I am writing from Mongolia and please give me infomation about this. This morning I have received it.

I had submitted my Nokia 6500s phone for Repair in the Nokia Noida Service center on 3rd January 2009 with job sheet reference Number[protected]/090103/97.
I received a call from the nokia service centre on 20th January 2009 that the phone has been repaired and can be collected. I went to collect the phone but they provided me with a Handset with a different IMEI Number. When I had complaint about this then they said that there was some confusion and asked me to go back. I received a call from the centre on 4th Feb 2009 that the hand set is available and can be collected. But when i went there to collect the phone, it is still not repaired. I do not understand that after 1 month of time also the service centre is not able to repair my phone, and there was no explanation given to me on that front. This is very sad to know that Nokia is loosing the credibility of the customers. I have called Nokia care centre so many times and every time they give me an explanation that it has been escalated, the complaint number given to me was 2-3OPQQH. Does Nokia do not have any service level agreement that the Handset has to be given back to the customer within some specified time line. I have no other option then going to the Consumer Court as who will pay for the Damages of 1 month without having a handset. I need an answer for this escalation within 24hours else I have all the documents with me to prove that Nokia is doing fraud with me and making me fool. I will also repent that why I purchased a Nokia Phone and will never refer anyone to purchase Nokia Phones.

Nokia — Battery back up not asper specification

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Nokia Mobile - Model 6500C on 17 Aug 2008 vide bill No 132 from Balasubramanian Enterprises, 43B 4th Main Road, Nanganallur Chennai 600061 for Rs 10000/- IMEI No of the handset[protected] . I purchased this mobile as its features were high and with a great expectation. But soonafter using it, I noticed that the battery back up was very low i.e. lasts only for 1 hour only whereas the speification says for 3 to 4 hours. With this complaint I hadedover the set to the dealer on 16 Oct 08 and I received back only on 24 Oct 08 with the reply that the defect is rectified.
But again same problem persisted as such I handed over the set to the dealer on 30 Oct 08, 10 Nov 08 and 17 Nov 08 and I got back on 05 Nov 08, 15 Nov 08 and 24 Nov 08 respectively. But it was beyond my satisfaction, I handed over the set to Nokia Customer Care, Raksha Impex GRN Anandakaliga, New No 30, Old No 194, North Usman road, CHennai 17 on 03 Dec 08 vide their job sheet No[protected]/081203/35. I was given a new handset in the end of Dec 08 but I faced the same problem with that handset also. As such I handedover the set o n 21 Jan 09 vide jobsheet No 08834038/090121/40.
Till date I have not received the set. From the above it is cristal clear that I have used the set for very few days rather it remained either with the dealer or nokia care for a longer period.
I strongly feel that the model is TOTALLY UTTER FAILURE MODEL. As such I request that I may be refunded with the money or be given another model whose battery back proves as per specification.
One more thing I would like to mention here that though the model has many features, I seldom used it because of the problem.
I seek an immediate remedy to stop my mental worries and to proceed with my routine peacefully.

Nokia — Instrument damage

Dear Sir

I have use the yr phone instrument No. 6233 since last eight month.My Phone is underwarranty period.When I go for nokia customer care support I extramly sock the talk with the yr customer care excutive. He said my phone got the some technical problem so we paid the Rs.900/- and I asking the receipt for this chargesh.He explain me.my phone is got the some technical problem so we cannot give the bill.He tell me paid cash and service your phone.First o[censored] can u explain me my Phone is under warranty why shold I pay for that?

I[censored] have no take any action for the above matter with in 24 hours, I also go to consumer court.

I hope you will give me positive response for me and also reply me as soon as possible
