[Resolved]  iSmart Global Pvt Ltd — PF NOT GIVEN AS YET

Dear Sir / Madam,

I worked in ICICI Bank home Finance ltd on behalf of Ismart global (p) Calcutta for sep 06 to april 07

I submited my PF form in Ismart global but as yet my PF amount did not credit into my bank A/C.

My yearly bonus is also pending to get .

Please look into this and help me to get my money to me.

This is to inform that I was working as a MIS officer in Virgin process (Emp code-LLSPL 6545) in Andheri (E)-Mumbai branch

I left a job on[protected] and completed all my leaving formalities.

I still not received my PF amount and bonus.

I called many times to contact the HR department in office but security gave different
reasons at different time.

I also visted the office personaly on 01-04-09 but was
informed that PF will be cleared in 2-3 months.

This is in the sincere request to look in the matter and help me regarding PF and bonus
amount.

Dear Sir/Mam,
On behalf of my team & as well as me I am mentioning this issue to you that we around 28 members were working in ISMART (UPE) in TTSL caf process. We havent been paid 3 months salary/2 years bonus/PF & gratutity. The company without any notice given to us wound up the business leaving a liability of Rs 8 lacs as vendor payments & salaries.
ESI deduction was every month deducted from our salaries but we never received an ESI Card. Company never paid TDS cerficate to Landlords, and deducted ther TDS.
Many o[censored]s had sent our PF form to Neetu Kumari (HR Delhi, Mohan Cooperative mathura road), but there was no reverts from the company.
