Nokia Cell Phone Model:5500 — Delaying and Responsible in providing Service

hi,
I have Taken My Nokia model5500 by the end of May 07. But after using it for 2-3 months its keypad is detached form the base. For this I have submitted it In the Nokia service center on 13th Oct 07 and they said the expected date is 13th of October 07.Since then I have contacted personaly more than 5times but till now I am unable get my phone repaired. As I am staying a part from my family and state ,I am facing huge inconvenience to have talk with my parents.
Not only this the service center even not receiving call to provide infrmation about the status.

can you tell me how long it take to supply the batteries to your service station????

Nokia India — Pathetic service, faulty handsets

It is here by to inform you that i have a NoKIA set model no. 2255 CDMA.
& i had purchased on dated 21st August, 2006 and the manufacturing date of
the same set is May 2006. I just want to say you that there is nothing right
about the set. I have faced a lots of problem regarding the set in its short
span of time which is of only 13-14 months. Apart from this i have NokIa BL-5C
battery. I have filled complaint against this two months before but the battery
has not replaced yet. Now these are the following difficulties which have been
faced regarding your CDMA set:

1. First problem was occoured in between the 6 months of purchasing the mobile.
At that time my set was completely switched off. I don't know for what reason.
This problem had solved b'coz of warranty period i had admited my Cell Phone to
Nokia Care center for 3 weeks. & have't provided any replacement for my regular
useges.Now after

2. Second problem is comes with in 2 months just after my cell phone service
the problem comes again that Display of my set are comletely fade only faded.Colour's
were shown DULL also the lights of the Keypads are Fuse. Now there is nothing shown in the key pad

3. Third one is that the quality of the Sound has complitely poor. Some
times we recd. the call we have not heard any voice from caller.

4. Fourth problem is that the my cell phone has automaticaly switch off
& switch on some times.

5. Fivth one is that at the time of charging for just 10-15 min handset has
Completed heatup & likly it has BLAST at any time & for that reason
i am not able to use my phone long time in a Day.


----- All the problem has comes just after completion of warrenty period
although one complete service had done in the warrenty period

----- I just want to inform you that this in my only First cell phone which
was purchased by me only for Brand Loyelty of Cell phone company in India.
But my Judgement was completly Wrong.Now i m totally fedup with Named
NOKIA i don't want to buy any cell phone named NOKIA in future.

----- Now i just want to tell you that i don't want to use this cell phone
i want compensate for that. If you could then ok & if you have not any
reason to compensate then you have to compensate through CONSUMER COURT
B'coz i had spend Rs 5000/- for that it has nothin valus for Money for me.

Nokia — Frustrating customer care!

My name is sagar aggarwal. I purchased Nokia 6681 in April 06. In April 07 i took the annual meintainance contract(AMC) from nokia at the care centre which is located at A-78, Sector-2 Noida,(UP) 201301. On 3 june 07 i submitted my handset for repairing at the care centre which is located at A-78, Sector-2 Noida,(UP) 201301. as it was giving me battery backup problem. The mobile used to get switched off after 5- 10 minutes while talking.

They told me that it will take 1 week to get repaired, they took the photocopy of the AMC card. and gave me the manual job sheet stating the problem, imei, nd date of delivery of handset. I called in the service centre on 11 june and ask for the status of the handset they told me that it will take two more days, i went to the service centre in 14 june. there i was been asked to meet Mr. Kundan. I went to him and asked him for the status he told me that it will take maximum of 1 week more.

I went there on 21 june again Mr. Kundan There said that it will take 1 more week and this time he game me his personal no. and said that before coming here i can ring him and ask for the status with him. I tried calling on that no. many time but he dint picked up the call. I again went there on 29th of june to get my handset but again i got the same reply this time he said that it is taking more time because it is the case of AMC. I told him that he should have told this to me before but he again appologise and said that within this week my handset will be ready. By this time in decided to complain about this. I called in the Nokia Care call centre on[protected]. there i logged the complaint and they told me that i will get the response within 24 hours which i dint got. I called in Nokia Cust. Care many time.

On 4 july they commited me that ur handset will be ready on 10 july. I went there on 11 july and this time i was been asked to meet Mr Nishu Bhamras who is the floor manager Nokia Care (Noida Sector 2 centre). On asking why this is taking so much time he said that it is in the process...

When i further asked him the reason he got irate and he said " Log yahan par 2-2 mahine wait karte hai aapko to bas 1 mahine 10 din hue hai" NOW DO U THINK that the statement that he said was right? The Floor Manager at the Nokia Service centre need to understand what he is talking and what sense does it make.

I asked Mr Nishu Bhamras to provide me with his Employ ID and give me the address of the head office where i can complain regarding the issue! To this he said we the people woking at the nokia centre dont have the employ ID No. and he told me there is no one above him here and nothing can be done. When i insisted that i want the employ Id he further said " Jo karna hai kar lo, jahan complaint karne hai kar lo mera kuch nahi bigad paaoge".

Now after getting this kind of reply i decided to file a suit against Nokia In the Consumer Court and decided to complain about the behavior of the floor manager at the customer care no. I called in at the same no.[protected] there i told them the whole episode and they insisted to give them some more time and they promise me that this time the issue will be resolved and they told me that they will write my feedback and forward it to the concerned person they also asked me write a written complaint at the nokia website and they told me that i will get the resolution within 24 hours. I did the same and in the mail i mentioned everything. But till now i haven't received any reply.

On 17 i called in again at the nokia care Helpline no. and they told me that the handset will be available on 20 july2007. Yesterday That is 21 july I went to the nokia care center again. again i was been asked to meet Mr. Kundan. He said that they have sent the insurance claim at the insurance company there he said that it will take 15 more days thereafter they will repair my handset...

