i have received a SMS message from [protected]@yahoo.com saying: Congratulations! your mobile number has won 154, 000.00 euros

Dear sir,
i have recieved an sms from[protected]: Congratulations! your mobile number just won 110 000 pounds on this year Nokia UK Mobile promotion for claims call: [protected] email:[protected]@live.com. is it really true. please advise me

NOKIA SERVICE SUCKS<>>>, ..Even im not going 2 buy any nokia set in future, ..My first buy was noki 6230, , , den I bought N70, N6681, , N95, , N91, , N82, , ..Only N91 and N95 r now in working condition, ..U shd not expect life expectency of more dan 1.5 years, ..I submitted my nokia 82 at a nokia care in december and dey havent delivered it till date, ..Whra ordinary mobile repairing shops give u ervice widin an hour or so, .., I complaint in nokia but a usual dey kept on asking for more details, ..I scanned my service sheet and den sent and den dey went silent, ..I was so purtubbed by nokia dat Ive finally decided to move 2 sony and bought sony C905, ..and I wont advie anyone to buy nokia product, , I trusted dem like anythng and in return I found dat Nokia cheated, , ...

My husband also received similar SMS from NOKIA, said that he won 250.000.00 GBP. I do not like that SMS. It will make down of NOKIA 's image to consumers. NOKIA have been being good in service. This is only taken advantage by some people who wnat to cheating people.
I hope there is some clarification from NOKIA about this.

Nokia — Inordinate delay in repairing of Nokia 3500 Classic

Sir,
I bought a Nokia handset 3500 Classic from a Nokia Mobile retailer M/s Compteck, Laitumkhrah Road, Shillong- 793004 vide Cash Memo 2605 dated 25.10.08 at a cost of Rs.5550/. The set developed some technical problems for whcih I have handed over the set to Nokia Care viz M/s communique, Ground floor, GS Road, Police bazar, Shillong on 13.01.2009. While handing over the set for repairing to the Nokia Care, Shillong I was informed by the Service Engineer that they are unable to repair the set here but they will send it to their Guwahati Office for repairing as the fault is stated to be of L-3 vide their job sheet No.[protected]/090113/13 dated 13.01.2009. The target date of delivery of the set given in the Job sheet was 13.01.2009. I have approached the authority oft the Nokia care after 13.01.2009 on several occasions only to be informed that I should come after a week or so without any fruitful result. I furnished the following information of my handset as indicated in the Jobsheet No.[protected]/090113/13 dated 13.01.2009 for your ready reference please:

I would therefore request you to kindly look into the matter personally and take appropriate action so that my set is delivered without causing further delay.
If I do not receive any positive response either from Nokia Authority or from Nokia Care, GS Road, Shillong within a week from the date of issue of this mail, I shall be constraint to take up the matter to the Consumer Court/Forum beside going to media. Nokia being a reputed company, I believe you will not allow to turnish the image of your company for the foul play of your Customer Care, Shillong mentioned above.

Nokia Mobile Phone 5200 — BAD service from service center

Hi,
My self jai kishore jha, I stay in 47/1/B Golaghata V I P Road Kol-48.in the month of Jan I was facing the problem in key pad of my hand set which is the 5200 model so I went to your service center which is in Golaghata the person who was there in the store told me there is the problem in RINGER, KEYPAD and ENHANCEMENT PIN BROKEN in your hand set if I will repair all this thing it will chare me around Rs.925/= (nine hundred and twenty five only), I said OK and I have given the mobile for repairing on 14th Jan.09 and after repairing I got the mobile on 8th Feb.09 it was in working condition but after using of 5 to 6 days again I am facing the problem in my hand set so again I went to the same place for resolve the problem but from your service center I got the reply there is the problem in you LCD and you need to change this then only you can use the mobile smoothly and for this I have to pay anther Rs.1190/=.
Great service I got from nokia service center you can cheat your customer very easily because we don’t know about the technical thing of mobile. keep it up!!!.
I am also from service industry but this is not expect from NOKIA.
