when enter OTP for Mobile verification, it is always saying "unable to process" in mobile app and in web page it is going to login page.

I struggle to verify my mobile phone for 1, 5 months now. I paid fee for international phone but never received an OTP number. I wrote dozens of mails but only get automatic replies. Does anyone will solve this problem? To charge me it took 5 min but how about make it work? If you are not planning to activate my account why do you offer this service to foreigners? I feel completely cheated and devastated to email with you for 6 weeks. Refund my money!!! Or activate account as promised.

I have the exact same story as Yaroslava Troynich.
I've registered on irctc site, confirmed email address, but can't confirm moblie number.
I've tried to contact support several times but without any success.
I'm going to continue writing to support, however I'm deeply disappointed that even after major upgrade IRCTC had this spring, it simply doesn't work.
Also, support automatization seems to be broken, since it's assigning new ticket to every response I write, even if I mention the ticket Id in the subject field.

The website is not sending mobile verification code on my mobile. And, therefore I am not able to log-in into the IRCTC website.
Kindly check and resolve as soon as possible, as I have to take printouts of my booked tickets and make another online booking.
