I am a Indane gas customer, my consumer no is.54008 with Guru gas agencies, M.K.B.Nagar, we are shifted in m.k.b.nagar past 4 months, in the four months we are booking gas for refilling, they delayed 10 and 15 days from the date of booking, every month they do the same thing. we try to call them so many times but there was no response. the service is very bad.

This is the think not only happen for me but customers are not having much time to spent on complaints. Now we are searching for other option that where the services is good.Please take necessary action.

my consumer number is 20505. i have my indane connection in Mayur gas Agency, Peelemdu coimbatore. i have booked my cylinder on 20.11.2009 via sms. but till 01.12.09 i have not recevied my cylinder. Since booking is converted to sms mode they are not picking up phone the phone line is always busy. they say booking is accpted only after 25days and they always make more than 10-15 days for delivery. i think they suppler making rotation and doing malapractie with help of agency. why delivery is always late?? please take some action thanking you

Ambari Tahseel Phoolpur Dist Azamgarh.I booked for refilling gas on 4/12/09 and was told by gas agency phulpur Azazmgarh that home dilivery would be within a week.I have reminded many times but still having passed eleven days the delivery of the has not been made.I have seen in news paper that the agency should deliver the gas within two days of booking otherwise would be fined.I astonihed being such rule, how the agency ignore it. please look and do necessary

Consumer No 17912I had booked my gas on 10.12.09 from Natraj Enterprises- Yelahanka new Town and informed that my gas will be delivered which was not done, and again when called on 12.12.09 it was informed my booking has not be done, again booking was done on the same day and i was informed that i wil be getting in two or three days and Iam yet to receive my gas. . now even though we have double cylinder we are not able to get the reffil even after 30 days, and also we dont have any proof of booking done on telcon. your early action in this regard will be highly soicited

I booked for a refill on 13.01.2010 over phone and they told to me, 'your refill dates is 25days after the last distribute, so make a phone call after 16.01.2010'. so I make a phone call for booking cylinder, they told me, 'cylinder is distribute on after 13days of booking'. I am having double cylinder for the benefit of smooth running, which always empty due to the irregular supply of gas by M/S, Jyoti Jwala, Baniahir, Bhaga, Dist. Dhanbad, Jharkhand, 828301. It is of no meaning when my both the cylinders are always empty. The distributor often does not book by putting 21 days rule but they don't care about the timely delivery. Normally it will take 10-15 days for supply the gas after its booking. In the meantime my both the cylinders become empty. In this situation I am forced to face this serious issue.
My earnest request is that you kindly look the matter seriously and instruct the distributor accordingly in order to avoid the irregularity. I will appreciate if you could kindly make the smooth supply of gas.

This is regarding problem in supplying the GAS cylinder. We are the customer of KALPANA GAS(Indane gas) Vijayanagar, Bangalore, Karnataka holding 2 cylinder gas.

I had booked cylinder on 16th Jan 2010 at 3:45 PM. The IVRS booked reference no is 28. But till now i didn't get supply of cylinder and i tried to contact through the telephone numbers which are given in the previous bill(8 phone nos). In those phone numbers 4 numbers does not exists, 2 numbers will be always busy and for 2 numbers no response.
When i contacted the customer care they said we'll checkout and after contacting many times finally after few days i got a cylinder with out bill. Even the response was very bad from the customer care people.
"Especilly very importent matter is that when i intimated for the gas leakage they didn't respond properly and till now they didn't even contact us, some phone numbers out of 4 numbers are not working. This is very serious matter."
I contacted the area manager Mr. Peter ([protected]) he refered me some other person Mr. Kaneel kumar ([protected]) even though after i contacted him he said we'll take care of this but till now they didn't.
Many customers are facing the same problem.
kindly i request you people to take care of this situation.
Please do me the needful.

I am uttam singh and user of indane gas service's LPG cylinder, and my connection no. Is 56312, would like you say that mt LPG distributor (captain gas service, sec. 12, pratap vihar, gaziabad ph: 2741924,2743977, U.P.S.T GD[protected], C.S.T.MP-1/193) always deliver me under weight and late service. They deliver me 10 to 15 day after booking date. And they not give me my second cylinder of my connection, I ask many time please issue me my second cylinder. They deliver me 10 to 15 day after booking date. In between deliveryman offer me for black marketing cylinder. Please kindly help me; I am suffering from this problem for last 2 or 3 year

Sundar shyam service located at janakpuri in new delhi doesn't fullfill his committment as whenever I booked cylender its delivered by more than 10 days while receipt is made on booking day. My consumer no. is 31334. Last I have booked gas on 12/02/10 but didn't yet delivered.39%

This is regarding the delay of supply of LPG and . We are your customer holding the account in chakradharpur (jharkhand) my a/c no:10888 . In around the cricle of chakradharpur most of the area people holding the account in the shikhar indane. We are facing a big problem in supply of LPG. Some of the complaints faced by our area peolpe are mentioned below. Kindly set right the same to service the peole in better way.
1. Non receipt of LPG supply in the commited day.
2. Telephone lines always busy.
3. To give a correct info of LPG supply date.
4. To treat the customer in so bad way.
