not allowing to change gas connection of IOC

A gas connection was in the name of my father , who recently expired. I want the connection to be changed in my mother.s name with the same distributor. The distributor is not allowing. Is it legally allowed to change the connection in the name of my mother for the aforesaid reason.

Sir, I booked refill thr web on TOMOGAS site on 21 Oct, 2011 and got booking no. 76. I contacted dealer Bikaner Sahkari Upbhokta Wholesale Bhandar, Bikaner twice on phone and got the reply that supply has been made on 4 Nov, When I said that I haven't got the refill, the staff said that the house was closed and it will be delivered tomorrow. The fact is that none came for delivery and my house was not close.

DELAY in Delivery of CYLINDER

Non supply of gas in limited period

Regulator not functioning

The overall aesthetics of the civil petrol pump established by IOC in Mamun Cantt(Pathankot) is atrocious. It does not befit the standards of a top class army cantonment and is becoming an eyesore.
