with due respect i would like to inform you that my gas Agency is "GOODWILL GAS AGENCY "Sultanpuri and my consumer no. is 32444.
from last 6 month we are facing the problem of delivery of cylinder , the concern agency is not doing its work in a proper manner.
please look at this matter and do something for servicing better.thanking you .

I am having a Consumer No. 20426 with the MITUL GAS AGENCY, New C.G.Road, Chandkheda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat - 382424 . I booked for Gas cylinder on 17.04.2009 with an assurance that the cylinder will be delivered within 3 working days. But the same has not been delivered till date. I have personally seen the delivery van distributing the same around the area.

I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor for use due to such delay. They also harass me and ask to come time and again. They also do not respond positively. also this agency are selling the cylinder in BLACK with more ruppees.

I am facing some problem to get my cylinder for so many times. when i booked my gascylinder, they dont delivered the cylinder for a long period, and when i ask them fior my gas cylinder they dont give me satisfactory answer. sir for your kind information let me know you that your gas cylinders are sold in open market in a high value .
so please take a necessary step in this regared as early as possible.

I am facing some problem to get my cylinder for so many times. when i booked my gascylinder, they dont delivered the cylinder for a long period, When i do the Phone about 4 to 5 time and passed about 15 days then he give the cylinder. sir for your kind information let me know you that your gas cylinders are sold in open market in a high value .

i am a consumar of INDEN GAS in sec 8 faridabad lal gas service shoping complex. My costmer No. is LT 1439. Indane Gas Cylinder — no delivery of gas cylinder

I am an indane gas consumer no : 68975. I made an online booking on 7.7.2011, and have not received the delivery till now. I made the booking by online on mobile and received the booking confirmation number 2138339 as well as the message that the cash memo 6697 has been generated. But till now (23/7/2011) ,apprx 16 days I have not received the cylinder.

I tried to make online complaint , on the number provided[protected] many times, but it was not available.
After much trying when they finally picked up the phone ,they said that the compaint site itself is not working,please call after sometime and again after sometime the number is not reachable.This is really disgusting.

This has not happened for the first time.Earlier at least they took the complaint and deliver the cylinder,but this time they are not bothered to take the complain also.
Dear Sir,

With due respect, I would like to informe that I am regular consumer of "GOODWILL GAS AGENCY" sultanpuri, delhi. And my consumer id GT-95.
I was book my cylinder & I got a msg"Dear Indane customer, cylinder has been delivered against your refill booking 9937 with cash memo 13073" on Monday, 28/05/2012.
But I have not receive any cyclinder till date.
Please take a stick step against this.

    sorry to inform you that there is no specified circular in our gas agency regarding refilling complain. it takes near two months for delivery of gas. if you could kindly issue a circular for gas agency amd ask your field officer to see whether it is being strictly followed , it would be a great help to the society at large.

      Hi,

      I am a customer of Indane with customer no 01649 and have been registered with "S and P Enterprises, Shop No-8 Aravali Shopping Centre Alaknanda Kalkaji".

      I booked my gas cylinder on 31 Dec. 2011 then on 9 Jan 2012 but still I didn't get cylinder. Today(15 Jan 2012), I have tried to book it online and I have seen that it had been already delivered on 31 Dec 2011. I have attached the screen shot of the same for reference.

      I am using Indane from many years. It is so disappointing for a customer to get this type of service from a reputed Brand like Indane. I request to take an appropriate action ASAP. So, It will not happen again with any customer.

When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had Say me your cylinder is not booked so many times consumers are facing this problem. I request you to please look into the issue.

