To bring to your notice, the pathetic attitude of all Mahanagar staff includin customer service, one person I spoke to, named Chandrakant Sharma was worse, he refused to file a official complaint when I was requesting to do so, citing some vague reasons, when I clearly told him, I was on minimum rental plan of Rs 50/- you have sent me a bill of Rs almost 600/- in error! Is this the way staff behaves normally, who makes a customer feel like they are doing a favour each minute, how much harassment do we have to face?
Even after updating numbers, the calls still go to old numbers! Do you expect to retail or increase customers with such staff?
No one knows how the reading is taken, who came, no one contacted me, when the gas is not even used, how you can generate such a huge bill & then your staff gives silly excuses to disconnect the call.
Kindly have a look on urgent basis & revert the bill to minimum rental of Rs 50/- with non usage
