harrasment of cylinder delivery

Hereby, I Sudesh Kumar is a consumer of indian oil gas service through its dealer NARWANA GAS SERVICE. Owned by Mr. LMABA. He always book cylinder on 22nd day of cylinder delivered and then give cylinder delivery after 20 or more days with a lot of harrasment. Request for priority tag to luggage not entertained

I HAVE TRAVELLED TODAY FROM SRINAGAR TO DELHI BY FLIGHT NO 6 E 554 SEAT NO. 2 D SINCE I WAS TO ATTEND SOME URGENT MEETING OUR MANAGER AVIATION FUEL STATION , SRINAGAR GOT ME CHECKED AT SRINAGAR AND HE HAS REQUESTED FOR PRIORITY TAG FOR MY LUGGAGE WHICH WAS ASSURED TO US. Extra Charges for Transferred Connection

My gas connection is transfer from Narayna H.P Gas Agency Amroha, J.P.Nagar, to Ujhairy INDANE Gas Agency,Ujhairy,Hasanpur, J.P.Nagar.
I deposit Rs,100 as a verification charges,whenever actual charges is Rs. 35, Now problem is that when i go to INDANE Gas Agancy,Dealer say to me for deposit Rupees 500 for this connection.

Cheating in Petrol Filling

The guys who dispense petrol in Indian Oil Petrol pump near to Jeevan Bhima Nagar, bangalore (Opposite to Cafe Day) are cheating most of the customers by not filling for the exact amount. non -booking of gas refill

new connection very high rate

i sreeja is staying with my 5 year old daughter and 9 months old daughter. i enquired about a new connection for gas in Aska town.

Not able to use the prepaid card

Hi,

I have got an Indian Oil Easy Fuel card along with my new car. The card was filled with Diesel of Rs. 26000 and after I used that card for few swipes the card suddenly stopped working. I logged a complaint with IOC customer care but there is not turn around on my complaint since last 10 days.

Charging Extra Rs.25 to Rs.50/- by delivery boys.

Dear Sir, i am staying in Kaggadasapura, C.V.Raman Nagar Bangalore. Our Gas Agency is :Sri Rama Gas Agency Ramamurthy Nagar. The delivery boy charges Rs.25 to Rs.50/- extra on the bill amount and refuses to deliver the cylender if this amount is not paid. He never gives the cash memo. Also the cylinder weight will be less by 4 to kgs. On enquiey he uses obusive language and becomes aggressive.
Please look into the matter and urgently...

I made an on line booking of Gas Cylinder with Indian oil on 28/12/2011 for consumer number 528396 and it was registered under booking reference number 232971.Subsequently,received SMS on 03/01/2012 reading as under:
" Dear Indane customer, cylinder has been delivered against your refill booking 232971 with cash memo 4661"
Surprisingly the cylinder was not delivered even after about 3 weeks and I visited the office...
