nokia care center in vasai do not accept cdma phones an they said me that i have to take my phone to some other nokia care somewhere in mumbai that is head office.is this through that only care center repairs cdma phones....

I purchased reputed brand name nokia but unfortunately I got very bad experience from your service center .My handset model no. nokia 6265 is given to your service center for four time my receipt no. is MUM0295185 till it is not working in proper condition
Like Call fail, call drop, automatically switch off , battery backup is too low , camera switch not working properly, display flicking, many problem is there
Further I request u kindly replace me a new handset with latest upgrade software

Nokia 2626 — Sales service
The sale of cell phones has become equivalent to sale of vegetables in the opinion of sales personnel in the vendor's outlets that cater to a broad range of cell phones of different make. Today I purchased the above product despite the salesman refused to open the sealed/packed product. He refused to open the box claiming it is brand new and hence should not be opened. They should have a demo piece for the purpose. The outlet carries a name as BIG C in Ameerpet on the road to begum pet. (Which the salesman says has many outlets in the city) The sales personnel though apparently under supervision did not demonstrate how we should use the phone. Nor he had shown us the different varieties of colored models coming under Nokia 2626. My wife for whose benefit I bought the product has come to know about the availability of different colors only through internet later today. We urgently needed a cell phone and hence we had become scapegoats for an unwitting and uninformed purchase. The shopkeepers moreover produced a feed back letter (spelt as such for feedback) in front o[censored]s to write our comments despite knowing our displeasure for having had the experience of a telemarketing sale right inside a physical outlet ironically enough. I don’t know whether this is the right forum for this kind of my rambling. Still I posted all the same this complaint for the benefit, or say information of our so-called literate customers like me should be vigilant. .Nokia N73 — Cell phone theft
I have purchased a mobile from UniverCell,Bangalore ,Jayanagar Shop . Dated: 1st sep,2007 through Citibank Crfedit Card , 6 EMI facility .But they told mobile will get insured . Still I am paying the installments but meanwhile I had lost my mobile on 13th Dec,2007.
While conatcting the vendor there is no responce from UniverCell. Details of my mobile piece are as follows:

Nokia 1600 handset — Faulty No replacement given for last 1 month
have purchased NOKIA 1600 IMEI no [protected] on 04/05/2007 . I had a problem of improper dispay on10/11/07. I have contacted the repairing facilities at SRKT enterprises in Rajhamundry,AP on 13/11/07.The problem wasnt sorted out even after I got it repaired twice.I was informed that the problem was beyond repair,therefore I would get a replacement for this piece.Even after repeated visits and enquiries,Im not getting the problem sorted out Im also very much disappointed with the customer care facilities of the company as Im not getting their contact details.My details:

Nokia N80 — Charges of repairing under guarantee period but still not clear the phone problem
Dear Sir,I had purchase my Mobile Nokia N80 from Sales India from maninagar branch ahmedabad on Date 30march 2007, I got problem raised of blank display and key problem in the month of 05/12/2007, when I used to give my mobile for repair, they said if is it in warranty then it will not chargeable, as general we are getting latest 1 year warranty from the date of purchase, I had submitted the mobile in Arihant Technologies Nokia Care centre maninagar branch the send the mobile to it main branch, after 25 days they gave me my mobile return and charged 2653 but still I am having a key problem in my instrument, (I just want to say that buy paying the amount the costumer still not getting proper service from this kind of branded company) I just need a justices in this matter i[censored] can help the consumer right.

Nokia — Complaint against 9300i model
Sir,This is to hereby bring to your notice that I had filled a complaint against Nokia in DGIR (MRTP). My complaint has reached to legal stage and company(Nokia) tried to settle my case out of court but I did not accept their offer in the larger interest of the public.

Nokia Any Product — Worst Service cerner
Nokia Care is Worst Service Center .Please don't buy Nokia Product at all, If it's works fine then you are lucky, other wise you have to throw you mobile,
Nokia Care (Nokia Service Certer) not capable to repaire it.

3) Manners less employee,

Nokia N80 — Poor Customer Service
Hi,I am resident of Pune, Maharashtra- India. I availed a service from a Nokia camp, which was in Pune - Camp Area. Ther service was free of charge, i was having some peroblem with my cell Nokia N80 (vibration was not working in it). Nokia center agent he could not resove my problem, rather he broke my cell while opening. This is really a poor service and a sign of customer service disaster. I told him that he has broken my cell,then ther was no response from the agent.
I am totally dissatisfied with Nokia Service. I am raising this request just that i believe in Nokia brand and service, and i think Nokia should keep its brand name, and should repair my cell.

Mobile Phone - Nokia 6070 — loss of mobile No.9949073482
I had lost my mobile bearing No.[protected] and hand set Nokia 6070 today around 5.00 pm and it took two and half hours to reach air tel customer care executive through my other mobile No.[protected] for lodging the complaint, and asked them to block the card. They refused to block the number and in turn started threatening me to go to police station and give a complaint and approack Air tel for blocking and issueing another sim card.I am not bothered about my hand set and I am making it very clear that from 5.00PM of 28th December 2007 if any thingswent wrong with this number [protected] Air tel will be held responsible and not my self for not blocking the number.
With this mail I am requesting my other friends, relatives and known people to with draw the connection if any they with Air tel because of POOR CUSTOMER CARE.