      I would like to lodge complaint against SINDU ENTERPRISES, gas agency in A pocket 23 A, dilshad garden , phone no. 22581881 / 22575960. The phones are always either busy or bell rings no body picks up phone. I had given the booking of cylinder on 22nd Dec and after one week there was no response i again called then they said booking not yet given and again took the booking on 31st Dec but still not delivered. In between also i am trying but there phone is always busy. Please look into same as the staff are also very rude and arrogant. ..shanti

      Indane Gas — Not booking Gas Cylinder by making excuses

      Sir I hold a gas connection with Ravindra Gas Agency Paschim Vihar.My Residential Add is in 73,MIG Flats Punjabi Bagh Enclave Shiv Mandir Road Madipur Village New Delhi.We have two cylinders on a single connection.Being an extended family our cylinder gets over in 19 days.When we ring up our service agengency they refuse to book the cylinder on the pretext that it can not be booked before 21 days. As of what we have recieved information from Indaneoffice ,since we have two cylinders so we have a right to refill before 21 days.
      the atrocities reaches to its extremes when the agency people advice us to buy it in black from just outside their own godown.Sir you are requested to do the needful or we would be forced to move to court of law.

No other no. is available for public.The phones are always either busy or bell rings no body picks up phone.Everytime i have to personally go for booking of gas and even after visiting personally they try to refuse booking of gas,i visited at around 5 pm on 23th jan 08,they refused to book the gas by saying that the time is over. again on 24th jan at 4pm they refused to book the gas by saying the time is upto 2 pm,i want to know the exact booking timings and let me know can i book my gas through internet? if yes please provide me with the email address

      this is to draw your kind attentions towards the deteriorating situations of Delhiites, who have been facing this problems for a long time due to blackmarketting of LPG gas.
      my query is after how much time we can book a cylinder with our distributor. the previous booking period was (as i was told)21 days but now i was told by my distributor that the booking period has been extended to 25 days.
      i can book my cylinder after 25 days and it will take them 3-5 days to deliver the delivery. so we will get it after one months.
      we are told that there is a huge shortage of the supply but you can get it in black market anytime for 550-650.
      (1) how can we come to know that the supply is sufficient to meet the demand.
      (2)how do we know what is the exact booking period.
      (3)how can we cooperate to stop this blackmarketting.

      Today i visited GOODWILL GAS AGENCY (SULTAN PURI,DELHI-85)to book a new gas connection.The owner of the agency asked me for Rs3760/- which included the cost of agas stove.I told him that i already have an ISI MARKED gas stove,but he declined to book my connection without stove

      It is quite true that the gas agency people do not send the cyclinder on time.You haveto call them more than three times and even after that you have to personally go there and again make booking there. Only then they people register the need.

      One more telephone no.2428283 is there which sometimes connects but the agency man(Mr. Vikram who generally attend this telephone) clearly refuses for making booking or listening anything on this telephone,even misbehaving on telephone with irresponsible manner/attitude while this phone no. was provided on mine customer card book written by an agency responsible man.

      if any one makes question on this side system or for extra ordinary delay in supply of refill, they never bother and even reply in an awkard manner

      Indane Gas — Not issuing of gas cylinder in time

      I am a customer of this company since 2000.The basaveshwara gas agency is my gas dealer.this agency does not give gas in time of the booked date.Every month they give 3-5 days late.that too on doing the phone continiously.If not they will keep a deaf ear.If they bring late every month,then calculate in a year.they are not giving a months cylinder in a year.so we have to opt for other sources which is very costly.It is done to all the people.the delivery man of the gas in the auto and the van sells the gas on more money to the hotels and other commercial business firms at the more cost of rs 550-600.Even they give first to the consumers who give them extra money for bringing the booked cylinders.so I request the concered authorities to look in the matter.
      I Am a coustomer if Indane Gas. My distributior M/s Kandhari Gas ( Plot No. 2, Pocket A-00, Sector-2, Rohini, Delhi). I have booked for refil on 06.02.2008 vide booking no 06 on Phone no. 1260 and till date they have not supplied the refilled cylinder.
      The Gas agency and your helpline do not pick up phone for any complaint. please solve our problem.

      Sir,

      I am a consumer with M/s Baishnavi Gas Agency, Dhurwa, Ranchi-834004. The delivery system of M/s Baishanavi Gas Agency is very worsen.

      We book for gas cylinder and wait for even 15 days and more they do not deliver it to our residence and last we have to carry the cylinder with our own expenses. Which is highly risky as well.

      Even the booking sequence is not maintained. They have got a very small vehicle in which it is not possible to carry more cylinders.
      I therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter and ensure home delivery within specified period from the date of booking the cylinder and the sequence of the booking is maintained.

      gas cylinder — Request of Gas cylinder not delivered

      I am from Krishnagiri.

