Public Parking Encroached By MCD — Encroachment of Public Parking

The parking adjoining to CSC-11. sec-7 Rohini(Near Naharpur car Market) has been completed encroached the Public parking provided to comercial places ,MM- Plaza, Vikas surya Plaza, Metro Plaza and Verdhman Plaza.

Howkers have fixed up their boxes in the parking and they open any car their only.If you will park your car in this parking any body at the back will do tale gating.

These automobile reparing shops have no license to run a garage and no system for smoke and cause air and soil; pullution. Denters cause noise polution also.

Pople who come to visit City Financial , Niit or other institutions even can not pass throught the dirty and polluted places.

Please help us.In july MCD had started a drive to clean this market but later on everything was settled between them(MCD and hawkers) . It seems that the MCD has rented out this parking to hawkers.

This is to inform u that there is an unauthorised connection of water tap in front of C2 amar colony nangloi new delhi 1100041 from where water keeps flowin day and night on the road causin water logging and pits on the roads . There is also a commercial unit infront of this outlet n they use the water commercially without payin to the authority n using the precious water free of cost for which we are been charged accordingly.please help n look into the matter to save the water theft and wastage of water.

Sir it has been a continous pain taking to go and register our complaints in the office in vivek vihar we are working class and have our time to reach office,agreed the mcd people have liberty to come when they want,even then when you go to compalin all the people sitting there are smoking and playing cards,we have been giving our complaints from july onwords,but every time there is an excuse that all the lines are full,who is going to make efforts to free these choked lines.sir you can think of the situation when you fo in the morning for call of nature,and you find the toilets over flowing...i hope you understand the severty of complaint.kindly do what ever is necessary ,if possible give us the no.os the juniour eng.so we can also talk to them

Municipal Corporation of Delhi — Water logging in the area which is increasing Dengue cases

Hi,

I am a Social worker of Sainik Nagar and want to bring in your notice a serious issue which is increasing Dengue cases & health threats in the area. In Sainik nagar, house no-M-25 & 26 a resident is illegally running a plastic factory in his house & is using harmful chemicals which is effecting the health of the people living in the same locality. A resident of M-26 Nand Kishore is running Plastic factory in the residential area which is illegal as per the Honourable Court of India, & is using harmful chemicals for washing the plastic and their is no water drainage system ue to which the water is logging and is attracting the swine & pigs in the backside of his and neighbouring houses. Due to the water logging the dengue & chickengunia cases have been identified in the area. Please do the needful as the situation can get worse in the coming days.

Please take the necessary action to save the health of the people's living in sainik nagar locality.

Hope to get a solution of this serious problem soon.

Unauthorised encroachment/changed in construction by M/s. Aagarwal Stationery, Shop No.6, B - Block, Main Market, Dilshad Garden, Delhi - 95 under CSC scheme No.575 .

Inform to you that the said owner of Shop No.6, has constructed the Roof ( Open Court Yard Covered by slabs) without approval of the authority in the open court yard.

In the light of the above circumstances, it is my humble request to you to save me and property from this illegal construction and take the immediate action to seal the Shop No.6 of B - Block, Main Market, Dilshad Garden, Delhi - 95.

Thus, it will kindly be observed that M/s. Aagarwal Stationers has completely changed the original shape of Shop No.6, by violating all byelaws and damaging the DDA’s original structural plan. This is causing immense inconvenience to Shop No.7, in particular, and to the general public at large. In the light of the above circumstances, it is my humble request to you to save my property from this illegal construction and take the immediate action to seal Shop No.6 of B – Block, Main Market, Dilshad Garden, Delhi – 95.

Sir we want to draw your kind attention of poor condition of sanitation in our locality due to absence of Sweepers. the sweeper posted in first lane of H-Block i.e. maer Bangali wseet never collect garbage daily and misbehave with the residents. Sir in our locality every street full of garbage, over flows of "Nali". But no body take attention about this problem due to this many disease in our locality spread day by day. so sir it is my humble request to you that please take possible action as early as possilbe.

