vaishno gas agency orderly bazar varanasi — gas delivery related
I booked my gas on date 22/2/2010 custmer no 1608 at veshno gas agency, ordely bazar, varanasi, but the gas has not deliver till today. Inspite of this I have tried to collect the gas from his godom but godom was closed today.lindane — Gas booked but not received even after 22 days
Mt cunsumer number is 11269, i have booked for gas refill on 2nd March 2011 but still today(24th March 2011) i have not received it.Indian Gas Company — 62 day not gas home delivery

Till today, Cylinder has not been delivered. When I checked with te delivery man, he said he has received booking details upto 24th May, 2011. Though I have approached my agency over phone, but no avail. I tried their 2 given Nos.26020108 and 26029868, but nobody pick up the phone.
As per delivery boy, it will take another 4-5 days for delivery, so, 8-9 days for just delivery the cylinder after booking.
I don't know where to complaint. Please help me

I am a consumer of Indane gas consumer number 05722.My dealer is Bagha Jatin Gas service,31 Baroda Avenue,Kolkata 700084.
Of late no booking at dealers counter is accepted but through on line or throuth interective phone booking system.
I had on 30.05.11 booked gas through onterective vioce phone number [protected].
My registration with them is [protected],
My booking number is 222656 & memo number 16012
til date my cylinder is not delivered.
The dealer do not peck up the phone.
The dealer earned a reputation of frequent mis/non delivery of cylinder to the actual consumer.
Please record my complain and redress
lindane — Non-delivery of cylinders
I have my Indane Gas distributor viz R.S. Distributor at Kolkata.I booked my order on 11.6.I received one SMS from 54411 stating that my refill booking no:203102 with Cash memo No;1341has generated on 11.6.On 13.6. received one SMS that cylinder has delivered against refill booking no:203102 with c.m No:1341. But tiil date i have not recd. any cylinder. whenever i visited for information it is said that to contact with delivery man and delivery man says they do not know.It is the usual practice of R.S to sell the cylinders in more rate to others in every time and they do not bother the customers like us.my consumer no:527828 & R.S tel:[protected],[protected].pl.take measure to prevent such mal-practices, in future. I think there is oil mafia and gas mafia in the whole country. I am also going through same problem but with bharat gas but i am helpless in these matters.

dear sir,we are a consumer of SANGANER GAS AGECY under cusumer id # 50342 sv no. 127882. we have not been issued cylinders after[protected] even after cylinder are available on black. i have tried to register complaints so many time on local office but nobody is caring about it.
you are requested to do the needful and oblige us urgently.

I have booked a cylinder on dated 30/08/2011 at "Balaji Gas Agency" Magarpara, Bilaspur(C.G.), Phone no:[protected].
till date (16/09/2011) i haven't received mu order, this not the story of this time, it going on form ages, my patience have given up now.
whenever we call them to remind them, they always come up with the same excuse that they are out of stock and call us to go down to their godown and collect the cylinder...now what does that mean? If you are out of stock how can you supply from godown if the customers comes? and why do you add for home delivery if you and your agencies are not good enough to do so?...nowadays even the person with whom i am talking over the phone talks in a harsh tone...is this the way you treat your customers..? is it the standard you offer your customers?
Sir i am sorry to say but this is not the service for which i should pay...i want an immediate explanation to all this and delivery of my order soon. I am not hoping for a better service just this time, but for always...i hope atleast a big name like your's can manage this much...otherwise i have to leave indane to other companies as they are offering better service than 'Balaji Gas Agency' in Bilaspur

I, Asoke Kumar Ghosh having domestic Gas connection vide consumer No 17155 of M/S Naresh Gas Service of Parsudih, Jamshedpur. The service provider agencies not supplied domestic Gas cylinder after lapses of more than 20 to 25 days . Apart from supplied cylinder not having proper weight and sealed as a result the supply gas cylinder being exhausting on or before 20-25 days. I booked my cylinder on 14/09/2011 but since compliant lodged M/S Naresh Gas Services not attend their telephone since 1st Oct 2011 ( No[protected] neither supplied domestic gas . It has been learnt that during Durga puja festival they sold lot of cylinders on black as a result they are not in a position to supply regular to their customers. It is not only my problem it is the problem of many many bona fide consumers of this circle. Pleas investigate the matter and take adequate action against the service provider at the earliest to resolve the issue permanently of the customers of this circle please.