      This is regarding improper service of cylinder delivery service.

      I have booked the cylinder on 13th of April but till now they did not provide the cylinder. But they are distributing it illegally to the public.

      They are getting more money from other people and giving them.

      Name of the GAs company : Bharat Gas, Karthik Agency, Krishnagiri.

      Please kindly take this request and take nessasary action for our problem.

      Indane LPG — Not delivering Full cylinders, not even bothered to listen complaints

      Dear Sir,
      I'm the customer of INdane, LPG. We are just fedup with them. They are not delivering the Full weight cylinders. When their delivery man comes we repeatedly request them to take weight of the cylinder with their measering unit. But they never do that. Moreover the Our local Gas office is not bothered to listen to us. We are just helpless. But the are maintaing the Gap after receiving of cylinders or after booking and just making their own illegal businesses . every cylinder comes withonly half fill ed LPG. The seal too is duplicate. please prevent us from these everyday cheating. Please help us by doing the needful

      Indane Gas Cylinder — Not giving gas cylinder

      We have booked the gas cylinder on november 5th 2008 in BALAGI GAS agencies, Ambattur. Till date we have not received any cylinder.When telephoned to the agencie no one is responding. Today my mother has telephoned one person from the agencies is replying rubushly and abusing.Is it the way one agenciy should reply.First thing they are not deliverying the cylinder and secondly if we are contacting they are abusing.

      I am Jobydavis drafting this letter very painfully regarding inavalablity Indane gas connection.we take the gas connection from JN enterprises, 98/6, 20th main, BTM 1 stage, Bangalore-560029, in wife name C N:0038016, Jelly.A.Francis, NO:65/28, 1-st cross 2nd main, Balaji Nagar, Taverekere, Banglore.After one year, part of my job, we back to homeplace(Kerala), and we tried to contact J.N Enterprise, to collect the gas, they told to contact our nearest gas dealer surrender the cylinder & regulater, as per direction we contact, M/S Asha gas agencies, 28/690 A YMCA Road, Chalakudy-680307. And they regrett to supplying gas, and required to produce termination voucher. And we ready send one of my friend with authorisation letter, and imformed J.N.Enterprises, they disagreed my request.what we do this situation ?, kindly do the needful to getting gas from our home town.

      M/s. Shivshankar Agencies, No.14, Kunrathur Road, Chennai - 116, Tel No.[protected]/ 24826490/ 24825867. All the phones are not reachable through out the day.

      We are getting engaged tone through out the day during office hours. It is just not possible to book the cylinder refill through the phone, and by luck if we get the line after everlasted trying for more than three to four days, they will take the booking and we will get the cylinder only after 14 to 15 days. Sometimes when we get fed up of not getting line for more than a week, we go directly at the agency office for booking, but the concerned person over there, behaves so rudely, abusing the consumers in a bad manners using unparlimentary words. when we said to them that we will report this kind of bad activity to the Indane Gas higher authority, they replied that "they cannot pluck even a single hair from us". We got shocked for such a kind of reply from them.

      Pls i[censored] can take any action against this, it will be very helpful not only for me but to the entire mass.
      I[censored] r not able to take any action against this i shall complaint in the consumer forum, human rights commission and to the press for such kind of rude behaviour and the words being used by them.

      I request to look into this issue by the concerned Authorities & take the necessary actions as we have good faith in Indane Gas.

      Happy Home, Resapuvanipalem, Visakhapatnam gas dealer authorities have given reckless answers. when we have tried to book the gas over phone they are not lifting the phone also. Kindly take action and help the customers
      I get gas from Chevayur Indane gas agencies, Calicut, Keraka. Last November 8th I booked for the cylinder change. Last week, when I enquired they told that on 13th of Dec. they would give the cylinder. But, I did not get on that day. Then, they told next Monday[protected], they would provide the full cylinder. Today, when I called they told me any day in this week they will give the cylinder. Unnecessarily my time and money are getting wasted. Not only that, we who purely depend on LPG gas are under severe concern for its availability. Please look into this matter and take necessary action so that we will get the cylinder in time.

