[Resolved]  Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION

Dear Sir,
I am a resident of WZ-464, ( D-94 New address) Rishi Nagar, Rani Bagh, shakurbasti, Delhi-34. At present in our Gali five houses are being constructed at a time by the buildiners/owners. due to construction work simultaneouly, there is no space to in and out from the house. Whole gali is covcered with construction material. The severs of gali are blocked due sand and cement due to which latrine and bath room water is not draining. We are facing lot difficulty. Two days back even chidren were not able to reach the house due to heavy construction material of lanteren. You are therefore requested to stop the construction simultaneouly and instruct them to construct the building in phase manner so that other residents could saved from this huge problem.

I had already submit a complaint against illegal const. in Jungpura extn A block opp. DAV school at A-09 ground floor (mr. M. K. Tandon). No action was taken at the time of const. Two times police visited & took money of about 500 Rs. & went . Now construction has been completed.

After that back side in Bhogal, [censored]la mata temple upper floor was constructed illegally, same was happened. I wrote complaint. But nothing happened. They has to do finishing work only, i think that is pending due to funds. They have kept steel bars projected outside at backside & side lane. Nobody is taking action.

Now i saw in 1 no A block, Junpura extn. Nr dav school, corner apartment full upper floor has been constructed. I am doubtfull about authority sanction. i request authority people to check with these people & take appropriate action.

Once a single illegal cont allowed then everybody starts with illegal const even the people like in temple. evenif i am hindu i strongly oppose illegal const. under the name of temple.

I request you to charge heavy penalty for such construction.

In our area...two houses are locked and vacant..for about 10 years..and lot of water is gettign collected in them ..which is giving rise to dengue breeding ...I chceked out MCD so called citizen inetraction website but there are hardly any inetraction facilities available..even the phone of officials is difficult to trace out..

Pls take necessary action as soon as possible

Resident of House No. 10-B and 10-C are doing unauthorised construction at their resident which has endangered the building structure. A complaint has been launched at MCD HQ on 01 Sep 2010 and even a no. of times Police officials official r informed for the same. But, as corruption has croosed all its limit NO action has been taken to stop him and he is busy in doing construction.

MCD & Mses — moisture at electric meter area

I am residing at DDA Flats, Hari Nagar. Next to our main door all the electric meters of 1st and ground floor are fixed under which complete area has big moisture. And also this moisture is coming inside our home. It is clearly observed that this moisture is coming from 1st floor so we have requested them many time to look in to the matter and sort out the problem but they just ignore it. Recently 1st floor owner extended 2 floors, reconstructed their 1st floor, rented their 2 floors. Whereas as per original construction by DDA this was only ground and first floors. I do not know whether the foundation could bear this much load or not. So due to this there is an extra load on the electric meter and foundation of the building which also can lead to a big problem.
I have kids at home and these damp walls with 4 electric meters are just touching our door. If any miss happening happened, my family will be most effective.
My request is to BSES & MCD authorities to come & see the problem and take an action to sort out the problems of my worries.
At my own home I feel insecurity for my family and living under fear and worries.

Hope to hear my voice immediately with an action.

MCD LAWRENCE ROAD — REGARDING ROADS AND WATER LOGGING

Dear Sir,
I working in Lawarence road industrial area A block There has huge water logging there has no road maintance no civices boad of wroking track are illagle parking on road side of neffed wall. No law and orderaa there has some instruaction stick on wall for no parking but no implitaion by the police department.
I want to no only two quetsion for local body
1. When this raod was made, Why They are not spanding our money on this area?
2. Whey this track are park on the road.Who is alow them to park this track on this side?

New Delhi - 5, have to submit as under: -

1. That the abve mentioned is the possession of said property and he has done unauthorized construction over the common gali and have made roof over that of some passage of the gali.

2. That the above-mentioned persons against want to construct the unauthorized construction over the same. Due to this unauthorized construction we all the residents of area are not getting proper light and feeling subrogation in the houses.

3. That when I have objected then the above said person had abused and threatened for dire consequences and also wants to quarrel with me. So that no body should object the unauthorized construction.

4. That he has not taken any permission from the MCD. And map also has not been sanctioned by the MCD.

5. I have complaining from last two months to MCD and Police Station. But no body takes any action against to unauthorized construction. I have suffering
Now these days very much.

It is, therefore, you are requested to stop the unauthorized construction immediately and also raised unauthorized construction may be removed, because our air is going to be stop due unauthorized construction raised by the above said person and also take legal action against the above said culprit and oblige.

MCD — Shops within Flats compound

Hi,

I am a resident of DG-3 Flats in Vikas Puri. There are many shops inside the Flats compound owing to which many unsolicited visitors come into the flats compound which creates lot of inconvenience to residents as visitors park their vehicles inside inspite of clear signs for them to park outside, also unsocial elements also get a chance to come in guise of customers, I have a very simple question - why can;t the shops inside the Flats premises be sealed as Residnetial area needs to have a privacy .

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that the Road/Gali condition in front of E Block, E-145,146,147 etc Tagore Garden Extn is very bad. There is no maintenance of road/gali from last 3 years and even the gali is very uneven due to which the rain water in blocking there.

Kindly look into this matter and do the needful.

I am a resident of RZ-542 E, Street No-21, Tugalkabad Extn. New Delhi-110019 and i would like to bring to your notice that there are 5-6 stray dogs in my lane.Who are feeded by a neighbour out of them 2 dogs are behaving abnormal . They look sick and dangerous and keep barking at people. There are kids in my lane who are being bitten by them and more over with university exams on these stray dogs are a big nuisance. I would request you to send the dog catching squad immediately and have these dogs picked up for the safety of the residents.

Its been since so long i am complaining regarding illegal construction of 3rd floor in street-Ply market(Jail Road). Address: wz 901/28 Fateh Nagar, Jail rd. ND-110018.

Please take immediate action as this 3rd floor is being constructed by "Owner of that residence- Mr. Gurmeet Singh, WZ-901/28 Fateh nagar, jail rd. new delhi-18).

Its being prone to noise pollution due to many constructions being done these days in this street.