I m very unhealthy and unfit due to the dirty condition of street behind my house my neighbor threw there waste behind the residential flat also the left there sewerage connection pipe openly on the street due to which the pit and other dirty water laying there also a very harmful situation in case of DENGU & MALARIYA please take a step as soon as possible about my this problem I also attach some snaps of the street.

MCD — illegal constructions

i would like to inform you that the illegal construction is going on in pitam pura village .
Mr pardeep baniwal So/o shri late randir kumar , residence house no 120 constructed two toilets on the main roard dur to this the width of the road was reduced.
the road approaches more than 100 houses in case of any emergency neither the ambulace and nor the firebriegade is able to handle the emergency.

i personally request you kindly remove the illehal constructions as early as possible.

we are the residents of B-8/160-177, Sector 5, Rohini, Delhi-110085. There is illegal and unauthrised construction carried out by Mr. Gera, resident of B-8/160, Sector 5, Rohini, Delhi -110085 on road causing parking prblem. He has captured illegally entire full space blocking the entire area.

This is just 500 meters away from MCD ROHINI ZONE OFFICE.

It seems that either the CONCERNED J.E. IS CORRUPT and have taken a bribe or he is not serios with his duties as well as public grieviences. Please look into the matter otherwise we would compel you to answer to court also as we are paying taxes and MCD has liability towards our problems also.

This ill-legal construction carried out by Mr Gera is a great nuisance to our life.

In the same scerario, other neighbours also take same steps and illegally blocking the road.

You are requested to take action immediately.

Municipal Corporation of Delhi — Road Jam & Accidents due to cows

Dear Mam/Sir,

I would like to file a complaint against MCD firstly for non maintenance of roads and secondly for over 100 cows which have been thrown on roads by MCD.
I live and brought up in Burari, (North Delhi), Delhi 84 and it takes me more than 40 mintutes to just go to main by-pass road near nirankari (NH8) from my home in Burari, which used to take only 10 minutes.
It is just because of the road conditions and the cows which block the road on both ways, due to which traffic gets slow and sometimes gets jammed.. leading to accidents.. even worse sometimes.
So please consider my request on an urgent basis. Waiting for a prompt reply.

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that, we are the resident of Mahavir Enclave, Palam Road area and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction going on in our locality which has made the life of the residents miserable. Builders is presently doing unauthorized construction (old som bazar gali, mahavir enclave) at the aforesaid address. They are already illegally completed that construction work of adding 4th floor, publicly making a mocary of all local bye laws and MCD regulations. Local residents of this area have given several warnings to him to stop the unauthorized construction but he has ignored/neglected all such requests and warnings and has not stopped the illegal construction. He has inturn started the construction of adding the 5th floor thereby causing great threat to the safety of the neighbors as the building structure is very weak. We are requestincome into action to stop the unauthorized construction. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction by becoming mere spectators. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice. Such unauthorised construction is a serious threat to the peaceful living of this residential area and it is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built. For safety reasons We are not disclosing our identity which your goodself will appreciate.

There are illegal construction like 5 stories building i.e. ground + 4 stories in House bearing no R-16-17/2, R-18/2, R-19-20/2,R-24/2 ( Basement) Ramesh Park, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092 and in House no R-20/2 there is a housiery factory make undergarments in 4 storied building and about 40-50 persons are working out of which 20-30 persons are below 18 years of age should be closed with immediate effect and unauthoriesd construction should be remove at the earliest, the owner of this factory is Bhupesh Jindal & Brothers is also living in R-26/2 and save the persons living in that street.and In R-25/2 there are Rajender Kumar and Naresh Kumar Building material supplier is also working to sell the building material after sealing there premesis earlier due to that the dust is moving in the air and the Bricks are kept on the road due to this the road is narrow and facing problem to and fro from that road.
Please take the action against all the culprits according to your rules.
