credited my a/c as yet. when i ask I Smart Global Pvt Ltd HR no body
is given my right answer. so that sir pls lookup these matter as soon
as possible.

I was worked with BSES. Yamuna Power Limited, New Delhi on the roll of L&L Service Pvt. Ltd., ISmartGlobal pvt. ltd G 6/B-1 2nd floor Mohan co-ind area near haldiram Mathura Road New Delhi-44 for(4 Dec 2006 to 10 nov 2008 I have been already filled PF Form for the month of 10th june2009 in the office I Smart Global pvt ltd at Mathura Road, New Delhi, but PF is not credited to my a/c as yet. But current time HDFC A/C is closed that give to pf form and new SBI A/C no.[protected]

Pls look into the matter and credit the PF to my account new SBI A/C no.[protected] as soon as possible.

I am struggling for getting my PF amount from last 1.5 yrs. My employer is i smart global ltd., Bangalore.

I have applied through them and if i ask them, then they are saying that they have proceeded my form to PF office on 01th April. 2009. And we can not do anything furthermore and you have to contact to PF office directly.

I smart Company is shifted to another place.

I need your urgent help to resolve the issues. Hope your co-operation will help us to resolve the issues.

I was working with ABN AMRO Home Loan Deptt ( Delhi ) under payroll of L & L Services Pvt Ltd. as a Sr. Executive. I joined L & L Services Aug 2005 and left 31/08/2006. I had submitted my PF form to HR Deptt but have not received PF yet. It has been more than 4 years now. Again I sent my PF form through courier to Mumbai office but I could not get any information about PF. The company L & L Services pvt ltd, name has been changed to I Smart BPO Services P Ltd. I talked to HR deptt there but they didnt help me. I have been trying to contact company staff since Jan 2007 but I heard that company has changed name and office location. I am not able to contact any of the person who can help me to get my PF. Kindly help me.

This is Sukarama Shetty N, already i have submitted PF withdrawl to Ismart on Nov-2009 & they also acknowledged the same from bangalore & the same has been submitted by them to the PF Office Bangalore on 09.12.2009 but till date only 10C amount received and remaining 19C amount not received .Company is fully closed. No one person is there in the company, I think they are cheting to the local pubilc. Kindly do the needful asap. I leave the company more than 2 years.
In future don't give permission to deduct PF for that type of Fruad companies.

My name is Kuldeep Singh. This is to inform you that I am getting mental harassment & abusive language from I Smart Global Private limited, which is situated in Mohan corporative industrial area, in Delhi, land mark back side of V customer on matura road. Approx 5 Year back I was working there as an Executive, Approx 12th june 2009 back I have resigned from that company according to their terms & conditions and I suffered 15 days notice period, You will get surprise to know that they has not given me my last 2 months salary till today, For what I struggling since 1 Year, when I 1st time asked about my salary they said to call after few day, then this time period has converted into few month, but now this time has not converted into year, they update me “GO TO HELL WHAT EVER YOU CAN DO, DO IT FOR YOUR SALARY BUT WE WILL NOT GIVE” Miss Neetu HR of this reputated company had no will to help me, she was feeling glad to make me fool, every time she provided me a new number of concerning person and said to discuss this salary issue with him, but every time number was going switch off continuously, Sir you will not believe that just 1 year 7 month back I was suffering from chicken pox & I was hospitalize at my home in Mathura, how much I need money at that time only god & I know, I am alone son of may parents just 35 year, during that serious time got words from my Company related my salary “GO AND DIE WE DON’T BOTHER” related your problem. Sir I have lost my patience. I want compensate for this abusive language & mental harassment. Now tell me is there some who can help? Sir please help me You are only my Single Hope……
