MS BHARTI INDANE GAS RAJGIR, BIHAR IS INDULGING IN MALPRACTICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE GAS EVEN AFTER MANY WEEKS OFBOOKING. THE DELAYED SUPPLIED GAS ARE OFTEN DELIVERED WTIH BROKEN SEAL.

Indane Gas — Delivering cylinder after 15 days of booking

I am a consumer of Indane Gas with consumer no 849987 registered with GOLDEN GAS SERVICE , PALAM VYAPAR KENDRA, PALAM VIHAR GURGAON 17.This distributor delivers refilled gas cylinder after 12 days of booking. IS Indane gas has introdused new rule . If yes O K . otherwise authority is supposed to find truth and take action

My consumer number is 1786 and we have our Indane gas connection with M/s.Kunnukandathil Gas Service, Mallappally. We booked for a filled cylinder on the 7th of January, 2010. We have not so far received the filled cylinder. It is requested to kindly look into the issue and instruct the agency to deliver the cylinder today itself. Thank you.

I had booked a cyllinder with M/s Vaishno Gas Agency, S-6/17,Orderly Bazar,Varanasi. (phone number 2506823) on 8 th Feb 2010 . . My consumer number is 017050. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff assured to deliver within 3 days.After 3 days I have tried on phone 2506823 to remind but they are not lifting. Your help is solicited.

DELIVERY PROBLEM
My consumer no.6004 and I am a resident of c-305, New Seemapuri, Delhi - 110095.(My cell No. is [protected]) M/s Sindhu Enterprises (Indane Gas) is the distributor for my connection. When ever I have been trying to contact the said agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold. I have booked the cylinder on 17.3.2010 at 22.05 bookingNo. 108.. But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them[protected] remains busy and not answaring, the gas has not been delivered till date i.e. 31.03.2010. Every time I have to face this problem for getting the delivery of gas cylinder. On 28th March complaint was made on their toll free no.ComplaintNo. is 52009. But no action is taken till yet. On making complaint We were told that the gas will be provided to you latest by 28th evening. But Sir I am sorry to state that till now the gas has not been provided.

Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system either by fax or e-mail, and have some acknoledgement system to overcome this situation.

we are not receiveing the cylinder in our area (Chinna cekkadu) .we are calling to the indane gas company near by madhavaram. they are telling that we have come and take the gas from his supply station,
when we call for supply station they will take the order and they are not suppling the gas, after 45 days we have to go and take the gas from his station.,
Their's no supply of gas in our area., each & every 1 in our area has to go and take the gas from his own risk., so kindly delivery the gas at the right time when we need the gas .,

I booked my gas last saturday and its been a week since it has not come. we have been calling practically everyday and they keep making excuses that the gas will come today but to no avail. so much so that we have not gone anywhere waiting for the gas. when we call their office the people are very rude and even disconnect the phone. this has happenned many times. It is high time that action is taken on such people. The gas office is very close to my house also but still even after going there they say that it will come but it never comes. The distributors name is Devi Anupama Gas service located in A block Vasant vihar New Delhi. the distributor code is 9107183. my customer no is DA399664. Please ensure that they send the gas when promised. they promise everyday butb never send it. Last time, I got the gas after a months booking.

sir ji phillaur (jalandhar) wali agency ne bahut pareshan kar rakha kab gaddi le ke jate hai aate hai pata hi nahi lagta aur jab lene jao to kehte hai ki gaddi toh aayi thi . ab aap bataiye ki ek aadmii ko toh phir sara din isikeliye ghar me rehna parega.

we have been waiting for the delivery of the gas cylinder since past 1 week and still no action has been taken. we have registered quite many times but we see no proper response of the authorities involved. and now another inconvenience has also risen of booking after 28 days. its has been very troublesome. please do the needful.

Respected sir Dhuri Gas service donot book our gas and their address is Malerkotla Road Dhuri.We have also made complaint through newspapers.My connection number is 3935.They donot bother that people are standing and they are just selling the cylinders in black which costs nearly Rs 600.So I request u to see through the matter.