      I had booked a gas cylinder with M/S Srijayam Gas Agency, Eldams Road, Chennai on 02/01/2009. My consumer number is 1458. They had informed us, that the cylinder would be delivered in a week's time.More than 18 days have passed. When we ring up regularly and inquire, we get false promises like that they would be sending the cylinder same day or next day.So far the cylinder has not been delivered.While authorities in govt say that there is no lack of stock, I do not understand why the agencies are dodging supply of cylinders? Is there any thing else which is causing this problem?

      We are fed back calling the agency guys on daily basis- they do not keep their promise -nor do they listen to us.

      Request you to help in this regard- bringing to the notice of the gas company as well as the dealer as I am running out of cooking gas.

      We book for gas cylinder and wait for even 21/01/2009 they do not deliver it to our residence and last we have to carry the cylinder with our own expenses. And This Gass Agency Servise is very Bad. They Are Booking Of the gass Cylender After 24 Days.

      Even the booking sequence is not maintained. They have got a very small vehicle in which it is not possible to carry more cylinders.
      I therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter and ensure home delivery within specified period from the date of booking the cylinder and the sequence of the booking is maintained.

      I have been trying to book the Gas Cylinder for last 2 months but the agency in Vasant Kunj is either closed or if they open the shop that is only according to their own convenience, they are not even recieving phone calls regarding this..either the phone is kept engaged or is left unattended.

      I am a customer of Indane with Customer No. 31957 and have been registered with Ravi Gas Agency, Kakadeo, Kanpur. Since last 5 – 6 months, this Agency is harassing me a lot and not provide the Gas.

      I have booked the Gas on 13th March 2009 but inspite of my regular / repeated requests, delivery is not made to my address upto 18th of April 2009. I have contacted them daily to get the cylinder, but every time same answer received “ cylinder will deliver tomorrow “. At last they have cancelled my booking as per their own wish. However, I have no other option left, but to book the gas again and got delivery from their delivery point.

      Similarly I have booked Gas on 26th of May 2009, but same is not delivered till 15th June 2009. I have approached number of times to the Agency either on phone or personally and every time they are having same answer “will deliver tomorrow”. On 15th June 2009 also, instead of Gas I got the same answer “will deliver tomorrow”. On 12th June I have given a compliant letter to this Agency, but they have not accepted it.

      May I request to the I.O.C Officials to intervene on this matter and arrange immediately delivery of Gas, since Ravi Agency is not ready to provide the gas.

Which is highly risky as well.

      Even the booking sequence is not maintained. They have got a very small vehicle in which it is not possible to carry more cylinders.
      I therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter and ensure home delivery within specified period from the date of booking the cylinder and the sequence of the booking is maintained.

      if any one makes question on this side system or for extra ordinary delay in supply of refill, they never bother and even reply in an awkard manner

Every time we make a booking for a cylinder, they say it will take 3/4 days and it never reaches us after 10 days also . We have to keep calling their nos, landline but it remains ringing and nobody picks up. The owner has a cell , if you call her she says call after 1 pm , if we call up late in evening then she will say it's late today , call tomorrow . It's high time things change and domination / monopoly of such dealers erase out . If they cannot provide the service pls let us know and an alternative solution / dealer be communicated / replaced. I have come across many such customers putting similar complaints against Veeresh Gas Agency. So kindly HELP.

      Dear Sir,

      I am having DPC Indian Gas connection vide my consumer No. 54854 from M/s Yadu Gas Agency, Sahibabad, GZB, as a practice of dialing 20-25 times countinuasly i have booked gas on dt. 29/08/2009 at 10:30am and accordingly i was assured by agency that gas will be delivered at my House within 5-6 days.

      But sorry to mentioned here that till today (09/09/2009) even after 10 days also filled cylinder was not delivered, when contacted agency again i came to know that the slip against my consumer no. was given to our area distributor and they are unaware that why the gas is not delivered.

      Hence I request INDIANGAS authorities to take apporopriate action against the agency for their mishandlings.

