[Resolved]  Indane Gas — non-delivery of LPG cylinder

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am a holder of LPG Gas Service wide Consumer No.52834. Our Gas Agency is M/s Easwara Agencies, 10-96,Edulabad Road, Ghatkesar, Ranga Reddy Dist, Code-125348, PIN-501301.
I had booked for a refill on 8/2/13 wide Booking No. 354117, cash Memo No. 2758. But till 23rd Feb. the cylinder was not delivered and when contacted I came to know that my booking was cancelled. I was asked to re-book. I rebooked for a refill AGAIN wide Booking No. 358945 and the cash memo No. is 7618. I booked it in 23/2/2013. I was told that my refill will be delivered within 3 days.
The main problem with them is they DO NOT WANT TO GIVE HOME DELIVERY. They are ready to supply the refill within two days when we take the empty cylinder to the Agency Godown. Not only me you can see a number of consumers bringing their empty cylinders and carrying back the refilled one.
They NEVER RESPOND over phone also when we contact. Once I told them that I will complaint and they told they are least bothered. My wife is stressed mentally. She is unable to attend her outside work because of this.
We have already given complaints to IOC and via automated rein system twice. But there is no response till date.
Kindly do the needful regarding the matter.

INDANE LPG Cylinder — NON DELIVERY OF LPG CYLINDER

I HAVE BOOKED FOR GAS CYLINDER (LPG) ON 04.01.2009 BUT CYLINDER IS NOT YET DELIVERED. I PERSONALLY VISITED TWICE LAST WEEK ANG GOT ASSURANCE THAT CYLINDER WILL BE DELIVERED ITODAY TSELF, BUT NOTHING HAPPENED.

Indane Gas — Delivery of Gas Cylinder not in time

Dear Sir,

we have given the booking of gas at Shivanika Enterprises on 20/1/2009 booking No. 823. They have given the date of delivery is 26th Jan - 27th Jan.But we have not receivng the Cylinder till now. This is not the first case. We were always receving the Cynlider after 15Days from date of booking. My cusotmer no is 11612. Please help us.

Indane Gas — Non supply of LPG gas cylinder

Dear Sir,

I had booked for my household gas cylinder on 3rd January 2009. Today is the 51st of day of my booking and still now i have not received the cylinder from your agency. The agency is M/s. Coastal Gas, Ajantha Road, Pandikudy, Kochi - 682 002, Ernakulam, Kerala. I have only one gas cylinder in my name and as per rules, you have to give me cylinders in 40 days gap. I and my family are deeply suffering because of the non-supply in time.

Kindly take remedial steps to supply the cylinders well in time, at each instances.

LPG Gas — NON DELIVERY OF GAS

My Gas connection No.SGA 2244 formerly at Shri Griha Agencies, Tambaram and now looking after by Pattammal Gas Agency Tambaram.
Gas booked on 15.06.2009 and they said the cylinder will be delivered within four to five days.
When there are no response on 25th June contacted them and they said it will be delivered today itself.
Fro m that day onwards I am calling them and they are telling that it will be delivered today, today, today but till date not received the cylinder.
Their owner mail address Geetha "[protected]@hotmail.com " is bogus, complaint returned.
The 24 hours toll free number for complaint [protected] is not picking up

What a common man will do? Please help me, . Phone [protected]. Plot No.79, Balaji avenue, Neelamangalam, Guduvanchery 603202. Will I get a favourable response?
Dear sir, i had booked for my household gas cylinder on may 6, 2009.booking no.1187 from the date booked we enquired for the gas but the agency replied that they have already supplied also no sign of agent and deliverydate is not included in the book .after 2 months i booked for gas on july 30, 2009 booking number.14387 till now its not supplied from your agency the agency is MINI GAS AGENCY, indane distributer, kundara, kollamDIST, KERALA state my consumer no;13893 i hve only one gas cylinder in my name and as per ur rule you hve to give me cylinders within 40days gap.i and my family are deeply suffered bcoz of the non supply time.. kindly take remedial steps to supply the cylinders well in time at each instances.
Late delivery of LPG filled Cylinder

We wish to inform you that we are resident of House no: 130/510, Babupurwa, Kanpur and user of Indian gas. In our Area Kanpur gas and Allied Agencies, kanpur is authorized for Indian Gas (LPG -domestic uses) Distribution.

booking date is 16.09.2009.
Expected delivery was 20.09.2009

but regret to inform that till today (25.09.2009) we have not received cylinder.
We request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful if possible.

