Nokia — Hand set not working
I purchase an latest Nokia hand set in the first week of June 2011,in the third week of June the handset developed some problem and I was not able to unlock the phone.I gave it to the selling dealer,but regret to inform that even to date the same has not been rectified.The reason given by the dealer is that the part 'Display Board' is not available.I am really fed up of this answer,since I am not able to view any contacts,nor able to carry out my business.It is heartning to note that an reputed company like Nokia can ever float an sub-standard product in the market.Kindly help me in getting the issue resolved or else I shall be forced to approach the consumer court and also take up with the media.

I received a text message via my mobile number on 24th JULY 2011 at 20.41 PM informing me that i had won 415, 000.00 British pounds. After contacting the sender on their email address nokia.[protected]@live.com they requested me to send them 250.00 British pounds to cover for the courier service for cheque delivery. The courier service was to be BRITISH AIRWAYS WORLD CARGO COURIER.
HOW TRUE IS THIS MATTER? THEY HAVE EVEN ATTACHED A COPY OF THE CERTIFICATE THEY ISSUED IN MY NAME TO ASCERTAIN MY VICTORY.

Nokia 3100 — locked reliance sim

I bought a Nokia X5 phone with Bill No: CA16720 and IMEI No: [protected] on November 14, 2010 from a Nokia Priority Partner in Hadapsar,Pune.Only after the few days of my purchase the phone started responding very slowly. Especially while opening the inbox even to read messages it was utilizing a lot of time. Gradually it used to take so much time that this issue of slow performance could not be ignored. I then visited Nokia Care in Hadapsar,Pune on 27th Jan,2011. They first took it as software corruption issue and did the software upgrade. But still it did not lead to any changes in performance.Then after using it for few days again i went to get that problem resolved on 15th Feb,2011. But no improvement at all.
Later I visited then on 21 May,2011 with jobsheet number[protected]/110521/37 and this time I was asked to submit the phone by the Nokia Care people giving the reason that it would be handled by their Delhi unit and kept it for 15 to 20 days as there was hardware problem as well as its speakers were not performing good too.
After a long period, speakers issue got resolved but the performance was still the same.
Later i again went to Nokia Care to get it resolved they gave reason that it might be due to less space in Memory card.
Again they did software update. But the performance got deteriorated further. I visited there so many times but still no change in performance.
I now really feel helpless for long and the image of Nokia phones in me that they are very reliable has just perished now.
I am so very frustrated that whether it was my mistake to have faith in a Nokia brand inspite of it being a new model launched in the market.
I desperately want a solution as its been around 8 months and i am so restless with the product from Nokia and wish to have solution through your unit as is the only option left for me.
Please help me out onto this.

Nokia — Poor battery life and issues with new handset
Hi, I purchased NOKIA X2 in December 2010 and till date I have give it to Nokia customer care almost 6 times for repair and the problem has not been sorted out. I have writtn many mails to their customer care but of now use. We have a total of 62 emails exchanged so far.Can I get any help to have it replaced?

dear siri hve loged a complaint on my nokia x-3 02 . but nw i got loging complaint is also not o[censored]se becoz no action has been taken by nokia engineer's .those wo read this plz dnt buy nokia cells.i know becoz of me everybody willl not listen.but they r not there for customers support.after 2 weeks i got my cell from vashi nokia care on 1-8-2011but 2day again on 2day 3-8-2011 again in problem so plz guide wat should i do with this .there at nokia care a senior engg said 2 me with a cute smile that " shayad apka sim card ka problem bhi ho saktha hai" so this time using another sim bt again the same issue.ven i tld him abt my 2&fro travelling expense he i s telling hum kya kar sakte hein. i hve no words. oh god now wat 2 change.READERS plz dnt buy this dummy sets.

Nokia / X6 8gb — Service center denied to accept the complaint
Dear Sir/MamI would like to pay your attention to the pathetic customer care service from Nokia (India).
I bought a new Nokia C6 on or around 9 months ago and since then it’s been in my hands for only for 5 months because for rest of the 4 months it was at the service center. It has been replaced twice and the latest new handset is repaired a few times,
Now again it is showing the problem, its voice out speaker is not working, This time when I reach to the service center they refused to accept it for repairing, I send an e-mail to Nokia customer care two times through the online form (located at http://www.nokia.co.in/support/ask-nokia) around 2 month ago but there is no response till yet.
It has already wasted too much of my valuable time (Going again & again to the service center), I am a regular employee in a private firm and during the work hours it’s been very difficult for me to reach to the service center again & again, now I don’t want to waste more.
Please resolve the issue as soon as you can.

I purchased a mobile Model No. Nokia E5 IMEI N0 [protected] on 30/05/2011 from a authorize dealer "Grace Communications, 15, NIT Building, Opp. Sudama Cinema, Nagpur-10" which is given to the same dealer for repair twice within two months of purchase. Nokia — standing a false thing and charging money in warranty period
sir,I am karuna kar biswal .i take a nokia c5 from adarsh mobile bargarh.when i am traveling on a bus it was switch off.i take this to nokia care bargarh.they told that it is a water damage but it is not true.they only wants money.not only in my case ,they saying the same thing to all the consumer.only software update and formating are not chargeble and rest are chargeble