      Indane Gas — can't get the gas cylinder

      I have got an indane gas connection with Capital gas agency ,medical college TRIVANDRUM.[no;13887].Me and my wife are working and hence nobody will be at home from 9am to4pm.My neighbours also will not be there during this time.I had booked a cylinder one month back.Even after 3weeks I didn't get the cylinder . When I called them they said they had come to our home and they returned since there was nobody at home.I explained my situation and they told me they will deliver the cylinder when the next batch arrives.After one week I again called them. The reply was that they had come two days back and returned and they had cancelled my booking. They didn't even show the courtesy of informing me before cancelling the booking.According to them it is my duty to be at home when they deliver the cylinder.They can't even tell when the cylinder will be delivered. That means I have to be there at my home throughout the month for getting the cylinder. I told them I will collect the cylinder directly from the godown. But they replied we can't collect cylinder directly from the godown and only home delivery is available. But when I searched the official web site of Indane I found out that we can collect the cylinder directly from the godown at a discount of Rs 8. I also noticed that so many people are getting cylinders from their office. I contacted the regional sales officer but the response was disappointing Please help me to get a solution for this problem.This kind of situation will only help them to deny the cylinder for the deserved and supply it to those in whom they have got some special interest.

          I am Shiva Kumar.B residing in Manjunathnagar, Bangalore -560010. My complaint is as follows:

          My Indane gas connection no. Y38284 through Benaka Agency has been stopped, in spite of me submiting all necessary documents in duplicate like RR no (Power bill), Identity Proof long back. I have been informed to submit the records once again, and when we went to submit they are making us to run around many times for want of other details like Gas booking details (done 7 / 8 years back) and they are not responding rightly.

          I tried to contact the Field Officer mobile no.[protected] given by Benaka Agency, which is not working.

          Again I tried to contact the Bangalore office of Indian oil corporation with the contact number given in the website, and it is found not working.

          I contacted toll free number :[protected] five times, some times they disconnect directly before hearing us, when available, their response is worst and they ask us to contact the agency once again.

          Please get us some justice, as we being a good citizen have been deprived of basic amenities like this gas connection.

          Hope to get a response at the earliest.

          Indane Gas Cylinder Supply — VERY BAD SERVICE & BEHAVIOUR

          Dear Sir,
          I have a serious complaint against our Indane Gas Supplier M/S Madhu Gas Agency, Vardhman Plaza, Mayur Vihar Phase III, Delhi -110096, which are as follows:
          1. Not picking up Telephone call for Gas Booking Since October, 2007 any time throughout days.
          2. When we go personally to their office for booking they are very rude in talking and behaviour.
          3. When we tell that we will complaint they tells us you do what ever you want to do.
          4. They are very adamant and ill treat us.
          I am a retired IITDelhi Professor and suffering from old age and diseases.
          I sincerely request for strict and correct action against M/S Madhu Gas Agency, so in future they should not harass poor and innocent people of this undeveloped locality.

          today i went to indane gas agency office d- block rajajipuram, luckow, for a new connection. the clerk there did show me some govt. clerk type attitude. also did not satisfied my query and spoke to me rudely .

          INDEN GAS SERVICE IS VERY POOR HERE. FOR GAS BOOKING AND EMERGENCY SERVICES IT IS VERY HARD TO GET ANY RESPONSE FROM THE DISTRIBUTOR'S TELEPHONE. MOST OF THE TIME PHONE (NUMBERS GIVEN BY THE COMPANY IN ITS WEB SITE) ARE OUT OF ORDER OR NOT RESPONDING. FOR ANY COMPLAINT OF LEAKAGE AND TECHNICAL PROBLEM THE DISTRIBUTOR IS NOT PROVIDING ANY TECHNICALLY SOUND PERSON, IT IS REALLY VERY DANGEROUS.

          FOR BETTERMENT OF CONSUMERS AND THE COMPANY, THE COMPANY SHOULD TAKE NECESSARY STEPS.

