I also wants to raise a complaint against smart global pvt ltd. earlier known as L&L service pvt ltd, as I was posted at Axis Bank Ltd, Asaf Ali Road in housing loan division n was on payroll of Ismart only, ... I've left the job in January 2009 and completed my exit formalities & submitted my PF form along with required cheque & other stuff and i've been told that by August 2009 i'll get credit in my account but now its Feb 2010 complete 1 year and its very shocking that to process a pf refund ismart takes more than an year ... and still no replies.

There's no contact person at Ismart Global who can provide us with a satisfactory answer firstly they have office at Mathura road and it moved to gurgaon n now they r saying it has moved to gurgaon[protected]

I Worked with I-Smart Global Pvt Ltd.As my all collegues are facing the problem to get their PF amount, so for me their is no point of talking about PF, but my compalint is that there is no HR or concern person in this company who actually can help us.

when i went to this company(G 6/B-1 IIND Flr MOHAN CO- IND AREA NEAR HALDIRAM MATHURA Road New Delhi-44).it was not there i was shocked ...and find the information that it was transferd in to Gurgaon, but most amazing thing is that there is person who actaully can advised about our outstanding .

though this coloum i would like to say that please i smart should have a guts to appoint atleast one HR.

This is BHAGAT SINGH as I worked with ismart global pvt.Ltd.since 27th of June 2007 to till 14th of Apr.2008 and I worked in AV Department
(Address Verification) and I fullfill my PF form in the month of Feb 2009 and Feb 2010 also has been passed out but till now I could not recived my PF and Not Bonus also Mis Sunita (HR) of ismart pvt .mohan coorprative B1/G6 give me the many dates for PF but what pathantic job done she and ismart I don't think so.
so kindly help me if that is possible now so kindly transfer in my account or call me or mail me i will give you all my detail for same
