My user name josh_anto, The website is not sending mobile verification code on my mobile. And, therefore I am not able to log-in into the IRCTC website.

Kindly check and resolve as soon as possible, as I have to take printouts of my booked tickets and make another online booking.

I'm from China, so I don't have an Indian mobile number for registration. Thus when I signed up for an account I used a dummy number [protected] according to the tip on the website. Then I sent several emails to request for the mobile OTP code. However, there has been no reply since more than a week ago.

I have updated my Indian mobile number to UAE mobile number and paid 100+ tax. Problem is I am not receiving OTP. I am facing this issue last 4/5 month.. I complain at [protected]@irctc.co 4/5 times I received complain ID then no response I got from IRCTC and no solution still ..I am suffering from last 4/5 month. I am surprise how IRCTC care is surviving under Modi's new India. Practically public services in India is still the same. This is stupid service from IRCTC after taking money from me .