            My Customer No.is 3201 at Arjuna Indane Agency, Kolathur, Chennai. Previously when there were abnormal delays restricting supply being made only after completion of 21 days from the date of previous supply, when questioned, the Public Information officer of I.O.C. Ltd informed in writing that no such instructions were issued. But in response to a notice issued by the Commissioner of Civil Supplies and Consumer protection Dept., M/s. Arjuna Indane Agency has informed in writing that such restriction of 21 days is being made only on the instructions of I.O.C. officials. When the deviation was pointed out to the Chief Area Manager, Indane Area Office at Chennai 18, instructions were issued to the Distributor to avoid delay. From that time Distributor used to deliver me cylinders without delay. On 2.1.2012 I have booked for a cylider, booking number 317014 is assigned to my booking through message. On 3/1/2012 when I approached the Distributor office for supply of cylinder, I was informed by the Distribution office that one Field officer who has newly joined has objected for early supply in my case and instructed the Distributor to supply me cylinder only after completion of 35 days of supply i.e., after completion of 21 days of previous supply plus 14 days from the date of booking according to seniority number. The Distributor office has made it clear that even though sufficient stock of cylinders is available, cylinder can not be delivered to me early , but can be delivered to me only after completion of 35 days according to booking seniority and as on 3.1.2012 already customers on waiting list is 7060 and can be delivered tto me only after completing the waiting list and insisted me to approach the Field officer for issuing orders in case I require cylinder early. Even though I have contacted the Field officer over phone and informed him about my joint family consisting of 10 members and about the previous correspondence with the IOC, the Field officer has confirmed that delayed supply only can be made as in the case of others . As per Gas control order, (Act) supply of cylinder should not be rejected on the date of booking. Indane Area Officials are adopting Unfair Trade Practices for the purpose of making money which was also pointed out in my previous letters sent to the Chief Area Manager of Indane office at Chennai 18. Instructions required to be issued to the Chief Area Manager, Indane Area Office, at Teynampet, Chennai 18 to issued instructions to all Distributors to avoid delayed supply and to avoid adopting o[censored]nfair Trade Practices.

            Indane Gas — Booked Gas Not Received Yet

            I have booked Gas Cylinder 20 days before, but still i haven't received gas cylinder, our Gas Agency is Mahamaya Gas Agency - iNDORE - 452001, MP, whose Telephone No:[protected] is always engage (When we went to agency we found the telephone cradle was kept down on table), the other 2 telephone Nos (4004321 / 2559722) were out of date (wrong, which they gave us) & when we told to transfer our customer ID No (16116) the owner of Agency replied (always) that he haven't bring the TRANSFER BOOK (IT IS KEPT AT HOME) they told it was alloted to another person, your customer ID No is (16116-A), which we don't understand why they alloted on Extention No...A.B.C.etc. I found our Customer ID No was alloted to some other person & when we book our Gas (Just like recently) the Gas Cylinder is delivered to another person (16116), as it happens every time. Can anybody Help Me Out to transfer my Connection to other agency.
            i have booked new connection 1 month back but still i am waiting for new connection
            when i call on [protected] they are telling it will take time

            i dont understand how much will it take?

                        Respected sir,
                        This is for kind information that i d k singh residing at meena bazar, madhupur.i had listen that indane gas service is the best domestic gas delivery service.but thesedays i cannot belive that a major corruption occured in KAILASH GAS SERVICE, MADHUPUR(JHARKHAD).my consumer number is k-5497, i have booked my domestic gas no on 09dec 2011 but still not get deliverd that very gas cylinder on 09 jan 2012.last delivery has done on 02 nov 2011.
                        This is not happening only with me ,many a consumers are still silent and not taking any action against the Kailash gas service.The following reasons are, for which we are unable to get indane gas in madhupur location.
                        1.there are many shops (refilling gas shop) where gases available everytime at high cost(Black). with cope of Kailash gas service.This agency doesnot give delivery of gases to the consumers.But easily ready to get delivered to these refilling shops.
                        2.There are more restaurants, hotels in madhupur,to whom easily delivered by Kailash gas service,madhupur.this gas agency never hesitate that first delivered to the local consumers then hotels and restaurants.
                        3.There are many a new connections,they are also suffering from crisis of gases because they havent any consumer card to get gas on time.
                        4.its major problems in madhupur , and we the people of madhupur are facing the critical problem,
                        eventually, i d k singh is lodging a complain against Kailash gas agency, madhupur.kindly take it seriously, and try to remove this major problem as earlier as possible, if possible, then cancelled its license and transferred to anothe one who may deliverd gas easily and pleased us.