Now people Do not You think that this is really Frustrating. The customer care people, the nokia care staff people are really nonsense... they care damn about the Customers. They think that we are fool here who actually purchase there handset and waits for 2 months to get them repaired.this is really Frustrating. I mean Its been 50 days now and still its been in Progress of repairing...

This is enough Now i have made my mind Within 2 days i will file a suit against Nokia in the consumer Court.

Nokia 6260 — poor service

I am writing to you this complaint for your poor and disgusting service of your NOKIA care centre at Delhi. Let me tell you some brief about my story, I purchased a Nokia 6260 model mobile set but after few months the set start giving problem , and I submitted the mobile set to your service centre at Nokia care VINUS COMMUNICATION, 37 DDA MARKET, ASHOK VIHAR PHASE III, DELHI, in the month of OCTOBER 2007. But after 10 days I received the same mobile without any rectification and they charge Rs. 700 for the same, and according to your centre the mobile is swapped, but with in two days the mobile start giving same problem, I was very frustrated and I again submitted the mobile set to same Nokia care centre, they told me that the problem is in battery, u have to bring battery with you and we will check for it, then I again went to Nokia care centre with the battery, but the problem remain same, after two hours they said that I have to submit the mobile again, the software is to be replaced according to them. They gave it back to me after one week and they said that it is working fine now, but the very next day the problem remain same, and I submitted the same stupid mobile. In the month of October last they had changed the software, but the problem remain the same and making the thing more worse the keypad that they replaced is of inferior quality and there is also some colorful dots appeared in the screen. The mobile is not functioning till now and I paid Rs. 700/- for nothing, due to the same persistent problem and delay in servicing of mobile I suffered various job opportunities as I am unemployed.

I bought my nokia N72 at june '07 end.
However the headphones of the same stopped functioning in a month's time.So I immediately visited Nokia care in mulund(w) mumbai 400080.
They gave me the replacement after a month , which again went out of order within three weeks .Again I went back to the service station and got the replacement after another month , but they were found faulty .So far I have not received the replacement.
I am totally frustrated with this and waiting for my headphones eagerly.

I given my mobile for servicing at Samvaradhi Technologies (Nokia Authorised Dealer), Koramangala, Bangalore.
Since last three days iam calling them, but no body is lifting the phone.
If i went directly and asked regarding my phone simply they are telling pls call after two days.

NOKIA MOBILE HANDSET 1110i — Replacement of defective handset

i have purchased above hand set on the fateful day 30/1/2007
from "Cell Tone" Goa, Next day i was not able to recharge it so i have gone to Nokia Care Patto Panjim, I got another battery only on 13/03/2007. Then in August 07 again there was a problem , ringer and voice of hand set is totally gone , I gave it to Nokia care Panjim, They repaired it and given back next day. Again after one week same problem ,it was sent to Pune by nokia care , i got it after 15 days, after 5 days again the same problem it was sent to pune 2nd time , i got it back after 15 days , now again same problem after 7 days, again they sent it to pune. When i called up coustomer care they said i can get a old hand set with no additional warranty.
sir my warranty will expire in january 2008 and i am still strugling with the defective hand set.

Nokia — n70- MOBILE NOT REPLACED PENDING AT NOKIA END SINCE 18-09-07, NO SATISFACTORY RESPONSE

I want to draw your kind attention towards my problem in My NOKIA make
handset. I had
purchased that mobile from welcome general store Ballbhgarh (
faridabad) on 11-11-06.

PROBLEM :

But after aproximately one month i faced very same problem in my

As per MODCAD confirmation my mobile has been scrapped by NOKIA
SERVICE CENTRE IN DELHI
( OKHLA ) & i will be receiving a new handset.

I am working in a MNC & i need my mobile like anything for my job
assignments & projects.
Currently i am manging my jobs by asking a handset from my friend
circle.

But as a customer I feel this should not be a way of treating customer
like this by a
reputed name as " NOKIA INDIA LTD". There should be customer
satisfaction level for
servcing also.

I am feeling frustrated & these level of frustarion increasing when i
see " low battery "
signal on my mobile given by my friend these days.

I humbly request you to take the matter & help me out.

No display.I bought NOKIA 6270 IMEI No.[protected], from NOKIA PRIORITY STORE M/s CAPRICON COMPUTER Pvt Ltd. Kol 700054, INVOICE No 11537 Dt 31.12.05. That set exchanged by NOKIA CARE M/s BRIGHTPOINT, City Center, Salt Lake, Kolkata by the present set, JOB No. G081372 Dated 24.02.06. The set went out of order and repaired from NOKIA CARE, BRIGHTPOINT JOB No. KOL0142865. The set is out of order again. It seems this set has inherent problem. I want redressal against loss o[censored]sage time and a replacement by a new set of different model.

Nokia Battery BL 5C series — Battery not replaced

I went many a times to your nokia care for the replacement of my defective BL5C series Battery but they always told me that they are out of stock. What should I do? I visited Nokia care at WELCOME Metro Station And Preet VIhar many a times.

And after 45 days they gave me a 6265 mobil but i my shocked at tnat time the condition of that mobile is very bad it was broken from all the sides and then i went to MR.HAJI KUMAR. ur representative and on 16-10-07 job sheet no.[protected]/071016/15.And at that time he ensur me that they cange my mobile but till today there is no contact from ur side. and i m very much disappointed with ur services. and now at the last i have no option to go to consumer court.and please inform me as early as possible.
