I do agree.

The same thing done with me also with my Airtel services.

Its better if these service providers do take care of these things .As Airtel is big name it will be better for them if they start some action against these kind of mistakes.

Airtel — Wrongly debiting 20Rs.from last one year

This is Sonal Patel from Navsari,Gujarat My mobile number is [protected].From last one year Airtel is debited 20Rs monthly for some background music subscription which I hav not subscribed.When I called to your customer care Exe they asked me to call @543214 and wen I called on the given number it worked out but agin from next month the deduction of 20Rs.continued.

Pls if you can stop this do it.I have lost my money because of your poor services and irresponsible as well.

Pls pls help me.

Mobile Handset - Nokia N92 — Warranty Repair/Replacement

This is regarding a comlaint on behalf of Nokia N92 Mobile Serial/ EMEI No. [protected], Job sheet # [protected]
1. The Phone (Nokia N92) which is under warranty was submitted to HCL Infosystems Ltd, S-10, Green Park Extn, New Delhi, 110019 on the 23rd Feb 2008 for repair (Target Delivery Date: 26th Feb 2008.)
2. On enquiry I was told that My phone has been sent to the Nokia Office and I'll get a replacement...
3. On the 12th of March, I got a SMS that I can collect the replacement Set.
4. I have been handed a Nokia N77 model as replacement. This is not acceptable as the set does not have the same specs and is a cheaper model. I would like to insist on getting the same model as repacement. OR they should let me pick up Similar/ better set by paying the difference.

sir ...i have a nokia n71 handset...
recntly i updated it on internet with version 4...
but after update instead of improvement...i m facing new problems in it..."the volume of the music player is considerably reduced".please tell me what to do...?
