I AM USING KOTAK SECURITIES ,KEAT X PRO, DO YOU USING KOTAK SECURITIES SOFTWARE,KEAT X PRO.SOFTWARE IS PATHETIC & WASTE SOFTWARE.SOMETIMES I GOT ERROR MESSAGE, 'UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD CHARTING TOOL'.
THEN I UNINSTALL & REINSTALL THE SOFTWARE, TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.SOMETIMES HANGS & CAN'T BUY OR SELL,MADE CRITICAL POSITION AT CRITICAL TIMES, .WHEN WE CLOSE & OPEN THE SOFTWARE AT NOT RESPONDING TIMES, STOCKS GO DOWN & WE GOT LOSS.....PLEASE BROKERS TRY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEMS IN YOURSOFTWARES

DEAR SIRS/MAM,
I AGREE, BUT I USE IN WIN 7 & XP, I HAVE GET SAME PROBLEM.I HAVE BSNL 512 KBPS BROADBAND.
I also facing the same problem.I am using kotak securities website only.Mine is 4gb Ram Intel i3 processor but the software was working good in my system.Can't able to see watch list and all.Since they are providing a ton of info it is not showing a single thing in a quick time.
The software is pathetic. The list does not load instantly. We have to wait for hours and hours for the list to be loaded
Whenever i try to login getting error (internet connectvity error[0] contact system administartor
I am facing problem with keatprox the free software comes with 3 in 1 account. When i am giving my first sell or buy order in normal mode it executes and after that when i try to square up the same order by buying or selling respectively the order submitted as TSLO (TRAILING STOP LOSS ORDER) and both the separate order then started run together creating very crucial situation with heavy loss. I have called my RM many times and even IT section of kotak security, and they cannot give me a solution for the same. This is Tapan from kolkata.

I also facing the same problem.I am using kotak securities website only.Mine is 4gb Ram Intel i3 processor. Last 7 months try to resolve my problem.But till today there was no action from kotak. I m really depressed .