It's great to have a site where Consumers can register their complaints online. I visited the iste to register a complaint on Indane Gas but thought to know whether these compalints are at all given attention or not..!! I mean some issues have been resolved or it's just kind of a blog site where you just register complaints and forget about any action. The people who comes to complaint for their problems only read the complaints of others.

Please clarify on this.

INDANE LPG Cylinder — Non delivery of cylinder

i have book gas cylinder on 03/10/2009 on Neelkanth Gas Service for my Indane connection. Beside variour mail, call on [protected] & phone call I am still waiting for cylinder to be supplied till date. This is the service provided by Indane in festival season.

nobody even care to reply on mails send to company. I again request you to kindly supply my cylinder immediately.

Indane LPG Gas — Non Supply of Refill

I have an LPG connection from Indane.I am served by M/s Natraj enterprises.
Though I booked a refill on 20th October,I have not received the cylinder,though other consumers who booked their cylinder on 26th were supplied today.

The firm M/s Natraj Enterprises,Yelahanka,do not answer the telephone promptly.Their phones are either engaged or no body answers.After about 15 minutes they say that the cylinder will be delivered tomorrow.

We (Consumer No.UG721) have booked Gas through telephone online booking o[censored]nique Gas Services, Chandanpukur, Barrackpore, West Bengal on 04th November'2009 at 0820 hrs and were given C.N.No.1. But after non-receipt of Gas cylinder even on 12th Nov, we again checked with Unique Gas Service on 13th Nov but unfortunately the reception informed us that our online booking dt 4th Nov could not be traced and so it has to be re-booked again and now it will take another 10 days time to deliver the Gas cylinder.
This is very unfortunate that the Gas Services are using Telephone Online Booking system which is non-operative and moreover these are misguiding consumers and also helping in malpractice by local staffs employed with the Gas services.

Indane Gas — No delivery of cylinder

I have a connection of Indane gas with my consumer no b17198 . my dealer is Baijal Gas agency, Kanker kheera ,Meerut U.P. I had booked a refill on 4th Nov and the officials said it is going to take 12 days for the cylinder to get delivered. But till 25th of Nov i haven't recieved my cylinder delivery. I am fed up with the pathetic service. kindly provide me with a solution since i had reminded them over the phone several times and no action had been taken yet.

I am a long time consumer of Indane LPG. I've booked for a refill on 28th of November 2009 but I haven't received the cylinder yet. For the last days whenever I am calling the agencies they say that they're sending it the evry day, but nobody is showing up. If I ask the person who is delivering the cylinder, he says that he didn't get the slip. What's the use of this kind of harassment? Consumers like me feel so helpless. gas cylinder — delivery not on time

Respected Sir / Madam

We have following complaints against the agency from which we buy gas cylinders:

1) not supplying the refilled cylinders on time. they take their own time and not on specified or promised time

2) telephone numbers of agency is always busy. I understand they might be getting many calls, but they should have either Q system or more telephone numbers to give service.

3) the staff attending the customers call are not at all proffessional. They dont listen to what you say but keep repeating their say.

4) Every time we approach them we get a feeling that they are doing some favour in supplying us the cylinder...

5) Last time my gas cylinder got over on 14th november and when i tried to replace the cylinder i found out that agency has supplied a damaged cylinder to us and after repeated phone calls they have sent their person after one week. meanwhile i had to borrow cylinder from my neighbour. The agency care nothing for customer safety. Infact i am at home alone with 10 month old baby and my husband comes in the evening from office. what if there is a leakage or any problem. inspite of explaining my problem also they sent their person with replacement cylinder in their own time on 24th nov. the matter worst than this is they did not take my booking on first week of december as they have noted the date on which replacement cylinder was given us ie., 24th nov. but we have got the delivery of damaged cylinder more than 1 and half months back.
6) last week after an hot argument they took my booking and now today after a week when i call they cooly say we will get it next week... What do we do if the gas gets over?

Please let us know why we should go through such harrassment?

will be greatful if someone can please attend this complaint and help us to use the rights given to us in right way. this is the first time iam complaining to your forum trusting and anticipating that some one will surely attend this complaint!!

i beg to say that in my town lpg are not distrubuted in properly.when we book the refil they said that they will provide the gas cylender after 15 days.on other hand there isan other gas station provide gas cylender in 3 days. my service provider name is rewa gas service rewa m.p.