lindane — non delivery of gas cylinder
SIR,Last month dtd 13.09.2011,registration no - 244131 I had booked a cyllinder with M/S Deep ganga, ashiana nagar Patna- 25 Bihar , . My consumer number is 13506. Till date, the same is not delivered to me.When I enqiure it present position of delivered to gas dtd 01.10.2011. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me.Staff of this agency not cooperative and customer service is very poor. Gas cylinder weight is always least of the required weight. I request you to please take the matter.

I had appied for a refill of my cylinder on the Indane IVR NO. [protected], my booking agaency is kitchenaids their contact no[protected] on the 30th october my connection No. is 24867, the booking was accepted but till date the cylinder has not been delivered.it is becoming a routine feature of the agency, kindly help in getting the cylinder delivered and what is the process for escalating the complaint, it is becoming a headache on a repetitive basis

First time when i booked,after a few days a message on my mobile that the gas cylinder has been delivered.
But when i called up my grandmother who lives there alone she said that it has not been delivered.
after that incident when i again made a booking on[U] 27.2.12..ref no 278797[/U] i checked it again yesterday about the status of the booking and it said the cylinder has been delivered.
When i complained it to [U]aurusikha,our Indane gas distributer[/U] [U]they refused to help.[/U]
Before this incident also they once delivered an empty gas cylinder to her.
I would be really grateful if this forum solve this matter out because my old grandmother is really suffering of shortage of lpg gas.
I am a teacher on govt. School. The delivery of the gas is not reached in my school. The delivery man is not responsible person. So i am very suffered with this problem. Pls tell me the best solution for it. Thanx

Nakoda gas agency denied to supply cylinder because of distance of just 4 km. This agency was recently transferred somebody else. Previous agency has always cooperated with us and never created such problem. If company/agency cannot supply our cylinder then please transfer our connection to nearest one. On enquiring the agency making some lame excuses.My gas connection Number is J 35667.Same type of complaints against the agency arising from various consumers, and if the consumer is not available at the time of door delivery they didn’t deliver the cylinder even the customer willing to take the cylinder from the agencies office/godown by his own cost. So kindly take necessary action against this agency as this type of attitude of the agency make a bad impression among the public towards a reputable company like INDANE. Res sir, my name is Karunakaran, an Indane gas customer at Royal Indane gas agency at Pathanamthitta in Kerala, My consumer number is 13163 . I have booked my indane gas on the first week of may .2014 but the agency is not making delivery even after repeated requests over telephone. Each time they reply that it would be delivered tomorrow. But tomorrow never came. Sir, this is not the first time that I have suffered, it happens almost always. Kindly expedite and ensure that gas is delivered timely each time. Failing which I shall be switching to other company for gas.This agency is not delivering the gas cylinders to my house properly.They had droped the filled cylinder on the main road half km away from my house instead of delivering it to my house. I have this problem every month. The agency doesnt respond to any phone call - It is busy or ringing and they dont pick up.
The booking has to be done in person
I have done the booking on 27th of Januray. I havent received the cylinder till date. I have gone thrice to the agency following up on this and they say it will be delivered but it is not.
They bill it and the delivery men keeps the bills with them and rotate the cylinders in the black merket.There are consumers in this agency having 4 -5 connections in different names we are told and people like us having one connection are harassed.
There is no responsible person here who answers your queries. We dont have anybody to reach to,
neither the agency owner or a Manager.
We would like IOC to take immediate action on this and set things right.
The agency says that they will accept a booking only after 21 days from previous date when cylinder was delivered.
After this they take 20 days to deliver the next cyliner after several follow ups.
Request you to please take this up imemdiately and solve our problems.
