Nokia — Defect with Nokia 5310 xpressmusic

Hi,

I have purchsed Nokia mobile 5310 xpress music. I think it has design defect. I am not able to set alarm at 1pm, i thought it could be 24 hr based then i checked with giving 24 but then it accepts 12 hr by default, and there is no option to convert AM to PM by which i could not able to put reminder or alarm after 12 AM.

Hope this defect will be rectified in coming versions.

Now Nokia is Indies Most Popular Brand and you can not play with the customers .when the simple display is available in any shop in Nagpur why your authorizes Care centre requires more than 15 days .I agree that your quality of product is very good but what about the customers having problems .Don’t you think that how can be any customer will agree for more than 15 days require for mobile. I am also working as a Customer Care manager for my company and the company will throe me out if I made a delay like 15 days and more for local complaint .I also know that by writing that I am only wasting my time but I can only Try and at last I request you to please look in to the matter and help your valued customer .IF NOKIA CAN? its challenge to Customer Care Support of Foreign Brand provided services in INDIA.

Please note that I am not writing this for Money Refund or New Replacement PC Only a small complaint can/may be solved.

Nokia 6255 CDMA Mobile — Nokia care people destroy my mobile

Hi,
On 7th feb 2009 i visited Nokia care center at 5.30 pm.There was flicking problem with my nokia 6255 mobile. But display was perfect in position.
I was using mobile in same state from past 15 days.I was able to receive call and make call but some times due to flicking call geting disconnected.Other than flicking all the feature was working perfectly.

These all things i told them clearly before giving set.
They checked and said 2000 will be charged for this and will send to chennai and will take 10 days.
I said i need some time so i taken back the mobile.But when i taken back the mobile, one new problem i found. Mobile was not opening.
It was opening and closing . I was not able to make and receive any call.
It was really horrible to see the state of mobile.when i asked them that other then flicking
there was no problem in mobile. Those people blamed on me saying it was like that.

In morning i visited other Nokia care and shown to them they said some part has to be relaced and they dnt have stock so will take one week.
That time other then flicking no other problem with mobile.

Till 5 pm i was receveing and make calls now set is totally dad nothing i can do.
The manager told me later that he will charge 800 rupees and later said 300 rupees.
See how nokia people negociating the charges.Those people destoy my set.
I want that mobile to be repair otherwise want in same state only flicking problem.
With constant display.
I want some strict action to be taken against these type of people who put spot on the nokia.

I've received an e-mail saying that my moblie number has won a prize of 110000 pounds. Also the mail said I must pay the delivery fee before getting the prizemoney. Is this real or scam. I'm from Mongolia and as it seems there are quite some Mongolians here asking the same questions. Please clear me up on this issue.
