[Resolved]  Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Unauthorised construction

Dear Sir/Madum,

This is second complaint.I am a resident of DDA flate No.105-E, Mayur Vihar, Phase-III, Delhi-96.
My next door residents Mr. Mishra flate No.106-D, 106- E and 106-H are illegaly and unauthorisingly constructing above said flates and that too so dengariusly, the whole buliding is constructing on two piller made by 4mm dsaria only and covering all the balcony without any piller.First of all because of this unauthorised construction rest of the residents will have to live their live without fresh air and natural light.
Secondly the construction is so poor it can damage the humen life any movment and there after MCD will be held responsible for allowing unathorised construction.
My humble request to the MCD please look in to this matter and demolise this unathorised construction as soon as possible so that rest of the residents can live with fresh air and natural lights and can sleep tenssion free.

sir, i have registered my complaint on 31/07/2009 for unauthorised construction after sealled property in south delhi m.g road vill ghitorni road no 0(zero) khasara no 609/2 .i have complaint many times .when i meet the owner of the owner of the property and i told him that u cant do construction on seeled property, he told me that i m very power full and rich men i gave money to mcd officer and police officer no one can stopped me and i will complite my construction without any fear and i have summited photograps of illegale construction in mcd office in green park .my rti no is AZ02358566, BZ00368293.but there is no responce from mcd department and the construction is going on ples do some things as soon as possible

With due respect It is to inform you that we are resident of gali no. 59 of Lekhu Nagar, Trinagar, Delhi 10035.

A property Dealer has constructing the unauthorised floors to resale each floors separetly and this dealer has relation with Police and Uncivilized people that is why anybody in this gali fears to complain in police station against the property dealer.

The material used to construct the building is very bad quality and the construction can goes down any time.

So it's our kind request to stop constructed unauthorised floors and take action againt the guy.

We are the resident of Gali no 59 , Lekhu Nagar, Tri Nagar , Delhi 10035 and we want to draw the kind attention of Delhi Government and MCD department that in this gali a property dealer is constructing a building in 50 guz area with 6 floors with lower quality of material and this can be so dangerous it can break down any time.
we are surprising that even a MCD or any Policeman did not come to see this construction because this dealer has already warm there pocket with huge bribe amount.
we all citizens fears from the dealer because he has connection with some unsocial elements and one family has already suffered with his terror.

so it is our humble request to stop this unauthorized construction before a tragedy occurred.

We, resident of R-9, 2nd & 3rd floors, Pratap Market, Jangpura-B, New Delhi-110014 bring to your kind notice that we were sold flats at the above mentioned address with the understanding that the open area including entrance, common passage, stairs, terrace would remain common.

But to our dismay the owner of the building, Shri Harjit Singh, resident of 11/1 Gurdwara Road, Bhogal, New Delhi-110014 has illegally constructed rooms on the roof and has given them on sublet to strange persons, as a result of which ladies and children feel insecure and can no longer use common area including the roof, since these strangers misbehave with ladies and use the premises for consuming alcohol also. They also gesticulate and disturb peace.

We, therefore, request you kindly to look into the matter and help us stay freely in our own house a sense of security.

MCD — lack of shortage of development

I would like to attract your attention towards the area of NEW KONDLI, C-5 block which comes under the constituency of Mr. Amerish Goutam, He is elected third time from our constituency But there is no development, we are lacking the basic needs in this area there are no Dustbins in this area and roads are full of pits with water and the sewage drains, We are many time complained to Mr. Goutam But, they have not been shown any attention toward this. our last hope is to you Please look forward to our request Thanks,

One Ajay Singh of Vasant Kunj Sector B Pocket 10 residing in 7546 has constructed an entire floor on the terrace of the DDA flat by threatening the neighbors. He claims to be a relative of some politicians in Bihar, and has obviously bribed officials to get the construction done. He is running his office there. Can anyone take this matter seriously and see how he has violated the MCD rules by encroaching government land and an entire floor on the terrace above the flat 7551 which also is owned by him.

I want to inform about to Unauthorised construction on above IIIrd flour 19B, amrit puri Garhi, Main Mkt. Near East of Kailash New Delhi above Signal Jewellers. Police and MCD officers come on the sopt and two or three times demolised but construction have started again and again. Police and MCD officers are involved in this scandal.
