Add me to the list of dissatisfied list of Nokia India Customer. In Nov I purchased N73 for me which is getting switched off weirdly at any time. The software also has some lag in displaying the application.
Also, after listening your experience of "not listening" to the customer from care center discourages me from complaining.

I had purchased (gold)3230 mobile (IMEI no. [protected]) at Sangli of Pune Zone, on[protected].
Since my mobile handset is giving joy stick (key pad)problem during operating; I had given it for the servicing at NOKIA Care (Job sheet No:[protected]/080222/7), Shree communication, shop no. 1/2, yeshogita building, near matre bridge, yerdawana, pune on[protected] and after a 15 days gap they called me to collect my mobile. when i riched at nokia care to collect my mobile, i have seen that they were giving me damaged scratchy panel, used piece (black3230)and told that your mobile is replaced due to mother bord problem. But i had gave my mobile for Joystick operating problem(this is mechanical damage not hardware issue).
I refused to take it and asked about the new ones and at least my original mobile handset, which was 100 times best than that old handset. It is also very surprised that they don’t know where my handset went… this is the panic situation of mine I sincerely requesting you kindly look in to this and expedite matter, thinking You In My Position and arrange my own mobile handset or any new mobile, as it is under warranty.considering my original handset damaged, misplaced by NOKIA or whatever u understand. Kindly do the needful and oblige.
we also called to Nokia care [protected], but yet not get the response. if soon i will not get the response, i will definately go throw CONSUMER COURT.

NSR road, saibaba colonly, coimbatore -641038. Along with the set I recd.a soft ware for uploading the contents in the mobile (mainly the the albums in the gallery) to my computer, viz. Hp Vista home base

As the soft ware provided by you is compatable only to windows xp I am not able to instal it in mycomputer thus preventing me from uploading the pictures in my mobile camera to the computer. shall be glad if you could suggest if there is any website from which I can download a software which is compatibleto windows vista, orelse where I can get a software that has compatibility to the vista hp Looking forward to hearing from you immediately.

Nokia Bh - 204 Headset — Poor quality of customer service & unprofessional attitude from Nokia
Hi,I am Anurag Sharma, i had submitted a Nokia BH-204 bluetooth headset in the local service center in Jaipur(Opp. Lakshmi mandir), because of a connectivity problem in the headset, on the 19/02/08 and i was told that it wil get replace and the process would take round about 10 days and on the 29th feb i could collect the headset, but on the promised date i ws told that the headset has not yet arrived nd i was told to contact them after 5 workin days. After 5 days, i tried to contact the service center by phone but the attempt faild because my call was being disconected and nobody in the service center even bothered to answer the call. Feelin helplss i had to go down to the service center and this time i was told that the headset has still not arrived and this would take another 10 dys, and the employs of the service center had delt with the query in an very unprofessional manner and were quiet rude, I had also registered a complain against the service center (complain no2-2 vnydn) and this time i was assured that the headset would b delivered on the 19th of march. I have contacted the service center on the 23rd of march and nw the date i have been given is the 24th of march, and jst as earlier as well, i had to keep ringing the number for almost 30 min, and at times the call ws disconnecetd as well.
Nokia and its service center have completely failed to provide the service the promise to provide to the customers and this is an absolutely unprofessional attitude shown from Nokia. I would request u to plz look into the matter and respond with an positive response as soon as possible

Nokia — Poor battery backup literally struggled me
Dear sir/madam,This is your frustrated customer, bringing the nokia problems in to your kind notice.
Mobile: Nokia 5200
Purchasing Date : 10-12-07, at nokia dealer, sector-14, gurgaon-122001.
Problem : Battery backup not lasting for more than 2 hrs ie.Poor battery back up.
Speaker clarity poor & not able to use the mobile becoz of poor battery.
Submitted at : Nokia Care, Rajive Nagar, Guragon-122001.
Complaint deatails: Not yet repaired, No proper response from Nokia care, Inefficient to analyse the problem and no timely response.
Expectations from Nokia : Get the mobile repaired soon, Or replace the mobile with new one, please withdraw the payment from the dealer as the response is horrible.
In detail, written below;
Further to the submission of my mobile at nokia care, Rajiv Nagar, Gurgaon-122001 for the problem of "Battery backup, speaker voice ambiguous" on Jan'08
Nokia care checked my mobile and said battery leak and for this, battery needs to be repaired/changed as it is in warranty.
They took the battery and said the mobile would be returned to me, within a week time but even after adequate followup, i could only receive my battery back on 12 Feb'08.
After that, i checked for the problem and stunned to see the mobile in the same condition. The response of nokia care peoples were also literally unsatisfactory, when i complained the problem again.
As a further step, i submitted the mobile for the same problem at the adjacent nokia care and the feedback received from the nokia care was really surprising becoz they said my mobile battery circuit is having problem. And to repair the same, they need min 15 days but i also agreed to leave my mobile at nokia care for the said days. Then I submitted my mobile on 14-mar'08 and collected back on 26-march but this time response was in time.
But the problem remains same, no improvement at all.
I am literally struggling to use this mobile becoz after even full charging it gets discharged within 2 hrs with/without use of mobile.
The pathetic situation is that once the mobile gets switched off due to battery empty then it will never get on until unless the battery is charged for minimum 10 mins.
As a customer, i have waited beyond my patience and nokia is troubled me a lot.
Being a no.1 mobile seller, i[censored] dont solve a simple problem of your product then there is no point in saying no 1 company.
I could only wait for the minimum for this issue, either nokia should repair my mobile or replace my mobile or otherwise the last option would be Consumer Court.
And i will also suit the same complaint, with all the job sheet & bill details to all of my maruti employees (20000 nos)in india.
Hope you will give the instant reply for this.

Nokia 7610 — Extremely bad customer service
Dear Sir,I have a Nokia 7610 which gets hanged very frequently and also incoming audio is very poor. I went to Nokia cust center in Kormangla, Bangalore. For two months i have been going there. Everytime they charge money and the problem is never gone. I am just wondering whether they open my set or just keep that for 15 days and return without fixing. If it can't be fixed why dont they say so. I am really frustrated with the customer service being provided. I have no choice but to go for another handset and this time it will definitely not be Nokia.