                          My name is TRILOK KAPOOR.I am consumer of kailash gas agency Madhupur and my consumer no 7382.my complaints is that blackmarketting of gas cylinder by kailash gas agency Madhupur.therefor i have to face lots of probelem.last month on 24NOV 2011.I had booked a cylinder with kailash gas agency madhupur.but till date it is not delivered,they are telling it will come today and tommorow but nothing happaing.please sir take action for it.

                            I have gas connection with M/S Sri Bhagwat Indian Gas Seva,25-26 Naharia Bazar near J.K. Temple,Lajpat Nagar Kanpur bearing customer number 10485.Since last two years agency books next requirement after 21 days from the date of delivery.After 21 days when I rang them neither they received phone nor given any answer about delivery of gas whenever he attended the phone.Last time on[protected] I booked by sending sms on mobile number [protected] of Sri Gaurav,who is either proprietor of the firm or near relative of the proprietor.On 29th Dec. he replied to take delivery of the gas from his shop.Till date he has not delivered the gas.

                            Indian Oil Gas Cylinder connection — refilling of gas cylinder

                            i, Milap Dogra, R/o 49, Guru Avenue, Opp. St. Soldier College, Basti Danishmanda, Jalandhar am a customer of Indian Oil Gas connection holder.

                            My complaint is against M/s Daman Gas Agency, Basti Guzan, Jalandhar who does not supply gas in time. I have booked my gas on 2/5/2009 but till date i.e dtd.12/5/2009, failed us to supply gas cylender. This is repeated from last 5 to 6 months. My customer no. is DGS -14201.

                            Please look into the matter and take neccessary action against the said agency.

                              This is to put your kind notice that I Virender Singh Jeena S/o Sh. Diwan Singh Jeena consumer No – 22334 of Block No- J1st, House No-312, Street No-18, Ratia Marg, Sangam Vihar, New Delhi-110062,

                              Actually, I have booked cylinder on previous days. The delivery man (Ram Niwas) came for delivery, we found that cylinder was under weight he was trying to convince that 400gms to 500gms is always less with the Indane Gas cylinder, But actually the cylinder is around 1Kg to 2Kg short. My wife is available at that time for receiving the delivery, When she seems that cylinder is under weight around 1Kg to 2Kg she told to delivery man that he has to bring new full weight cylinder, But the delivery man (Ram Niwas ) using abusive language to my wife.
                              In the mean time he had already received the payment from my wife after lot of discussion he took our cylinder from our premises and ran away. I also tried to speak to our distributor but they are not taking any action regarding this, I have complaint so many times but the distributor has not takes any action regarding our complaints, It seems to be very line ant and biast on this issue. Kindly solve this problem on the urgent basis & take an immediate action against regarding this distributor & specially that delivery man (Ram Niwas) other wise I would be forced to lodge a complaint in consumer court against this distributor.

                                sir,
                                I am Indane Gas cylinder customer, my dealer is Annamalai Gas Agencies, Kallakurichi, Villupuram District - 606 202, TamilNadu.
                                In our Town each and every delivery of gas cylinder their asking the proof of the ration card and some coupon. I want to know the procedure of getting coupon. At the time of getting connection we produced all the original documents. Now our Ration Card has been sent to Villupuram Collectorate for renewal, because of this we are not able to submit it. If we say this reason they are not listening . They are not supplying gas cylinder. Kindly reply to us what is the legal formalities has to be taken.

