ICICI. It is because a lot of customer of ICICI is processed for home loan to other bank like PNB, LIC, SBI etc. Why ICICI not reduced interest rate for old and new customer.                                 Infact i have already larged a complint in RBI regarding this and they directly communicated with the ICICI to take aforesaid acton. I'm happy that RBI works! .I have recieved apology letter from the bank .They‘ve apologized for the fault which had been done for my PEMI cheques and debit handled on my account.
                                The same thing happened to me.For one credit card which was taken fraudulendly by someone ICICI has deducted in my bank account by themselves as the name matched.How come they can deduct whithout any authorisation or informing customer.

                                    ELBEE Courier did not delivered the Credit Cards to me and instead send them back to ICICI Bank. Their persons dont know how to talk and dont know how to work. Neither they are interested to call the customers to deliver the Cards and nor they are interested to receive the calls of customers. Why the hell is this service working and dont know how ICICI Bank has chosen Elbee for courier services.
                                    I have been using icici credit cards from past 1 years but till date I have not recieved any statement soft or hard but timely i pay what ever the amount show, but last time you have been charge for late payment, you can take intrest whatever come not like that .please look into matter and do the need full .

                                    If you have not receiving the statements continuously first confirm your address with sbi that they have in their records, even if there a small difference in the address that will lead to the prob, pin code would also make difference. If the address mentioned there is correct escalate your case to the HEAD SERVICE DEPARTMENT, the respective mail id will be mentioned on the statement. Simultaneously register you account for mobile alert service as well as online statement facilities so that even if you are not receiving the hard copy of the statement you will have a soft copy and you will receive mobile alerts about payment date, payment received status etc. so that this can avoid the financial charges getting debited to the account, and even can make the payment on time.