                                  I Mukesh Parikh President of All India Consumer Protection & Action Committee received the complaint against IOC (Indian Oil Corporation) & their dealer Agni Gas agency. The Complainant consumer Mr. Rameshbhai K (Customer No- 1372913, (Agni Gas Agency A'bad )) has given the complaint against IOC with relevant & necessary document against the Gas Leakage in Cylinder.
                                  The Complainant consumer has complained on 8-9-2011 for the Gas Leakage in LPG bottle to the office of Agni Gas Agency but the staff of Agni Gas Agency had replied very rudely that still Blast had not been occurred???? Then they told that know one can take any action or steps against them. This type of leakage can harm innocent consumer housewives and also to their family members very dangerously. If this type of accident occurs due to Gas Leakage that can affect their lives & assets very seriously. This is one type of criminal negligence.In reality the Oil Companies which are under taken of Government of India their filling bottling plants are defective in majority. In the market the consumer never gets the fixed weight of 14.2 KGs of bottle but mostly they get underweight near 2-3 KGs.Under weight, heavy Black marketing, & Gas leakage are burning & universal issue in corers of Indian consumers.Our consumer had also compulsorily Purchased- taken LPG bottle in Black market rate RS 700 against fixed price RS 413.No proper checking or any action by authority in this type of matter.The CPAC will file an FIR and a suit under Consumer Protection Act and also PIL in Honorable High court or Honorable Supreme Court.                                     I am complaining from last three months, but i have in my mind that the complaints of the consumer that are being posted on this site are just a waist of time and no action is taken of this complaints, I have posted a complaint of late delivary of the gas cylinder in our area but still i dont think so that there is any change in the system and the problem is still not solved.
                                    in our area the union have posted a notice on notice board and also some of the details of the dealer, who is performing the different activities than to concetreat on the demand of the consumer for gas cylinders, i have captured a picture of that notice board and i am attaching it over here with this complaint, think that i would be helpful to you to know abt the nusens of the dealer in our area.....

                                    cooking gas — Late delivery of Gas Cylinder

                                    I, Arvind Kumar Rai R/O C-5 Manglapuri, Palam Colony.New Delhi-45 I have one Gas conection No. 42560 under Gauri Enterprises GAS Agency Palam Village, Delhi-110045 ot getting the Gas cylender supply from this agency properly. We have booked the cylinder afetr one month and i am not gating the refill Cylinder with in 7 day's when they are commit to we have deliver the cylinder with in 5 day, s
                                    and one more problem they mad the delivery by bycyle and delivery mane shuld not deliver with proper weight GASS waight is Less than given Weight

                                    You can checked we have booked the the cylinder on 18.12.08 with reference No. 981 but till date gass not deliver

                                    Sir, We have one Cylender connection. You can imegine, how we can manage the Gas to cook our food. Many time I have to manage the Gas from illegal sources. As per our knowlage that there no crisis of Gas. Inspite of that we are not geting the Re-Fill the Cylender timly.

                                    So, We have humble request to you. Pls look into that matter seriously.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      i have taken an indane gas cylinder from Mahadev Gas Agency, Jamnagar. Customer Number No.- 170440. I have requested for second cylinder in the month of March, 2011. Dealing hand at Mahadev Gas Ageny, noted down the request in his diary and informed me to enquire about the issue after one month. Later on i went to him four times and every times he gives me a next date.

                                      In the month of Dec-2011, the matter was discussed with the owner of Agency. But he was not ready to talk with me on any issue.

                                      I have only one single cylinder connection more over the delivery takes 6-7days after booking of refiling. Which causes a lot of problems/ difficulty.

                                      Therefore, it is requested to direct the agency owner to provide me the second connection / second cylinder at the earliest please.

                                        My old consumer No.39851 with Triloks Gas Service, Adayar, Chennai-22, On my promotion I have transferred from Chennai to Mumbai. To transfer my gas connection I have deposited my 2 empty cylinders and regulator and subscription voucher No.2899503 on 19.5.2011. Because of the dealers strike, the manager promised me he will send transfer voucher by courier after a week. In the mean time Indian oil Corporation cancelled their dealer ship and all the connections are transferred to M/s. Adayar gas Agencies, Adayar Police Station back side, Chennai. My new consumer No. 51317. As on date I made several complaints and send request letter to Indian Oil Corporation along with all xerox copies of correspondence to transfer my connection to Mumbai.

                                        What is the purpose of complaint? why Indian Oil corporation officers are not understanding? whether all are senseless. Since 8 months I am suffering for home food. Some one look in to the matter and help me to get transfer my connection. my office address: A. Sree Ramulu, Director (IH), Central Labour Institute, N.S.
